The staff working tonight on 11/6/2023 at 6:00pm were great! Two guys were hanging up Christmas lights they greeted everyone and were so positive and nice! The girl working the cashier had so many customers but she handled it professionally and was extremely nice, patient and down to earth! The store is cleaner, more organized and you can tell they are making changes for the better

I’ve been here twice now. Once at 8pm. Once at 930pm. Both times doors were locked and I’m guessing employee cars are in the lot. Very frustrating! If they change hours they should update hours and sign.

I normally don’t post reviews but, if you EVER want to get something from here, you’ll have to be there before 9 because they close an hour early. They either need to update their hours or close ON TIME. I understand they get robbed often, and that’s not their fault. But they need to at least let the customers know they’re closing early or changing the hours.

This my 2nd review at this location. SO RUDE! On 9/27/23 i went and they are doing renovations ( I wasn’t aware) an employee comes out and yells at me rudely “WE’RE CLOSED” like what. Management needs to get on this. It cant be a coincidence every time i go its been a bad experience. Smh 🤦🏻‍♀️

they always have the worst service..always so rude for no reason........ they always got the wrong prices up and get mad when you find out at the checkout and decide u dont wanna buy stuff anymore. acting like they own family dollar or something. one of the workers got mad cause my mom wanted to return some stuff like what? and she was acting like she couldnt understand her just cause shes got an accent. they do too much if that bothers them at their big age they should fix the prices or work somewhere else . its embarrassing

I was in thisI store Sunday., after 1:00 pm. I really should call the corporate office. The cashier in this Family Dollar was horrible!! She fussed and cussed with a woman so badly until my 81 year old auntie could not shop comfortably because she was so afraid. It was ridiculous!!! She thought they were going to physically fightWe will not shop here anymore if it is not at all necessary.

Customer service is horrible. Whoever is working January 6, 2023 around 245-330 was very rude and didn’t acknowledge my presence. Shoved my bagged purchases and proceeded to talk on her cellphone instead of customer, baby she need to be fired and y’all need to find somebody else to do it

I really like this family dollar however it’s always getting robbed if I had to give a suggestion I’d say they should install one of those metal shields to pull over the door to prevent having so many incidents

Walked up to the store and it was locked. The sign said 12pm so I waited. I noticed there were several other people waiting in their cars and some vocally expressed their frustration to me. I saw an employee pen in something on the sign but i couldn’t see from my car. 12pm came around so I walked up to the entrance only to find the door still locked. I looked at the sign again and the “1” from the “12” was marked out?! This store wasted everyone’s time. I made eye contact through the glass door and the lady nodded and held up two fingers. Confirming 2 o’clock as the new time. Moved opening time 8 minutes before the initial time... I wish they had sent an employee to let us know their goal changed.

They close at 30 min before 10 pm and i don't get out at 9:30 at work i trying to call them but they don't answer the phone i only needed a few things like people don't get a chance buy things when i get out of work.

The store is okay, but if you want to shop here, get here prob 20-30 min before closing, bc they lock the doors 15 min at least early.

Runaway! This store has as credit card skimmer - she/he stole my information- this was the last place I made transaction- stole my info and made 3000 charges.My bank confirmed they used phone skimming- then attached the card to net wallet.Runaway
