I was here at 8:05 this morning and the store was locked up tight. I guess opening at 8:00 means opening whenever the employees feel like getting there. It must be nice to eff off and keep your jobs.Dollar General Corporate should take a look at this.The store manager should be trained or fired.Open when you say you will.

I walk up to get checked out and it's complete silence. No, "Hey how are you" or nothing! Where is the customer service!? Then just hands me my receipt and says NOTHING! To me that is rude! All the cashiers do it! Only time I hear them talking is when they are on the phone at the register! Please fix that! I want to know my money/business is appreciated because I could easily go across the street to Family Dollar!

Disappointed on how they manage their store maintenance management , value their employees or store representatives, essentially partners. During my visit at this location, the store's air conditioner was down with an indoor stagnant temperature of approximately of 90-95F. I asked the nice represented cashier about this situation and based on her response i could see their disappointment. I've asked on other Dollar General stores including one manager with similar situations within other areas such bathroom repairs and their response was also pity and dissatisfying. I am encouraging Dollar General to put more effort valuing their customers and employees. This is a business as any other organization and without staff and customers there wouldn't be Dollar General.

I shop at this location probably once a week. I usually have a good experience. I went in for a quick run last night and some lady practically stood over my shoulder and watched every bag of candy I took off the shelf. I'm not sure who she was, but she may want to familiarize herself with the regular customers that shop at the store.

Every single time I go into Dollar General it is nasty! I'm not sure of what it is but you can't find everything that you need if they have a dollar owl why do you have other items sitting on the shelf that's not a dollar? I need for them to do better and I need for the employees to dress according to the handbook. The guy that works there he is always musty and he's always eating and talking at the same time when other staff members are hiding in the cut somewhere on their cell phones. Do better please and thanks

This is the best Dollar General. The staff at this tucked away location has literally been the same for at least a year! Which is becoming more and more rare nowadays! They have a clean store, and lots of bargains! Everytime I've been there has been clearance outside, this leads to saving money, along with finding everyday good deals from the new merchandise they are rotating due to their prompt sales!

They need new employees. Because the Current ones that was working this sat afternoon were terrible. im sure not all of them are like that. But my experience was terrible. I waiting in line with things in my handS and there's 2 employees at the cashier stand playing around on snapchat and what not. i guess the person in line was a friend if theirs. Instead of checking customers out they were too busy gossiping with each other. They clearly see im waiting patiently but they continued playing around until I asked if I could put my things down. Im not from the area but never going back to this store ill continue my shopping in las Colinas. All I needed was bathroom rugs and I ended just leaving because they clearly don't care about customers service.

Like I say on many of my reviews, your local retailers and eateries are a direct reflection of the area. Most of the shoppers and employees are going to live in the area surrounding. By no means is the the worst"Dollar" type store in the area. Best part of this store is usually the manager Brian. He knows every inch of that store, tries to keep it together best he can, and will always scan a coupon if he has one for your purchase item. It can get a little cluttered but I personally believe employees would have more time to spend on stuff like organization and cleanliness if they weren't spending most of their day combating shoplifters! Almost every trip I've made they have to chase someone out or have a pile of stuff some idiot dropped down their pants leg to the floor! It's also nice that they remember customers once you've made a couple trips in, plus they will remind you if something you always get is on!!

This is a really good store. This particular location seems to have more food items and refrigerated/frozen items than other locations that I have visited. This theme remains throughout the store with pantry items, pet items, household goods, you name it.

I love Chris, he is the reason i shop at this store. Her keeps me up on all the great deals and coupon savings. The store is always clean and my kids live how nice he is to them

Clearance items never marked, and shelf they use fir clearance is the overall stock shelf also so items at full price are on it too. Then cashier catches attitude when u tell them u don't want the item back its not clearanced price. 😱😢

The manager Chris is always nice and friendly. The store is neat, clean and keeps items stocked. Would be 5 stars but the restrooms need to be kept up a little better.

I am just to put out with the dollar stores that I have went to today. And I do not blame the cashier's I blame the managers twice I walked out of two of them and it's hard for me to walk out of any place because I have patience and that's all I'm going to say right now but this was probably go to the headquarters. You have the coupons online but you don't have your employees trained to take them the right way wasting my time.

Old school rustic feel about this place. I got two Christmas mugs and we love them... Omg there candle can go up against bbw because they smell good as the scent is labeled. Affordable five bones for a candle vs 24 for just one

This is a NASTY store never stocked,merchandise is put everywhere and anywhere. I have never came into this store with out merchandise falling from shelves etc. This store is a hazard. The employees are not knowledgeable about products are what they even carry in the store. Please dont ask what aisle something is on. This store gets a two rating only bc when i ask to use the restroom it was partially clean.

Store manager always accuses his customer's who coupons of stealing. He had no problems losing customers who coupons. He never apologize for his behavior when my husband and I confronted him with his piss poor customer service.

It's a good store with one bad seed. All was great till I had to return an item. As I came in with it, I told cashier, "I am coming in with this." As I held up the item and he said to me, "I don't give a f%:k what you come in with."

The store is easy to access (for the handicap), it's clean, it's organized, the staff is friendly and helpful (sometimes they have to deal with rude customers and thieves, so don't judge the employees if they're having a bad day). They have what I'm looking for at good prices

Love the employees here they're very personable and know me as a regular customer. But the other customers are theives and rude. I dropped a $100 bill and when i went back we looked at the camera and we saw the lady that was behind me, she waited until I left and as soon as I walked out the door she picked up my money and put it in her wallet. That was disgusting to me. When I found a man's wallet at Walmart in a shopping cart I inmediately turned it in to customer service. He came back and tried to give me a $100 bill for turning it in, but I didn't take it. He said he had just cashed his $1,250 check and was about to pay his rents and bills. He said he came back to get his wallet expecting for the money to be gone. His wife cried and they both gave me a hug, and I was shocked that they were so surprised. He said his wife had just had $200 stolen from her purse at work a month ago. I told them that I wasn't special that I had just done what I was supposed to do. But now I know why they were so shocked by what I did, I guess it's a rarity these days to just be a DECENT person because what I did should not be considered amazing or rare, it was just the right thing to do and that should be the norm. I guess being a decent person is not the norm anymore😔

Very nice gentleman cashier. The store was clean and neat. I was a little disappointed in the party area. I went to look for a gift bag and there was hardly any to select from but still a good experience.

It's pretty convenient and they usually have everything I need so no complaints there.. the only problem I have with the place is that the manager whose always there like he's always there he over works himself.. that manager looks like he hasn't taken a shower in or 2 years.. really he looks like a meth head for real his clothes are always stained and have left over food on them and you can smell him before you even get near the counter that's not cool just take a bath dude...#Pleaseshower

This place is ALWAY'S nasty and disorganized, not to mention understocked. I have visited this location more than a few times and have never found it tidy or clean(mopped, dusted etc.)...early morning or late in the evening. The isle's are cluttered with everything that belong's elsewhere, and there is freight just piled up and down the isle's with noone attending to it. I can understand if it a holiday weekend or such, but really? This store is highly understaffed OR is simply mis-managed. HEADS UP CORPORATE!I managed retail stores for 30+ yrs. I would fire MYSELF if I ever allowed one of my stores to get in this condition.I realize that there are a great number in this area that rely on the bus system and have no choice but to shop here, and that should be more of a reason why this store should shine. The potential to be a top producer is there...just sad noone but your customer's can see it

Manager Christopher C. is a joke! Got upset because his store is a mess and unorganized and something did not have a price on it. Told me to read the prices labeled. That would be ideal if it were all clean and organized. Christopher needs better customer service and needs to learn holiness is closest to Godliness. He is an embarassment to the establishment. It does seem small n clutteredUsually 1 line openN store closes at 9 pm where other DG stores close at 10 pmLike on hwy 10 ECTThere are lots of other DG stores that are way better organized n items are more conveniently foundA big complaint of mine isThat for seasonal items like Now Valentine's DayI can't even get to the Valentine's day products because they have these big n Tall Heavy Carts in the way100 % covering these itemsN no one to help move them which they should not even be totally covering the seasonal holiday display itemsThis store is always this wayN these large carts are in the Damn wayIts not my place to move them to access productWen I can easily go elsewhere n buy my items convientlyI usually only go in this DG on occasion for a couple items if at all because it's a difficult store to shop inThere is 1 particular man usually there n cashing may be manager he is probably in 40s or 50s ? he is nice to me n my childrenI encountered another male employee younger & African American w a large cart he keep being in my way n never apologised he acted like I was in his wayThe store seems very cluttered as soon as you pass 1st cash register areaI'm not sure why the owner n manager doesn't rearrange this store n make it more customer friendly n more appealing to their customersI realize maybe he don't want to spend money but in order to make good profit you've gotta compete w other storesN be appealing convient n clean n accessibleRearranging store doesn't cost money just some time but wld be so worth itIf your the owner n really care read these reviews n also put a suggestion jar in your store at main cash register that may give you tips on what customers are wanting wen running into a DG to buy a few items I feel claustrophobic in the bridgewood storeI used to live in wataugaN that store stayed open till 10 pm n I often bought over $100 dollars of itemsPaper goods plastic wareCleaning suppliesLaundry itemsECT it was easier than going to Wal-Mart's for meBut the store is conviently layed out n easy to maneuverN find each product I needIt's not cram packed or sloppyN large heavy carts are not covering up items I nerd or wantThis is a very Honest ReviewI've never felt comfortable in the bridgewood storeThere are other DG stores nor far from here that are better arranged or a different store entirely

Worst dollar general ever. Trashy store. Dirty. One door is always locked (a fire exit, which is illegal) so you get to guess which door works today. If there was a fire, half the people would burn. All dollar general stores had a clearance last Friday. Went in and asked where the clearance was. Cashier said the manager keeps all the clearance items.
