Pink cake from La Pastelleria is highly recommended, it’s super soft like you are biting into a cloud. The taste is sweet but not too sweet, it’s just right. Great store, everyone is friendly and treats customers nicely.

I've been here several times, and the check out experience is always unpleasant. They never greet or smile when you walk up to the register. They sometimes don't even look at you and just beging scanning your items. Cashiers don't close out with a thank you and invite back. I really don't put all the fault in them, albeit I'd say about 60 percent is cuase that is just common courtesy, but more on their management staff and the poor training and expectations. I know it's a grocery store and they don't look for excellent service since food sells itself, but how much more could it be if they just went, not the extra mile, just make it a pleasant experience.

I really like this shop, it reminds me of a bravo from florida, items for wic you can find here, some may not have the sticker on it but if you know you get it from your other stores scan it and double check it should show up. I’m able to find different varieties of meats, like fish, beef, ox tails, chicken, shrimp, live crabs on some days. Fruits and vegetables..

A one-stop place for groceries, and limited international food products. The arrangement and display in the produce department make the store more appealing. I love that produces such as tomatoes, apples, bananas, plantains etc. are available and displayed in multiple section/places in the produce department. Overall, the store is neater and appealing, which makes it easier for shoppers/customers to locate items in the store much easier and faster. Thanks again for being great.

the cashier charge me wrong. I talked to the cashier manager in charge, she did not believe and went to the produce section and realize the price was wrong but the computer charge higher. She excuse that the computer was right, but the price on produce was wrong. I asked to talk to the manager, but she told me he was in a meeting. I look for Mr. John in his office and store and I did not find hi. I did not returned.I also they charge me for watercress instead verdolagas. the price was higher and did not wanted to return me money.

Very clean and organized, also has a indoor kitchen. Preparing breakfast foods and lunch. Then has a good assortment of sweet beads.

I think I've said this before, if your in a hurry and just need a few things I would go somewhere else bc the lines are sooooo long...but if you are " grocery shopping" and don't mind standing in line then in that aspect Fiesta is a wonderful place to buy groceries...

The food was terrible. For a Mexican grocery store that carries Mexican ingredients it was terrible. Not worth eating. Tables were dirty. The had menu items that they could not serve. Overall not worth it.

Thank you guys for recognize your handicap customers, You makes it a little easier for us to live and be able to get the things we need just by having the handicap carts and parking available like you do " THIS STORE "on N. 28th St. has been out standing please keep up the good work .👍 It's 4/2024 Now I'm having a problem with the security guard Mr. D. Ramos everytime we come into the store now this guy follows me around like I'm going to steal something and when I ask him why is he following me . He try to act like he don't understand english but I know that he do understand some english. And when I pay for my groceries he follows me outside to . This is everytime I come into the store I have reported him to the manager Mrs. Lillia but he still keep do it. That's not good he shouldn't harass the customer's like that because it will make them start going somewhere else. It's other customer's in the store besides me he' really starting to make me fill uncomfortable.

I have shopped at this store many times and many times I saw the price of some items higher at checkout than advertised. I have complained many times to what they call managers at this store only to do nothing about it. Today the same thing happened again. The girl that checked me out indicated no knowledge of how to correct the price, so she called her manager who went ahead and rechecked the price of the item as advertised at its location and confirmed that the price at checkout was wrong, yet she did not correct it. Worse than all was that II ended up paying the higher price so people behind me do.t have to wait any longer. Got home and found outthat the item I had to pay more for was not even put in the bag and it was no where to be found. So it remained a the store. Too far to go back and complain about it. No doubt in my mind anymore that at this store, some of their employees are inescapable as their managers. I would have given zero stars if I could. Shame on you all.

This is a great store. The prices are very good, the products are quality products. My biggest complaint is that the aisles are narrow and there are lots of products sitting in the aisles, and it makes it difficult to easily navigate, especially during busy times.

Of course It mainly has a fair amount of Mexican food. It has a deli, bakery, and fresh cut meats. I always buy my marinaded pork and steaks there.

The Latin Mexican choice of foods meats are really good. Love their cakes and pastries. Not close by but worth driving to get good groceries for a dinner menu.

Although the food at the deli is good, I’m not going back until they fix this one issue. The employees behind the deli food area are always eating, drinking or chewing something in the food service area where food is being handled. I’ve complained before, more recently a week ago to a manager. And that was the second time. I was assured this issue would be fixed. Either the employees are defiant or just don’t care, either way, fix the problem. If they in fact went to get their food handlers certification, they know about not eating/drinking anything behind the counter. I’m calling Public Health in the morning to report this long going issue. They can do this type of behavior at home, but not at work.

Very bad customer service. I called ahead of time to ask if I can get fish and have it cut before I headed there and They said yes and when I got to the store they didn't want to cut and said the person that cuts went home. Manager didn't really care either. Very Very bad customer service. Horrible and disappointed to say the least. I came all the way for this and even called ahead of time. They didn't take any responsibility atall.

This store reminded me a lot of El Super or Los Altos/Cardenas Market, especially with the obnoxious Spanish music playing in the store. The store is quite easy to navigate through, with a lot of employee restocking in the middle of the aisles. The worst part is, like many Hispanic stores, only two lanes were open in a busy hour.

Very crowded and people in a hurry. Check out doesn't speak to customers unless problem arises. Most workers only speak Spanish and acting butchers don't know the proper cuts so mislabeled meat products are frequent. The fruits and vegetables are great with good a variety. And the store has an unkept thrown together atmosphere about it. My mom does enjoy the prices though, inexpensive..

1 cashier open and 30 people standing in line. Sad that this is one of the only Mexican grocery stores in the area and they do not care for their customers. The produce wasn’t restocked, the tomatoes weren’t ripe, no bell peppers. The meat section smelled horrible. Will not be back.

This is a great market. They have red jalapeños! And other unique items not available in higher end grocery stores. The cuts of meat are different for a specific culture. Watch the sales for some great prices.

This place seafood employee are very cunning. Everytime I go there to get a live fish, they make some kind of excuses. 2 times in a each visit they said they do not cut live fish which they have for sell.We normally go to Fiesta by Seminary and never had issue over there. But this place sea food department is a total trash. I had terrible experience 2 times in a row. Not shopping from here any more.
