This by far is my worst experience at any retail store ever. Walking in (5:15pm on a Wednesday) many of the aisles had boxes on the floor, barely giving any room to walk. One employee was chatting with the cashier, bouncing a ball above the door while customers walked in. Another employee was loudly talking to her drunk employee in the middle of the store, trying to convince her not to work since she was drunk. Later, ball-employee hits me with the ball while trying to throw it at her coworkers next to me. I finally decide to just check out and leave, at this point all employees had moved by the register chatting loudly about said drunk employee. Cashier barely looks at me, just waves with her hands for me to hand over the items to scan. I can't reach the terminal without leaning since the other employees are still in the way. I go to leave and have to walk around products because they still won't move, while the drunk employee decides to move her arm at the same time and hit my face. One employee says "Girl, you better apologize" (telling the drunk to say sorry to me). That's it. Of all the people trying to find jobs in this world, I'm shocked at the employees I encountered on this trip. I hate that I have to give any stars at all.

Okay, this will be a long post. Firstly, there is only one great employee working at this location; it is the woman that has an Louisiana accent. The other employees at this location has poor customer service. Everytime in am at this location it is a constant and long wait. I came into the store for bleach and i had to wait in the line for over 17 minutes. The manager at this location is very rude. I understand that thus location is fairly new, but it doesn't mean, long lines and horrible customer service.

I have low expectations of any Dollar store, but this location rarely does the bare minimum even and seems to be marred with issues. They consistently close early with no explanation (they don't seem understaffed to me), they are never stocked, only one of their employees has even been the slightest bit kind or had any interest in being there, their bathrooms have been closed for at least 2 months and they do not seem to have a plan to fix them, the store is always disgusting, they do not accept Apple pay, occasionally they do not even accept cash! The only thing they have going for them is their prices. I have consistently ended up going to the gas station across the street, which is very rough around the edges but at least they are always open and kind to customers and stocked up. Family Dollar, just close the store down for good, there is literally one two minutes down the road.Edit: Most of the staff from before seems to have been replaced with nicer employees but I did have another customer solicit me for money while I was checking out at the register and the employee just laughed and didn't do a thing. The cashier then proceeded to yell expletives at another employee because they were doing their job wrong while there was a line full of customers and children. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Walmart.

Store stays closed too much! Saturday, Aug.20, 2022 Sat at 8:40pm closed (* store closes at 9pm). Next day, Sun at 4:52pm. Closed! Dollar General is better. They lose alot of business! Corporate don't know!?

Came to google to check the business' hours and the first review is that this store is never open. The sign on the door says open until 9pm but I went at 5 in the afternoon on a Monday and the doors were locked with no sign explaining the change in business hours. The only other car in the parking lot was another confused patron trying to figure out why the store was closed.

Walked around to do some shopping, had to use the restroom, i walk to it and see a sign that says out of order. “I think oh ok”Without even enough time for me to turn around a very rude employee shouts “where are you going!?!?” Like I am a Criminal….. I changed my mind about spending money there and walked out the door. I have no idea why this would ever be seen as acceptable. What a way to treat anybody

Location sucks. Every one of those women in there are rude and act as if they don't want or like their jobs. The store is never stocked while they stand around discussing their personal business with a line full of customers and one register open. Go to the one around the corner because this location sucks. Parking lot is always nasty too

Last time I checked this store closed at 9pm not 8:45. The lady working there literally watched me pull up, park and then she locked the door. Uncalled for. If the store closes at 9pm, then there's no reason why I wasn't allowed in. Even knocked on the door which other customer suggested I do and still nothing. Sad, irresponsible, poor customer service and pure laziness on the employees part. Store doesn't even deserve the one star.

This store is never stocked .! I asked the manager why she says they didnt get a truck last week but its all the time! Maybe if some of the employees focused more on stocking and less time on their phones it would get done ... every week same thing why come to this location if ill end up having to go to another one because they dont have the product on the shelf but instead in a box.. this location is fairly new do better guys!

Honestly if I could give zero Stars I WOULD!! Y'all employes are bad. And they are rachet and they are nasty they talk about how their uniforms are too tight and honey it looks too tight and how their hair is bald and how they're going to fight someone your establishment. Some employees there are undignified and just downright trashy you can quote me on this if you would like to but anyway I won't be coming to your store again . I hope you find the time to higher more sophisticated people and or do better background checks.

Very neat and CV organized. The staff were not very professional. When I asked if they had a specific item the lady said, "Ugh huh" and walked away in the direction on the item. When we got to the isle she said, "It's over there."

Rude manager. They charged me wrong and when I try for them to correct it. They gave me attitude. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Rude as heck! No wonder their front door glass is broken!

do not visit this store if you are african american you will be accused of stealing items. Than followed around by the manager then customer recording you while you are shopping than uploading the videos on YouTube.

Family Dollar is less than 5 minutes and walking distance from the area that I'm in they're always clean and nice especially the staff wonderful wonderful staff
