I’m a frecuent customer to this store, and right now I was passing by to get a couple of things and when I got inside the cashiers told me that I got to leave my purse in the front🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️, so told them that’s where I got my money and one of them was like then you can’t get inside, 😡😡😡worse customer service ever, never coming back to this store. If I could give them 0 stars would be great.

Short Hispanic extra heavy set big lip checker started acting like my teenage child during checkout process cause my card chip wouldn't read so I knew what I needed to do but it was on her to reset it so the blue light can flash lol so petty, all cause she's hot and bothered.And so was I! Please get some air in there so your workers can be polite since that's how they choose to make their living..smh..

There was a short rotund Hispanic woman working the register there this morning. A pet toy didn't have a tag on it. Instead going to get one with a tag or looking up the barcode, she just didn't ring it up at all.When I was collecting my bags and noticed the toy, she said "It doesn't have a tag, so I assumed you didn't want it." 🙃I gave her a wry smile, and waddled back to the area to get another and she rung it up. (I'm heavily pregnant)Since she seemed like she was avoiding taking the extra steps, I decided to help out by leaving the basket in the parking lot.Very lazy employees.

If your looking to shop on a low budget, then yes. The selection of products and quality arent the greatest depending on what your buying.This store can definitely save you some more, shop wisely because you see a dollar on the all those products, once you get to the register you'll be looking crazy like me cause them dollar items add up. Stick to your budget! The cleanliness needs improvement too, it always look kinda dengy in here.

“Manger” on the phone while working the register every time I go. Just because the store is located in the “hood”, doesn’t mean people don’t deserve good customer service. We’re spending our money. 2 stars because she does at least speak when people walk through the door.

Store has been open almost three months, the air conditioner has been broken for practically two and a half months. People rarely frequent during the day because it's hotter than the outside temps inside the store. Store employees are courteous as they turn their boxed fans in your direction... Sad if you ask me, whomever their PR, HR, business relations person is needs to be fired!!! This brand new building should still be under warranty, the air conditioner broke within three weeks of the grand opening so it should be covered!!! Who's not doing their job?!

Do not buy no cards from this place they sold me a use gift card so now who ever had that card know my card info. The first time somebody transfered my money in they paypal, i got my money back and than they took my money again so its impossible to get my money back 😡

It said they’re close at 10pm but I went there around 8 pm and they closed already … we was in there and I saw a lady keep locking the door early like they don’t want any more customers coming in 👎🏻

The manager was rude and inconsiderate. Refused to take a return back that had never been open and had the receipt. And when I was trying to get flooring she was rude about if they had any in the back.

Who ever is working there right now 3/27/2019 8:45 this morning, is very unprofessional and just hung up in my face!! All I asked was for the managers name to put next to my application I filled out!! She was so rude!!!

Got here 10 minutes before they closed and doors were locked. Lady came to the door and said they were closed, we tried asking why so early and had the door shut in our face.
