The employees at this store is so lazy and disrespectfulI was told by the store manager that he could not come and help me get my items that they were put out and no he’s not getting it for me flipped his hair and started helping the next customerEvery time I come in here employees just standing at the register on there phone or snacking whenever you need something they don’t know where it is or they not supposed to leave the register poor customer service

This is a few blocks from me and convenient but it never fails that they tack on an extra dollar on each visit. They dont argue (at least not this time) when you call them on it and tell them they overcharged. But still they always seem to charge extra once you get to the register. Probably wont go there anymore. Its happened enough by now that I believe it’s purposeful.

2 “employees” dressed in shorts and tshirts rudely yelled at my sister and I when we tried to bring a puppy in the store. I get that it’s policy. But is it policy for 2 employees to be smoking weed outside the store and and shouting at customers. We just went to the next store 2 seconds up the road and didn’t get harassed by anybody smoking weed outside the store. Weirdos.

Can you please make the $5 coupon off of $25 that exist on Saturdays only every day of the week please.A lot of people still don't get out on the busy days of the week. For health reasons we shop on days that are slower so. So I have to go to the grocery store on the slow day to buy all the things I need I might as well get all the products that you sell at their store because I'm already there.

My husband went in to try and purchase a car charger. Upon entering the ASM by the name of Heather told him he was to put on a mask. He simply replied to her he was medically exempt and therefore couldn't wear one. She said well it's on the front door and she would not service him. She was rude and very unprofessional. She didn't mention to him that this company had hours on when people like himself can shop. Which is on the company's website. It's very disappointing that this company does NOT honor Governor Greg Abbots and CDC guidelines recommending medical exemptions. And that people like my husband have to shop early at this stores convenience and not their customers. And not being able to come in like regular customers anytime during business operation hours is NOT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also before I forget to mention under and protected by the U.S. Federal law Title 2 of the Civil Rights Act, U.S Code 42 2000(a) according to state and federal civil rights law, as an individual of the USA we have free and equal access to all facilities and services in this (any) business establishment, regardless of store policies. Federal laws trump any and all policies. Covered by and under ADA he is also being discriminated by this establishment because of his medical condition as well.

Incredibly rude staff member by the name of Alex store pricing a mess argumentative says he has no problem marking things down for ‘people’ rather then simply correct the shelves and pricing he made sure I left and will never frequent this particular store again. This staff member couldn’t care less about the customers avoid at all cost to many other great stores in the area to waste time or money at this one

This store is the worst family dollar I ever been to, they are always close during work hours. Lights on with a sign on the door CLOSED this is annoying.Need a number to make a complain about those slackers not wanting to work.

This Family Dollar has to be one of the most ridiculous of them all. At least once a week, this location closes early. Tonight I arrived at 8:29 and there’s a sign on the door stating we will be closing early due to short on change. Hello!!! That doesn’t mean close the entire store. Why wouldn’t they do what any other store does, which would advise customers CARD ONLY!!! They have missed out on at least 8 customers just since I’ve been sitting here.

The lady was extremely rude, the first thing she did upon walking into the store was viciously demand that I wear a mask. She has to know that the mask mandate was lifted and that she is no longer allowed to mandate mask wearing in public places. I am vaccinated I polite let her know and she just repeated herself even louder for the whole store to hear. Won’t be shopping here again.

Family dollar is the best because they got almost everything but sometimes there is no people which makes the store quiet and its way better than Dollar Tree and sometimes the shelves are just too close to each other, and Family Dollar is chill and fun, so I recommend going here.

Friendly staff, always nice people there. In the summertime it's crazy hot in there because their air conditioner don't work and the Chocolate candies and food with icing on it melts. Cheap and quality products so I keep going back. If they don't mind the heat I don't either.

I was discriminated today for my medical disability by associate named Heather. She claimed to be a assistant manager. She refused to service me because with my medical condition. I CAN NOT wear a mask. I tried to show her the Tarrant County Medical Exception for mask wearing but she refused to let me show her. This is a violation to the ADA laws for people with medical conditions.

This placed closed early last night for no reason I rushed to get her to make it at 945 and the doors was locked and the employee inside said they weren't taking anymore customers.. I have never in my life seen a family dollar close early!

Boo hiss, bad experience. Store didn't have all items advertised in flyer. Clerks not helpful. Attitude was "oh well, too bad for you" after I explained all items weren't there.I won't shop at this store ever againThey don't need my money.
