The female employee doesn’t look like she has a good attitude smh, I believed her name is Cecilia! She was looking grumpy 😠 so it makes me feel uncomfortable to be in there. The young black guy was better than her. Store looks unorganized, everything is on the floor like no one cares about cleaning up!! I wouldn’t recommend this location but I went to this one since it’s the closest one to me

This is the first time I've visited the store and it will be the last. The cashiers for leaving quickly were in a bad mood, they don't even take the time to say hello or be polite. When I'm done, I literally throw my things away and say thank you with an attitude. working in customer service is being nice and getting people to come back again but with these people they never come back.

Lots of stuff at a great price. Friendly people work here.Update Nov 2023: This place is filthy. It needs a good cleaning. The floors are littered with trash and look like they haven't been swept or mopped in forever. Take some pride and clean the place up!

Went in to get something for teachers appreciation week and the school supplies aisle was closed so then isaw it was open again so iwent to get a few supplies, the lady named cesilia said rudely “this aisle is closed ileft it open when ileft” (not my fault that she didnt close it back when she left)and iasked if ican just get a few items and she said “ well hurrry up” rude, bad service never again coming to this one. Didnt get a chance to even choose nothing.

This morning, I experienced awesome customer service and kindness at this dollar tree. The cashier (I regret not remembering his name) was just the best. He helped me with my bags and even opened the door. Hope others would be more like him, kind !

This Dollar Tree is absolutely nasty! The floors are disgusting! It looks like the floors haven't been swept or mopped in years! That is very unsanitary! The shelves are not stocked. The majority of the shelves are empty. When I asked the cashier why the shelves weren't stocked, she said they had too much stuff to put up! I definitely will not be shopping there. They don't have anything you need on the shelves because it's still the boxes.

This store would stay cleaned and organized if people would actually put stuff back where they got it from and not make a mess while employees are trying to keep it clean. I hate that they claim this store to be nasty and ghetto but if the community would care they would show that we can be just as nice as the higher class areas

The store is now open from 11am to 6pm ONLy this has been going on like this for the last 2 weeks and there is no date, time or sign when they will go back to regular hours if ever. The store being open only 7 hrs a day is ridiculous sad enough they went up on prices but now open for 7 hours out of a 24 hr day is pointless they should just close down and put a family dollar there would be way more useful to the public. They need a new manager to take over this place asap or it's going to go straight downhill and fast for the last year it's been a poorly ran junky store that's very nasty and almost always out of stock. Wish the manager would take pride in their store and have the place clean, organized, ran smoothly in check out lines And most importantly opened during the STANDARD dollar tree hours NOT closing everyday at 6pm before people have even made it home after work in traffic!!

Best place to go when you don't want to go to Walmart. A lot of their stuff is still a $1.00 . i had to get light bulbs and kitchen items. Why go to walmart when i can come here. But if you are like me only bring a certain amount of money because i can spend money in this store. Love it.

East berry dollar tree has a security guard and police in the parking lot as I was leaving I hear on the store intercom hey y'all need to watch the door after I exit I see a young male running to the security because someone apparently stole something security went to the police the police went searching. This is completely disgusting the Dollar Tree workers our paycheck away from becoming a dollar store Thief themselves. The sad part is all over the world people still only in the black parts of Fort Worth are they doing the most policing

I love the morning crew. They are team players. Don't go after 4pm. They don't help each other at all. Line will be going down the aisle and nobody come and help it's like the lady at cash register is working by herself and she move slow as molasses. They need ppl in there that's going to work. And they need to clean up the store and stop leaving it for the morning crew to do. Smh.

Always a mess! Boxes everywhere to where you cannot walk.. employees are always rude and in bad moods, what employees they do have! Long lines and only 1 cashier at all times.. the store stays a mess! Honestly i have nothing good to say except it needs new management someone who knows what there doing. Get some people in there who actually want to work.... straight up a trash store! Just saying!!!!

went there yesterday around 7 pm to buy something. the lady who attended us was nice. but the line is wayyy too slow and only one person is out there helping. plus, one of the ladies came out to help but she was on the phone and making the line very very slow. also afight was about to break out there so id suggest not going there😬

I just called there, and asked a very simple question regarding the manager and the associate and or manager on duty RIGHT NOW said and I quote "We Dont Have Any African Americans that work in this store" and then disconnected the line!!! I unfortunately had her on speaker and my 70 year old mother had to hear that ungodly display or ignorance. I will never shop at that store or any Dollar Tree ever again!!! And I will be in contact with corporate as soon as I finish this review.

This Dollar Tree was not bad at all. Most of the things there do cost about $10 or less. The parking there is free and it is a big parking for many people/cars, that is because there are other stores close by Dollar Tree like Marshalls, Ross, It's Fashion, Rainbow, Shoe Carnival, and some others stores. But there is also a Walmart near there as well.

This store in particular has a good MGMT team. When they see a line form up, they will have another person help out, unlike a couple of "dollar" stores(Dollar G, Fam Dollar, etc)

This has to be the filthiest Dollar Tree I’ve ever visited. Merchandise is all over the floor, hanging off the shelves, the floors aren’t clean and the store smells. There’s usually only one register open so the line goes to the back of the store. This location is an embarrassment.

For people on a budget everything is a DOLLAR they sell everything for every room even a Lil grocery. Sometimes the lines are real long with only 1-2 cashiers at times. Sometimes it's messy were kids hve played in the store. A lot of stocked boxes in the aisles but it's a dollar store so you can spend less money for a lot of items

At this time of night I was able to get in and out. The service was great and with a smile. Although it was close to closing time the workers did not rush me in fact I felt quite at ease.

Lots of variety for crafts. Large bags of shells for 1$ that are $10 at Walmart. Yarn , glues...anything you'd need..plus if they don't have it Walmart is right next door.
