I had always enjoyed the staff there UNTIL Ursurhea started working there. She is rude and disrespectful. She made my 6 year old very uncomfortable when she accused me of putting items back that I no longer wanted at the check out area. I told her that I was Ddividing my orders since I had 3 different orders that day. She Continued To Express to the whole store that she hates when people say one thing but are really doing another thing. Then in the middle of my transaction she left the cash register and walked over the the Shelf area where I was dividing my items to see if I had left anything. My 6 year old said mommy I don't like when you buy so much for the church because she (Ursurhea) is so mean and doesn't like it. The fact that my 6 year old recognized Ursurheas behaviors and attitude really bothers me. We should not have to feel uncomfortable while shopping and as an adult you should never stand there infront of a child accusing their parent of lying. This was the final strew we will not go to Meadowbrook dr location anymore. It's sad because it's in my neighborhood and it would have been nice to have smiling faces and respectful people trying and willing to make Eastside a better place.

Don't bring your kids here! My kids were playing with some toys that they put in reach for children. The associate announced over the INTERCOM for parents to remain with their kids, etc. He felt that my kids were being disruptive and almost asked us to leave. I confronted him about how embarrassing it was for him to announce to the whole store what he said. I told him I'm shopping and I'm here with them.Tonight, the cashier asked if those were my kids playing with a small ball. They were not being disruptive. I asked them to put it back, so they put it where they thought it should be. It wasn't the correct spot, but the associate did not want them to fix their mistake when I asked them to. Her attitude was unwelcoming and unfriendly. I normally leave positive reviews. However, I am fed up with the staff at this Dollar Tree. NO STARS!

Everytime I come in this Dollar Tree It's Always Clean, Well Stocked, AND Regardless Of Them Being Short Staff They Have Great Customer Service. ON ANOTHER NOTE With The Weather Changing This Is The Best Tasting Orange Juice, And It Lives Up To It's Name 100% Orange Juice. Visited this location for the first time. Went on the hunt after seeing an item I wanted via YouTube. Stopped here after some other locations. They have the most extensive stationary/office supply section I've ever seen from any DT location. . . and yep I found exactly what I needed and then some. Oh my...how in the world did I spend $30.00 when I only came to spend about five. Ha!

The store operating hours are from 8am-10pm Mon-Saturday. Today I arrived at 8:15am and the doors were locked. There was a few customers standing outside of the doors waiting on someone to open but after several minutes no one came to unlocked the door. 45 minutes after the store was suppose to open I walked in and was not greeted by any of the associates. The Manager by the name Edward who was standing at the registers, did not acknowledge me or offered any assistance upon entering the store. Edward was very impolite, rude, and disrespectful during my transaction process. He said something to me that came off very racially profiling and distasteful. This store needs to consider new management, and reevaluate their Customer experience and engagement policy.

The only complaint I would have is that is it quite messy, but that is with every dollar tree I've ever been to. Understandably because they have so much stuff and so little employees.This place has really upgraded all their merchandise since I started going there when I was a kid. I used to get 1 thing for every year I was old, for my birthday. They even have licensed Disney toys for just a $1.25!Last time I went, I bought some led light strips to decorate my computer desk, thinking they would only work for acouple days but these things have really lasted me.

the store is nice and all of the cashiers are nice but the so called "Store Manager" Edward Is very rude! Ive never been literally screamed at over wanting to use the PUBLIC RESTROOM! He tells me they close at 5pm and keeps them locked i simply asked him why that it is because the policy states for them to have an open restroom through open store hours and when i did he screamed at me and told me he "wasnt going to deal with me" "and if i have a problem to call corporate" Ive never dealt with such bad customer service in my life!

They should rethink hiring their employee Edward. I am a very regular patron, like several times per week, but he has changed that with his extremely rude, dry, unhelpful attitude. Out of the hundreds of purchases this year alone, 2 items didn't work for me. I attempted to exchange them as I was coming to purchase even more and he stopped me with some new return policy. I only know it's new because I asked after explaining that I had already done exactly what I was trying to do before. He dismissed me continuously and when I asked for the number to corporate, he literally ignored me and walked away. When I approached him again, he said "google it!"and walked away again. I asked if he didn't have an obligation to provide it and he said he doesn't know but didn't have it. I told him i would be complaining about this poor service to a loyal customer and he shrugged me off. I can't tell if it's race with him being nonblack in this black community or just a horrible employee/manager.

There's one employee that's usually friendly. But I've witnessed them several times lock the door way before closing time. Tonight they should be closing at 10. The doors were locked at 9:18. That's a big no no.

The store was clean and neat. They only had one cashier bless her heart and the lady at the front of the line was getting a lot balloons the only cashier had to air up. The cashier kept a smile on her face and kept apologizing to everyone for the wait. Then someone finally came and open another line. I can't believe they didn't prepare for father day weekend.

The staff at this Dollar Tree are very rude. Don't use the restroom you will get accosted by the staff asking you if you have anything in pockets that belong to the store. I find that very offensive an unprofessional . Basically asking me or rather accusing me of Stealing. You can bet I will never shop there again . Totally disrespectful.

It's a decent spot could use some fixing up around the outside. inside is pretty neat but there were only two registers open and both registers had really long lines. probably not an everyday occurrence but 5 minutes just to buy a drink isn't really good

I was feeling so so bad I felt weak and dizzy but when I tell you the managers and a few customers made sure I was ok constantly checking on me they made sure I was up and well to make it home safe I greatly appreciate all their assistance

Can't beat the prices lol it's Dollar Tree. The employee are really nice, and helpful. I was able to actually get all my decorations for my tree and home and all my holiday needs. I visit this store many times a week

Who spends almost $60.00 at Dollar Tree? Me that's who. Decent selection, but now $1 items are $1.25. Disappointed that my snack bill just went up 25%. But oh well...

The great thing about DollarTree that stands out the most in comparison to other 99 Cents store is that Their products prices are all 99 cents which is how the Business model should be. It makes moral & ethical sense that we all should go to DollarTree when it comes to a genuine 99 Cents store.

New store, very clean. Actually took my neighbor to get some christmas wrappings. They had everything he needed and then some. I picked up some food for my four legged 😸🙀.They have refrigerated and frozen food items and everything for the pantry you could imagine. EVERYTHING'S $1 TOO!Great store!

Unlike some other Dollar Tree stores this one was so clean, neat and the shelves were stocked and no boxes lining the aisles. Cashier was friendly.

This Dollar Tree is new and is well stocked. When the lines get long they do call for back up, but sometimes it can take a minute.
