By far the dirtiest dollar tree I’ve ever been to. Not only is it dirty as in looks like the floor has never been mopped ever, but the store stock is a disaster. Crap everywhere, just terrible.

Midgrade store for obtaining a few items of a particular need. You should not pay for a high quantity of items at each visit. It is not a discount store. Get an item you want to fix a need. Try a second after the first, if you want spend extra. See if you like the idea when going to the next place in life. The store is for boosting income by strange luxury. You do not select a good life style from surviving off these types of items. That is why you try to cure the need. It is good for that.

Store was very clean and stocked. They have a lot of different products now. I haven't been to this specific location in a while but I was happily surprised. Not too crowded and they don't let the checkout line get too long as I've seen at other locations. Cashier was polite, friendly and fast.

Hate to say I also have seen this location go downhill. Almost alway some homeless person sitting out the right of the door close to parkway leading to back of the shopping center. Although its not the cleanest location, their selection is almost always empty or lacking from what other dollar tree's offer. I've been here atleast 3 separate occasions in the last month where the store was locked and technically closed before 9pm. (All the lights on, one employee inside waving his hands to acknowledge they aren't open), and because I typically come here either in the afternoon or within the last hour of closing cause my job hours, Im certain they closed the store early just so keep the customers out while still getting paid for the last hour of work to do nothing. Never really had any bad treatment from the workers here, but its obvious the people working here do not like their job and I cannot blame them.

I came here to get balloons for my son, as he has been in the hospital for 4 days. I wanted to cheer him up … as I approached the checkout, the man was sitting on the checkout counter, I asked him if they had any get well balloons. The young man said, sorry we are out of helium. I asked if he could help me pick some balloons (or grab them for me, as I had to jump to reach them) he just turned his back and continued to sit on the countertop.This was such a weird experience that I had to post . I was very disappointed, maybe this young man never had a mother that would do whatever for her son, idk.

The manager of this place should be ashamed and replaced. It’s filthy in there. It looks like animals have been walking around on the floor. It wreaks of pee and the smell of the homeless people that seek refuge from the heat. I’m not against helping anyone less fortunate but you’re causing your customers to do a double turn at the door. It’s not fit to shop in. It’s nasty 🤢!!

My husband and I were treated very rudely by the manger on duty, Julianne. I think that is her name. She refused to give it to me upon request and she was not wearing a name tag. She became irate after an item rung up for $5 but was shelved with the $1.25 cleaning items. I told her that I should get them for that price and she immediately responded with I could either buy the item for $5 or leave without purchasing any of my items. I decided to leave without purchasing any of the items. I chose to go to another location to purchase the items. This location has gone downhill!

The store was clean and organized. The cashier Hillaria was very pleasant and so helpful i was looking for a certain type of gum she came out from around the counter went to several cashier aisle just to locate it for me. Great customer service going above and beyond. I will certainly come back and recommended this location to my friends.

Great Dollar Tree, there was a young man that stayed with me and my friend the whole time we were there trying to and successfully locating a number of items that we were looking for. The cashier was nice and personable as well as fast, efficient and courteouse. A real 10 shopThank you Dollar Tree and all of the employees that we encountered as well as your well stocked store. There was only one staple item that we sought, with good help, to obtain that, surprisingly was not in stock, legal pads.

Dollar Tree is really nice and clean, the Mgr.(Denise),is Awesome and the Entire Staff is Great 👍 as well, but I noticed that one employee goes Above and Beyond EVERYDAY, the persons name is Christina!!!If Corporate is reading this,they NEED to promote her,or give her a Raise!!!This is the Dollar Tree in Montgomery Plaza!!!

I've shopped this store since it opened. It's sad to see it has deteriorated so much. There is a homeless persons bed on the sidewalk to the left of the door. The interior of the store is dirty with items on the floor by the front door and merchandise on the floor in other parts of the store. I hope Dollar Tree management will read this and clean up the store.

Dollar tree is lot to be spoken about 1.25. Take it off you have 5.00 then 3.00 that enough unless you investing in your workers paychecks and health insurance for them retirement benfits i can see that. Hire more workers. Go back to 1.00.

It’s Christmas Eve, I purchased paper towels and toilet paper that I didn’t end up needing and thought I could just take this unopened still new items in and exchange them. Well when I came in the first time I opted to not get a receipt. They said they can’t do an exchange without a receipt. I’m super bummed because I’ve exchanged things without a receipt before and it wasn’t a problem. I’m even more bummer because I spent my last $3 to finish gifts at dollar tree instead of being able to swap out unwanted items for something I actually needed. I have to forgo lunch today because it’s was more important to stick to company policy instead of just helping someone out and there’s not customer service portal to voice my concerns.Is there anyways to make it more clear to people trying to save paper that if you don’t get a receipt all sales are final?I’ve been living dollar to dollar instead of paycheck to paycheck so this instance breaking the rules would have done more for me than just make me happy.

This Dollar Tree is a Dollar Plus!Great place to get crafting supplies (paints, Mod Podge, wired burlap, glue sticks, etc.).What a great place to shop!It is a clean store with friendly associates.

Dollar tree has all the little stuff you need for only a dollar. I love going there. I never get away with less than two bags. It is a long walk to and from the bus, but it is a nice walk with pretty pots of plants and trees all along the way. And who doesn't need the exercise. {*_*}

Very friendly and helpful staff (in person and even when I've called looking for particular items). Find almost everything I need to host children's b-day parties, and all for a $1, rather than paying $3-$5 per item at a party store, or even at Target or Walmart.

Great store friendly staff but i wouldn't suggest filling the shopping cart because the carts can't leave the store and you're going to have to carry all that stuff to your car. Kind of sucks especially when you have to use crutches that's why you only getting 3 stars

Gotta love the price. Everything is just one dollar. If you buy right you can get several meals for just a few bucks. This one is clean and organized too
