I try to help everyone, instead of telling you where something is, if I can, I take you to it. I sweep and mop, and try to keep stuff off the floors. I want my store to be the best in the city. Please don't get a attitude if I ask you to leave your bag at the front or for your ID. It's part of my job. I always look out for my people. My people are everybody that shops at my store. Can I get some new reviews?? How has your visit been in the past 6mths??

The store is fine. But Seems like it's an inconvenience to be checked out by a bald guy with glasses that works there. I was asking a question about a coupon and he didn't even offer to help but acted like it I was asking for too much. Ugh I will still go there, this bad review is for the employee not the store. Some stores have really nice customer service.

DON'T BUY THEIR ELECTRONICS!If it doesn't work or you're not satisfied they will not even talk to you much of you want to reform it. I bought a speaker for almost $30. 28 and some change. I took the speaker home and tried it and it sounded terrible for the price. A few hours later, I returned to the store. The cashier may as well have ignored me. She just asked "Is that an electronic?" When I responded yes, she stated while qalking away from the register that the new manager would not allow it. She didn't know what was wrong with it, didn't know if it worked or not, not even how long I had it. I just wanted a cheaper better or store credit. I wasn't even heard.. Barely paid attention to. WASTED MONEY

Rude costumer services, the cashier was on the phone while checking out!! Worst costumer service! Jessica was rude! Almost kicking us out of the store! Thank you for the attitude!

The price you see, is NOT the price you get and the cashier is rude about honoring the price that's advertised. I was dismissed by rudely being told to "have a nice day" with her back turned.

Horrible service, closes before closing time and their inventory is always sub par!!! Don't waste your time... either their closed when they are supposed to be open or HAS NOTHING IN STOCK!!! HORRIBLE 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I buy most of my cleaning products from Family Dollar . It 's close and convenient for me .The cashier are all ways helpful and friendly . And it's always clean !

Just like all the other Family Dollar's in the minority neighborhoods.... signs reads close at 10pm, but the staff act as if it's their store, and shut down almost 15-30 early...And will be ready to go back and forth as if you are in the wrong!
