Went there back in Feb and the workers all follow you around like your stealing even got on the mic and screamed out security scan all isles. Had a guy hanging at the door and stopped me asked my boyfriend if he could check his pockets!! Ridiculous I spent 100.00 in there too!

The store is easy to pull in and out of, and the parking is close. The store is super clean and has the quick, convenient items you would need. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very convenient if you're in a hurry, and don't want to deal with the crowds or parking at Wal-Mart! ...but, you need a helper if you're buying heavy items, because you can't take their carts outside.

Yoooooooo this store is the best!!!!!It's so dam clean, way cleaner than others I've seen! And the staff are underappreciated seriously! District manager need to give them all raises!!!!!Awesome job

The two ladies at the register were rude. A worker came in off the clock to exchange $1 bills or whatever she was doing. The two ladies never looked at me or spoke I stood there for a minute finally the second lady that was not counting the money grabbed my items but kept talking to the lady that wasn't on the clock. She finished ringing up my items never told me how much I had to look at the pad. I paid the receipt came out it took her a second to give it to me. She finally gave me the receipt never looking at me but still speaking to the lady. Finally acknowledged she had a customer and told me thank you ma'am while never looking at me. Worst display of customer service. All other workers I never had this experience with. But today was unprofessional and I will not go into that location for awhile.

They always have everything I need. And the prices are excellent!!!! Customer service is also Sweet and helpful and always Professional!!!!

Staff is rude and lacked customer service of any sort. They stood behind the counter and gossiped about other employees and their job. Frankly, it was unprofessional and definitely shouldn’t be projected onto customers. Just ridiculous.

This is a nice family dollar. Remodeled and done nicely. The staff is very professional and friendly Its right down the street from work and I use this store a lot. Lunches, sodas, pet supplies, Eggs- Milk , etc.... They have it. In and out easy. Love it.

They want you to leave your bag at the front and if you take it to the car they have Marcos or Martin will follow you around even like your criminal when judging by his appearance he is the one that looks like he about to steal

I go to this location frequently because it is closest to me and I like certain cleaning products I can find there at a good value. It is crowded, not well organized, and never very well stocked. It is just not all that enjoyable to visit, unfortunately.

Remodel is great but why did they make the original workers change stores?????? I asked where they are, they the ladies said they're at their old store off of cherry lane. It's worth driving all the way over there to see their happy faces then go back in to this location again. My kids and I miss the other employees. I can't stand these new people!!!!!!!!

The tall gentleman who usually is working here is so friendly and helpful. It’s people like him that make great shopping experiences for the customers. Keep up the good work with hiring employees like him.

Was looking for a particular item that wasn't in its usual place on the shelf, and even though one of the employees was busy trying to stock and run the register, she took the time to ask if she could help me -- I explained what I was looking for, and she said the item may be in back since they'd had a delivery the previous day; she went to look in the stock room while I picked up the other stuff on my list.... unfortunately, she came back with bad news: the item I specifically came in for was not in store~ however, kudos to this employee, since most of the time the other employees just tell you " if it isn't on the shelf, we're out".... Thanks for your attention & extra effort! It was appreciated!

Lady with the glasses is rude! Leave her face mask down! Even the other employee went said something to her. I will never return to this store. They even randomly closer early and won't let you in even if they are supposed to be open. Stay clear of this place for more then one reason.

The air freshener used here is so strong I cannot go in the building. Even when my husband goes in we have to put our purchases in the trunk because the odor is so strong even on the bags.

They just remodeled the complete store New freezers & coolers made store larger for more products have a large selection inventory I personally like to shop there.

I always like to go there the staff there are very friendly and helpful in everything they go out of their way and helping others which I've never seen at other Family Dollar stores or the general dollar so I stick with this one on Jacksboro Highway in Sansom Park

It's the only one I've seen close at 10 pm instead of 9! So just for that reason it's already the best one. In my humble opinion.

The prices are pretty cheap & the customer service is GREAT❗ The store isn't the cleanest though & very cluttered like most "Family Dollars". It is located in "Sansom" I believe, not too far from Lake Worth, Texas.
