I arrived at about 9:30 in the morning. A gentleman by the name of David with semi long hair greeted me. I walked around, just searching for some Valentine’s Day things and little odds and ends. The isles were semi neat, I don’t expect it to be pristine, but I was still impressed with this dollar tree and the Tidiness of it. I overheard David helping an elderly man in a wheelchair, who needed a lot of help. David was very kind and helpful for this gentleman. He even went as far as helping The gentleman with the door. Overall, I had an stress-free And delightful experience at this particular dollar tree.

This Dollar Tree is by far the worst store I've visited. The staff is horrible. Steven was one of the cashier working 1/27/24 during the late afternoon. He's rude and unprofessional. I realize that customer service is lost in this store, I ask to speak with the manager and he walk past me never ask what my concern was it didn't matter to him. I put everything back and will not be back.

If the elderly lady is there, you will have a better experience. She's very kind and has great customer service. The young one hates her job and won't even acknowledge you, is like if you are bothering her when paying for your items.

This store is always having a problem opening up in time. There’s been days where there are several people waiting for the doors to open. Whoever manages this store needs to be informed about how late it’s opening.

It's dollar tree! Like family dollar and dollar general, you get what you get, not always the best quality but hey at uh $1.25 you really shouldn't expect uh whole lot..

My mama had to go to the restroom and she ask Annie where it is. She told my mama the restroom is out of order and it wasn't. There was no sign saying out of order also the door wasn't lock. My mama had to had an accident trying to make it through the store to find it. When my mama found the restrooms were not out of order, Annie decided to watch me and my mother like thieves. I'm very upset set and disappointed that your employees don't want to let paying customers use the restrooms just because they don't want to clean it. Also the fact that Annie was following us through the store. I will not be coming as long as Annie works there and I will be informing others about our experience.

Cashier is kind of rude. He always has his earphones on and since it’s loud he screams the total at the customers. He just has a rude way. Usually everything is stocked up. But I’m really not liking this cashier, he had no name tag. He wasn’t wearing green like all cashiers so I’m not sure if he’s someone in charge but either way very rude. Not the first time either.

Had awsome stuff super affordable . The best dollar tree in town..however The cashier was frendlyish but could use more training on how to control her attitude while at work whoever the manager is has got to do a better job of training and hiring people with better customer service. Other than that i wont let one bad apple spoil it will definitely be back again but hope they improve on customer service

They may have had to raise their prices to $1.25, but Dollar Tree remains THE place to meaningfully stretch a tissue-thin budget. This location also features a very friendly staff, making it a true joy to visit and shop.

As soon as you walk in all you get is a very very strong odor of mildew and black mold. Could only stay in there long enough to grab only half the things i need in there cuz the smell of it was so strong it was burning my nose.

Been waiting for a while in this long line. Enough time to write this review. The 2 workers here are more interested in having a conversation than help the customers. Oh and they just ran out of air for their balloons plus the store is a mess with boxes everywhere. Do not come here if you don't need to.

I have to save my experience there's always been wonderful today there was a manager there that is not a people person that is not people friendly had an ugly mad face ignored me when I would talk to her I had to talk to her twice but the cashier lovely she should have been the manager

These people are so wonderful drug dealers all in the front with guns and crack reasons I loved it because you don't have to go in there the dealers will sell u the stuff in the store for Half off cuz they stole it great place for kids 50 cents for a large snickers I think they had a few pedafiles toNah I'm just joking I just liked the prices for bowls it's a gud place if you're in a hotel

They lied about opening times told them i needed diapers for my son gave them the cash to get for me while i wait at door she said no and made me wait in the parking lot for 27 min. Is it that hard to have a heart???

Dollar Tree is great for gift wrapping supplies, snack items, sodas/drinks, and a lot of others items without the hassle of a large super store.

This location was turning people away at 8:45.. Very rude.. If the store closes before 9pm as stated on website and the door, then they need to change the hours.

Everything I needed but the line was out of control. One register open and 7 people in line with 2 other employees walking around.

I have only been here once and the one time I was in there the line was extremely long with one register open and another employee was in the back stocking the aisles instead of helping at the front and the cashier at the front started arguing with the lady because she was complaining about how long it was taking to check out I will never go back here
