When there is a delivery there is no way it should only be one person working on that day i don’t care if you had a call off the manager is suppose to come in and help with the deliver especially if you have over 1000 pieces being delivered this is insane. DO BETTER ON DELIVERY DAYS. How do you leave one person to run an entire store and get the deliveries

Horrible I will never ever shop here again !Went bought four items the cashier was rude as hell and on the phone acting like she didn't see us there short black female with short boy braids she then scans our stuff doesn't speak I then say it would be apple pay and she said you didn't have to tell me with an ugly attitude then I told her oh we didn't know then she starts mumbling under her breath then starts to Huff and puff as we get to the door she starts talking like she was real tuff like if you don't like your job find a new one !

The store itself is kinda low quality. That being said, the staff are always helpful and friendly, they always have groceries that I need or want, and I can find what I'm looking for easily.

This place is really unprofessional, unorganized and filthy. The floors look muddy-dirty, glass with finger prints and who knows what else on the frozen food door. Unsanitary. If I didn’t need soap as bad as I did, I totally would have walked straight out. It flared my anxiety to the max because of how obnoxiously loud they were. Time and place for everything, which they haven’t grasped that whole concept. Presentation 🤦🏽‍♀️ Never mind on that. Guess they have to get whoever they can to work it. Cause I don’t see anyone sensible working under those measures and conditions. Employees need work ethics and ppl skills. Not people friendly. They have personal conversations out loud. Running in and out the store locking and unlocking each other out. One guy was stealing; however, they didn’t realize it because they were too busy playing. Everything is cluttered and in the aisles, no real way to maneuver comfortably. The employees are rude and very playful, might I add over and over; RUDE/PLAYFUL. Witness them running through the store, using profanity and throwing things over the counter at each other while there’s a line full of customers. Management can not know this store is being ran like this, totally unacceptable and an disgrace. I dread this store in its entirety. If there was an 0 star, I would rate it at that level.

It is 9:19 on Monday September 14th, 2020. I just visited the store less than ten minutes ago. We were in and out but that wasn't the issue. The issue was the fact that the cashier in the front (a younger woman) was literally on her phone the entire time she rang us up. She was compelled to set her phone down in order to ask if we wanted to buy kitkats for a dollar, and she WAS polite when asking. We politely declined and she went back to texting on her phone. We said thank you and have a nice day, and she responded with 'uh huh. Yeah you too.' Maybe she had an emergency, I do not know. But in my day, we were told to not be on our phones when we were on the floor.Its a shame really... I'm very disappointed.

There are three dollar stores nearby:1. Dollar General2. Family Dollar3. Dollar TreeI'm always conflicted about which one is the best.They definitely are not all created equal, because they each have a bit of variance in their products.I do think that Family Dollar MIGHT be the best overall, and I have no problem stopping here at-a-whim.

I went in today 11/29/2017 with a coupon for my toilet paper and the cashier (female pregnant I don't know her name due to the fact that she had NO NAME TAG) hassles me about my coupon which was a VALID COUPON.. rudely takes it DOESN'T SCAN IT proceeds to walk around asking if it was valid which i knew it was ... I asked her for my coupon back and she was like "oh it's valid" I said I know I'm using it somewhere else and left that store... this is NOT the first time that employee has been rude SHE'S ALWAYS RUDE.. i have NEVER filed a complaint but I've had it with her RUDENESS and as long as she's working there I will NOT SPEND MY MONEY THERE!! GOOD LUCK FAMILY DOLLAR WITH THOSE TYPE EMPLOYEES

The employees are helpful and respectful to their customers. Pretty much all the employees that I have talked to make sure that people get what they're coming to shop for.... but hey it's just another small box dollar store

To say this store is UNPROFESSIONAL is an understatement! Yesterday (7-18-19) me and my sister who is in her early 60s paid a visit to the store in search of a outdoor tent. After no luck locating a tent we proceed to the front doors to exit, but before my sister who was behind me could make it out of the door she was stopped by one of the cashiers and asked to come back because she (the cashier) needed to roll the security tape back to see if the shoes my sister was wearing at the time had been stolen from this store. To say we were INSULTED by this FALSE accusations again is an understatement. My sister let this cashier know that she owns the shoes that were on her feet that were purchased from WALMART the day before and she doesn’t have to steal and is very capable and have the means to purchase whatever she likes. Long story short, my sister and myself traveled back home to retrieve the receipt that showed the purchase of the shoes from WALMART. Several customers witnessed the entire scene and spoke up by saying the would no longer patronize the store because of their treatment of my sister and the false accusations made against her....way too go FAMILY DOLLAR on your treatment of your customers 😡😡😡

This Family Dollar has the worst employees I've ever seen in my life. Customer service is a NOT here. They curse in front of the customers, talk on the phone while ringing you up. It's terrible.

The store is always nasty, stock piled on the floors, it is never clean. Shelves were messed up, I live down the street and don't want to go in this store ever. Customer Srvc is ok, they need a good Merchandiser.

This is probably the WORST most GHETTO Family sollar i have EVER been too!!!! Half the store is unlight, the restroom smells like something DIED! Dirty and dingy! Ingnorant employees. Having personal conversations that are 100% UNPROFESSIONAL!! SAVE YOU MONEY and go up a mile to the one on bridge st. and John T White!!!!! Disgusting!!!!

Love the store but thet have no carts. Folks on the neighborhood keep taking them. Hopefully this store wont leave like Walmart Nhm. OrFiesta did. No major grocers in the neighborhood makes the area undesirable to say the least.

I hate going in this store it is never l mean never clean in there it’s crowded the workers are very unprofessional they sit there and play n curse with the friends/ family instead maintaining professional customer service they never know who is shopping in the store some people can be offended by the language they use l understand it’s just family dollar but u should always remain professional
