I went in to this store over the weekend. The first visit was ok, but the workers were very unprofessional. When I returned because I needed some additional items, the girls closed the store 20 minutes earlier than they were supposed to. When they saw customers approaching the doors they glanced back and continued their conversations.I called the following day and asked to speak with a manager and that I didn't want to speak to the one that worked the previous night, she still put that manager on the phone. I asked when would the store manager be in. She stated he would be in tomorrow morning. When I called this morning, a girl named Marisol answered and said she was the store manager. Then I stated, they said it was a man, she then said oh, he had to leave and won't be back til tomorrow. Mind you it is 7:15am. They opened at 7 and he already had to leave???? I find it very difficult to reach someone in corporate to alert them when their staff are behaving badly.

They don't give cash back, the lady rudely tells me they don't do cash back. I asked twice because the screen was asking if I wanted cash back. "It don't matter what this says if it ain't in my drawer then I can't do it" I assume the store has been robbed and doesn't keep any extra cash in the drawer.

When I went today check out at 6:10pm the cashier had her mask pulled below her chin. I asked nicely if she would put it on and her response was "Why?" I told her because its not doing any good there so she put it over her mouth. I ask if she would put it over her nose too, twice and she wouldn't. This location could very possibly be spreading Covid to out community.

It's cool in this particular Family dollar, I've lived near it FOR A LONG TIME (several years) and the staff has changed a lot throughout the times. The merchandise there is in the variety spectrum. They have snacks, clothes, shoes, house appliances, home decor, home essentials and so much more. The prices are very affordable. The area is somewhat ghetto but it's conveniently located and if you're from around the area you know what to expect.Overall I like it, I enjoy the convenience, the staff is nice for the most part (some employees hate working there and you can tell), they have an application for your phone that can hook you up with discounts which is cool.I recommend it if you're in a rush and need some stuff or if you're around the area and just wanna browse.

They hardly have baskets or buggy carts. The ones they have they use them to be able to put inventory up. Seniors buying multiple product's don't come here no help. Then they always got people outside the store asking for money.

it was 5 minutes til closing and I was able to get in and out in 3 minutes it was great. So many places won't let you in 10 or 15 minutes til close and they are missing out on money. I am happy to spend money at this store just for that perk.

The Manager and Cashier was very pleasant. Customer Service was Excellent. Good location with reasonable prices. Didn't wait hardly at all to be waited on.

Looks like it's being ran by children. Why there's 4 teenagers behind the counter but only one register open? Had me waiting in line 20min only to turn me away because they claimed no one had change for $100 on a $25 purchase. Seriously? Is this a store? And why is there spanish music being played 24/7? It's christmas season. Where's the Christmas music?

This store is great the cashiers are always nice. The only problem is the homeless people that hang out outside. They always ask for money and they make people feel uncomfortable.

The customer service sucks the store associates don't know what they are doing. The item was clearly marked and they did not or would not fix the price to reflect the marked price. They are on my list to never visit again👎🏻
