Sure it is, but I haven't been in there once when their associates were just standing there with their thumb in the air! So believe me when I say that it's busy 98% of the time! 🌲Rock on!!

Tire place not being open at 8:00 here it is 8:33 a.m. and the doors is still locked it's sad when you have to buy toilet paper so you can go to the bathroom and then not open

Every time I went in there were issues. Comments from employees that are rude inappropriate and just ugly. Place was always in a mess and whatever item I went in for was empty or they don't carry. It was poorly stocked awfully managed. Only reason I would go in was its by my home and didn't want to go to Walmart. Last 2 visits there appeared to be new manager. Hands on type. Things seem improved. Will rate them in another month. Good ones don't Last. Their registers were always messed up for some reason to?

It’s 9:40 pm 04/03/2023Store hours clearly say that the store closes until 10pm so it should still be open. Well it’s not. It is closed and employees are on their phone and laughing at customers that try to come in to the store and find that the doors are locked. Who ever is in charge of the store needs to address this.

The who ever was telling the employees what to do things very unprofessional person lazy people waiting in line an she walks off I placed my things on the shelves and left never going back to this place ever again there's a dollar general west on Mansfield hwy poor hiring

Cashiers are nice but whoever the manager is she is the worst. She completely LOCKS the store during hours of operation and LEAVES when ahe chooses to. Im fed up.

Went in to get some dog food. I was trapped in an isle with one person on my right the shelves on my left and someone directly behind me. The black worker that was there stocking up the shelves proceeded to yell at me and tell me get back six feet social distancing. I had nowhere to go. She was very very very rude proceeded to tell at me from across the store. Like I was a child. I will never go back to any family dollar and I will be reporting this. She could have went about this in a different manner. She was rude as hell.

I went in for one item, when I located where it should have been it was on the very top shelf and.....the spot was EMPTY!!Waited for a bit, walked a few aisles over in either direction but finally had to go to the front of the store to ask for assistance. 3 clerks in same spot!!!Clerk checked the shelf then checked the back and brought out what I needed. 10 minutes in

I understand hours have changed due to covid... but to have the hours on the door conflict with the hours online implies someone did not do their job. I also do not understand why the doors were locked before the business closed at 9. Why is this store even here?

Opens at 8am and closes at 10pm...yeah right I have been to this location several times around 9, 9:23, 9:37pm and the doors are always locked. Lights on and people still working! Had a couple of people look right at me and then ignore me! Calling corporate!!!

I have went to this FD store almost everyday since store opened from day 1. I will never grace there doors again after how i was treated by 1 employee Erica as of today at about 3:30pm on Sept 1st 2020 she was totally rude verbally threatened me by saying she should punch me in my mouth for walking up to close to her while she was working.I sugguest that Family Dollar needs to view video and audio of this incident it happened far left corner of store at pet supplies..

I came to this store numerous of times and it's always closed at odd hours, for example it's 3:52 pm right now and the store is locked and a car parked outside grey van/truck must be the workersThat's very bad service please fix
