I am very fussy about who I let groom my baby. D'tails is the only place I will bring my little girl. They treat her like she is family and take special care for every dog. I highly recommend this groomer.

First time coming here very pleased and happy with personnel for taking very good care of my baby very reasonable and price used to go to Pet me grooming and supplies. They hurt my baby. They cut his hair wrong. Will never go back to pet me grooming

Took my dog for the first time back in October of 2023. He was very matted and the employees there were kind and I understood he had to be shaved down no problem. Only reason why he had not been in sooner is due to loss of job so could not afford it.Brought my dog in this weekend after and I was doing my best at home to brush him and keep his curly hair from getting matted.I know for a fact my dog was not as matted as the first time I took him and when my husband brought him in this time the owner was very rude to him as if she did not want to deal with my dog that morning stating he was sooo matted and that they haven’t seen him since october also asked him if we took him somewhere else during the time and they answered for him and said “nope I know he hasn’t”Stating how it would be much more expensive than the first time WHICH I DO NOT UNDERSTAND since I know he WAS NOT AS MATTED as the first time. If you didn’t want to deal with him that morning could have just said that rather than being very rude to my husband and making comments about how much more expensive it would be.My husband is definitely not one to complain or make remarks but soon as he got home from dropping him off he immediately asked me about that place and told me the situation.Haircut was terrible. Left his hair on the ears super long and rest shaved. Could have just left it all the same length. Also not sure if they cut him or caused a rash but he keeps licking this area and yelps. From the moment he got in the vehicle.When I picked him up the front desk girl was super nice and understanding.Will not be back due to rude service.

They have been our groomer since the pandemic and display great customer service on the phone and in person. My dogs always come out looking beautiful and clean cut!

D'Tails Pet Grooming is the only grooming business for my dogs. I won't take them anywhere else. I travel over 100 miles to get my dogs groomed. There is no place or no one else trust with my dogs . Watching how the staff greets every dog owner and their dog(s) is amazing. This staff knows their stuff. I am always amazed at how adorable the dogs look after they are groomed and are wearing their bandanas. My two dogs know they look good when I go and pick them up. I always leave there with a smile and two prancing dogs. I recommend D'Tails Pet Grooming to anyone who wants their pet to look and feel great. Keep up the great work.

since new management, they take in all the dogs at 7-8am doors close at 9am they take too many dogs. so just know your dog will be in a crate until they can tend to your dog…dropped off my dog at 7:30 they told me he wasn’t going to be groomed until 2pm…. sooo all day in a small crate?!? this doesn’t make sense to me how they run their schedule.

The D’Tails team did such a great job on my babies!! Super compassionate people especially Clarissa. My German Shepherd was so anxious at drop off but when I picked her up, she didn’t want to leave! We will be coming back!

The first time I used them for my Daisy Mae and Meme. The staff is amazing and friendly, the prices are pocket book friendly. My girls look beautiful. I recommend them to all because you can’t beat the staff, the prices, the service and the location. Five stars is not enough.

Thank you so much for grooming my babies. Cocker Spaniels are beautiful dogs but can be temperamental and anxious when out of their environment. Leigh Anne was patient, kind, and attentive with Tilly (English Cocker) and Duke (American Cocker). I have no delusions when it comes them, they can be brats, but De'Tails grooming was unfazed. They gave my babies lots of love and sugars and they looked amazing!!! Can I give 10 stars?

This was my Pitbull, Dalmatian mix’s first time at any groomer! She absolutely loved it! The team and services are amazing. I will definitely schedule again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a groomer in Fort Worth!

First time using these guys. Very friendly, fit my dog in right after I laid my German Shepherd down, so he would maybe feel less sad and pampered. They did a great job and fantastic price. I have never had my dogs smelling as good and for so long. He STILL smells great after a week and half!

We had our first experience here and with dog grooming in general recently, and I can say that I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was super friendly and kind. They seemed to genuinely like and care for my dog, which was fantastic. They took excellent care of him and the cut they gave him was outstanding!

They took good care of my big baby! I’m not good at trimming her nails and afraid I’ll cut the quick since they’re black but they did a wonderful job! Even for dogs that don’t technically need grooming nails are a must.

My dog came in last week and had multiple clipper burns and wounds on the tip of his ears. I asked for a summer cut but definitely did not expect for him to have scabs from the Razor clippers.I gave two stars because I had a great experience two times before with another lady who works there.However this day I did not recognize the groomer. I hope it was just a one off but my dog has been in pain since his haircut. Whoever is the groomer just needs to be more careful next time

Don’t take your fury dog here! I get my long hair Chihuahua groomed and trimmed every 6-8 weeks. I love his full coat. I had not been to this location in about 2 years almost. I asked for a trim and to focus on the butt area because it was getting to long. I said only a trim. They cut off half his tail and shaved him without asking me! Its horrible and uneven! I’ll post pictures. I didn't pay much attention because I rushed in to get him and I had lots of errands to run. I’m still in shock on how bad it looks. My poor baby must have cried the entire time she shaved him. He has never been shaved so close to his skin!!. I will be calling them back tomorrow😡
