Mi mi the manager was super patient and nice to both her customers and the co worker which she worked beside during today’s evenings hours. The line was wrapped around the aisles and she kept her cool and handled each customer with care and dignity. I notice both workers have incredible customer service and they both deserve a pay increase. Keep up the great work ladies :)

The employee Hispanic 5’6 male shaved head tattoos on his arms was very rude. Refused to sell items because they were on sale and the family dollar app had coupons. He is storing all the items behind the counter that are on sale or have specials. He says he’s a manger but prolly gives false info. According to corporate policy he is breaking the rules. He even refused to sale the items at full price. Something is up at this store very shady. Be careful shopping here !

I give them no stars it was 9:30pm and they already closed. Big lady just stood there watching me. Y’all need to hire better help that store is nasty just wanted to get tp but oh well next time I’ll go to the one in my neighborhood!

Usually only ever have 1 person working the register and that person is usually doing 3 other things at the same time resulting in longer lines to check out. And the store itself is layed out strangely so that when you walk in you have to walk past this long line in a narrow walkway to get to the rest of the store. The manager is usually busy restocking so if there is a problem at the register, i.e. needs change or needs a approval, you have to wait to have the clerk find the manager then have them stop what they are doing to come to the register again resulting in longer checkout lines. But the staff is always friendly, helpful and doing the best that they can.

Horrible, dirty, unorganized, parking lot is full of trash, metal debris in the parking lot and at least one to two people hitting you up for cash or money at their door when you try to enter. How hard is it to pick up the phone as management and ask the police to remove these individuals. Some members of my family won't even enter that store for fear and safety concerns, regarding entry and exiting. How convenient there's a tire store next door, because almost every time I visit this location there is some sort of chaos. When you walk in the store the attitude is horrendous. The manager Nina has the worst attitude ever. However they have one cashier there that I've met named Candy who seems to be extremely helpful and customer service oriented. Not sure why she's not the manager?? Whoever the regional manager is needs to get that place under control or find another job. I'm sure it's very difficult to find employees for that location, I understand. However, for the 8 years I've been going there it's always been the same. So please don't blame this on covid and people's lack of initiative to work. This store has been a nightmare since the 14 years ago that I moved to the Woodhaven, Eastern Hills area. The store on bridgewood is pretty much the same. I'm not sure if it has the same regional manager or not but somebody from the corporate level needs to get their rear end out there and get these places under control. I can't even imagine the daily loss in those locations..........

When do they close? Sometimes 10, sometimes 9:30? Depends on who is running the place and if they want to do their job that night. Showed up at 9:25 and the cashier refused to unlock the door (after trying to ignore me knocking) said they close at 9:30, sign says 10. Don’t waste your time though, rarely stocked anyhow.

I'm going to say it's okay, because lately that I been going in there at least once a week, and thy never had what's on sale, or they stock everything under wrong price sign. And they get upset when you tell them that they have to give it to you for that price. 💯💯🤷‍♀️

I went to the family Dollar in Fort Worth on Brentwood stair road I went in purchased some Christmas stuff went to write a check and they said they do not take checks that they did not know how to take them and that they didn't want to get in trouble for doing it wrong. Do y'all really not accept checks? My bank credit card had been scammed or I had been scammed and was not able to use it so therefore I only had a check to use my checking account is different than my bank account number. I was able to pay all of my bills by check over the phone.I can't believe that y'all don't accept checks anymore.

This is the best and friendliest Family Dollar on the East side. Never any issues. The employees keep the store clean and are VERY helpful. I drive past the one on Meadowbrook to come here.

The store is very unorganized. There is always trash on the floor or shelves. Not enough cashiers and it takes way too long for the cashiers to ring you up. It's great if you already have in mind what u want and only need a few things.

Lady at the counter was VERY RUDE to me. I asked if they sold flip-flops, and she looked at me with disgust and said no sir we do not. When I went to look through the store, because I didn’t Believe her, she asked me to leave the store. Never coming here again. I hope you choose the same.

Night manager(older lady) always has an attitude, gossips with employees about other employees in front of customers, let's line get backed way up before offering to help, if u ask where an item is she points and says "right down there" the only reason i shop here is because it's literally a 1-2 minute drive from my complex

Google says they close at 10pm their door says 10pm but here it is 9:10pm and they locked the doors saying they closed early to restock for tomorrow as a consumer that’s not my problem. If you close at 9pm have it posted!

It's convenient but the location makes it an easy target for thieves while my daughter was inside they were robbed of merchandise a group of teenagers went inside grabbed what they could carry and shoved the mgr down..i feel bad for the employees having to work here

The store isn't always clean and usually in need of stock.I think the management changes often as well as the staff. There usually is someone in the parking lot begging and I think the theft rate is high.

Bought an iPhone charger that was priced at $10 but when I looked at the receipt they had charged me $15 and the manager refused to refund the difference , she said "if it rang up $15 it's $15"
