I just went into Family Dollar, this location. I announced to the short, dark-haired Hispanic woman at the counter that I'd planned to buy items here, but asked if I could use the restroom. With a nasty attitude, she said, "We don't have public restrooms." I said, OK, then went and grabbed two items (dog food and dog treats). She said something else mean-spirited to me, for no apparent reason.Then, as I began to swipe my card, I decided to cancel the purchase because I didn't like the poor customer service I was subjected to. I then offered, anyway, to take the dog food back to the shelf, and she responded, "No, leave it!" A co-worker of hers, observing that I canceled my purchase, asked her, "What's wrong?" She responded, "I don't know." Then I walked out. That cashier was extremely rude to me.This location, because of that cashier's nasty attitude, gets only a 1 star rating from me. Truth is, it deserves less than that.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TOWARDS AFRICAN AMERICAN CHILDREN. ADULTS ACCUSING LITTLE BLACK CHILDREN OF STEALING FROZEN FOODS, ASSUMING THAT AN ADULT HAS THEM COMING TO STEAL, WON'T SHOW PROOF IF YOU ASK. WILL SHOW YOU VIDEO OF THEM COMING IN THE STORE, PLEASE IF YOU SHOP HERE MAKE YOUR CHILDREN AWARE OF THEIR BACKPACK. YOUNG BLACK KID'S WITH BACKPACKS ON ARE DEFINITELY THEIVES VIA THIS STORES EMPLOYEES, THEY'LL TELL YOU THEMSELVES PLEASE CALL CORPORATE. EMPLOYEES OMG I WON'T TAKE IT THERE.

Worked there years back and I will tell anyone who is black to not work there. There was a hispanic store manager there and Assistant manager as well. I was a cashier and the SM got upset because I was on my phone and the the Assistant was always on her phone. I even told the District Manager and he said just because the Assistant Manager talked on the phone doesn’t mean I can. I quit right after that. I REPEAT IF YOU ARE AN AFRICAN AMERICAN don’t work at this location!

I will never go there again the paper say take to only I did not know you’d have to pay for them so I went back and got more. The lady asked me am I gonna pay for them and I was surprised you have to pay for them. Why does it only say take to you if you had to pay for them well anyway long story short I drop the papers on the floor and flipped her off. I do not mind paying for something you’re supposed to pay for calling me a thief is out of line. I have plenty of money, but it does not say it cost money. I thought they were free papers this was Mexican long red and fat. I will never go here again

Most employees are so busy putting away their truck from last night that they don't have time to assist customers looking for items. Or are out of stock cause the truck still isn't put away on the shelves. Management needs to assign more help during truck to get it out where customers can buy it and get out asap. But the employees try their best to be as cheerful as possible. I dont blame them. It's a management issue.

Experienced horrible customer service. Cashier was very rude and dismissive but when a spanish speaking customer came in her entire attitude changed. She even left me at the register to help the other woman. Then she continued with me and her horrible attitude problem.

The parking lot is full because of the people across the street y'all need to do something about it I had to wait and then I I finally got in with my disability so you guys need to do something about that parking that's ridiculous for them to come and take over the parking like that

Shopped here several times from july 2015 to Dec 2015, but havent been back since my last visit in December. My shopping experience was fine. It was the checkout that was lacking. I was charged twice for an item. Even though I tried to explain the correct price matching policy.... I was told by both cashiers that they didnt price match Krogers ad (which I read on their website later was incorrect - they DO price match Krogers ad).

I came to this family dollar, when somebody told me the wreck took my truck The family dollar manager called For me is not right cause i just went to buy some stuffs and i park correctly if somebody read this superior than the manager is there. Do something about this cause is not fair i add the image how much i paid to take my truck out Im not the only person who happen this. I this is between the store manager and the wreckler so they can get money.......................................................Yo vine acesta tienda family dollar cuando una persona me aviso que la reca se habia llevado mi troca, el supervusor de la tienda fue quien hablo y no se me hace justo porque yo estaba parqueado correctamente, incluso puse una foto de lo q tuve que pagar para sacar mi troca. Very kind and helpful cashiers.....but the store itself is in a state of disarray every time i have been there. Outside store front and free parking lot is filthy. But they have decent sales and very kind and helpful cashiers.

This store was in better shape than I expected. I was looking for some kids swimwear, the selection was very limited. Store itself is small but I guess it's what you'd expect from a Family Dollar.
