I have two standard poodles, and they love going to Camp Bow Wow when their dad has to travel for work. (He's usually a stay at home dog dad!) Being able to make reservations and pay online is super convenient, as is the drop off and pick up process. The girls race inside and are happy to see everyone and play, and their body language lets me know they are happy & safe! The staff are all super friendly and great, and I highly recommend!

The staff made us feel completely at ease leaving our pups at Camp! Upon on our introduction, we got a tour of the property, and a great understanding of their policies and procedures. We boarded our pups for four days and appreciated the photo and reassuring email letting us know our dogs did great their first night. We’d absolutely return for day care or boarding!

i just wanted to give a big shout out to the whole team at camp bow wow. they were amazing and took great care of my oldest after a small mishap in the play yard. Stephanie stayed with her at the vet the whole time until we got there and steve and the others at camp loved on my youngest who has separation anxiety when she's not with her sister who was still at the camp. thank y'all again so much for the awesome job y'all ḍo and all the loves y'all give my girls when they are at your camp.

They treat each dog like they are family. They seem to get to know your pet and their personality. They offer house food at no additional cost when boarding, but you can bring your own food. We bring our own and bag it by the day. Your dog will get lots of time playing. They have live video to observe your pup. We get in and out quickly. Try staff are always friendly.

We love Camp BowWow! All of the staff at this location are so wonderful to our Captain. He has pretty severe separation anxiety and it's always wonderful to know how well taken care of he is when we drop him off for daycare. He does just fine with other dogs, but really his true love is attention from the humans, and he definitely gets plenty of that here! So grateful to have such a great crew watching over our baby!

I’ve been taking my girls here since 2020 for daycare, boarding, grooming, and behavioral training when they offered that. I am able to check in on my girls any time I want with the cameras they have which is so nice. The owner and staff are so friendly and always accommodating.They helped me out when my son passed away during the holidays last year, and made accommodations for my girls even though it was so last minuteduring the busiest time of year. I will forever be grateful to them for their help during our time of need.

My pup has separation anxiety so I love that I can take him somewhere he loves every day while we’re at work! He gets to play all day and the amazing staff takes such good care of him! We LOVE Camp Bow Wow!

Can not say enough about the team here. From over the phone to in person each person was super nice and helpful. We are new to DFW and my oldest baby Blu was in need of a grooming. He has some skin issues/health issues and they took special care of him. Taking your babies especially older ones with special needs to someone new is scary. Blu came home happy and looking and feeling GREAT!! He's never felt so soft before. So greatful to the team GREAT JOB and Thank You♥️☀️☀️REVIEW #2- it's been about a month since I took my first dog for a grooming and my other dog received the same excellent care. Consetance at a business says a lot and I and my fur babies are happy to officially call Camp Bow Wow our grooming home 🐶 Again another FANTASTIC grooming job!! I can not say enough great things about camp bow wow. I honestly wish I could have written a second individual review so the staff could get another shout out for EXCELLENCE!!! Had our interview meeting today in anticipation of boarding our girls at Camp Bow Wow next month. We really enjoyed the upbeat demeanor of the staff and we feel absolutely comfortable that our girls will be well cared for in our absence. Facility was clean and well managed. We were given clear expectations and access to see our girls on the cameras. Thanks so much and Raven & Roxy look forward to seeing you all again really soon for another day camp and their boarding weekend!Update:Our girls had a great 3 day-2 night stay at Camp Bow Wow! My husband was very impressed when Jamie called the girls by name as he entered with them, and she also remembered about their personalities. Not only that, but she emailed me some really cute pictures of their "snuggle time".It was a great relief to be able to see them at all hours of the day and night. Camp Bow Wow is a great place to send your dogs! You won't be disappointed.

Eastchase Camp BowWowThe staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The grooming services are excellent, I prefer Shana to the Petco or PetSense groomers.I appreciate that I can view my dogs at any time with their camera system. The cameras give me an extra level of comfort when I have to board our fur babies.

Our first time using this service for our precious little dog. AWESOME!!! Best care ever. We are very pleased. Price is phenomenal, care is excellent, and Chase came home looking very debonair! The boarding side was fantastic. Tyler is the absolute BEST! However, if you're looking to have your dog groomed, this is not the place to go. We have attempted twice to get a grooming service for our dog. Each grooming appointment was set during his boarding stay. Each stay was for at least a week, a month apart from each other. We were told each time they could only bathe him because the groomer's mother died. When I informed the person at the desk that the groomer's mom died last month already, she shrugged her shoulders and then offered a discount for when they would eventually groom him.

My Buffy always has so much fun here!We had our interview day (which was pretty much just a free day care day) awhile back. We just picked her up from her 1st over night today where she got a spa day as well and she feels so soft and clean and smells great. We always watch her on the cameras playing or napping. We ABSOLUTELY LOVE Camp bow wow!! They're always so helpful and kind. They even took Halloween pictures. Love love love ❤

I wouldn’t trust my dogs staying here anymore. I bought my two dogs Kinnie and hank to be interviewed. Kinnie has been there before with no problems, hank hasn’t been to camp bow wow before. Hank was nervous and didn’t want to socialize but wasn’t aggressive at all. Kinnie was provoked by another dog who was trying to dominate her and did not like it. Dogs are animals it’s not always cuddles and rainbows y’all. The workers here are incompetent and do not know how to work with dogs. They are not safe when it comes to introducing new dogs to the dogs that have already been at camp bow wow. I’m not sure who the girl with the space buns was but she looks unqualified. The last manager was a male and had long hair he was amazing. He offered to train my dog while we were away instead of turning us away like how camp bow wow did today. My step dad who was with me (who has been working/training police dogs for 20 years) even said these people did not do this interview properly or safely. This place is a joke don’t take your dogs here.

Everyone at Camp Bow Wow Fort Worth East is so friendly and helpful. They have done a wonderful job with my dog and getting her to feel comfortable going for day camp and staying overnight. I would recommend this location to all friends and family.

Camp bow wow is the best thing ever! I am so happy I discovered this place. My puppy really benefits from being there. We just started taking Winnie last week. She has already been a few times and been groomed. The staff is wonderful and attentive to each dogs needs. The place is always sparkling clean too. Winnie is completely worn out after playing all day and getting the social interaction she desperately needed!! We will continue to be customers. Great job guys!

Camp Bow Wow is amazing. The owners, staff, and facility are outstanding. Our dog absolutely loves his days there. Love the cameras if I want to check on him during the day. It’s so nice to see him playing with all his furry friends and being cared for by staff that treat him like their own - very friendly and professional. Our pup is always tired and happy on his camp days. Highly recommend.

Deacon LOVES to go to Camp Bow Wow. Everyone is so friendly and genuinely cares about him. I love the fact that I can check on him throughout the day with the cameras, too! I would highly recommend if your dog has a lot of energy-this will wear him out!

We loved the warm and personal service at the front desk and from the trainers/supervisors (Steph). We also love that our dog is able to play and roam for the majority of the day, instead of the opposite at old school kennels. The senior trainer (David) was very informative and a real genius about pet behavior. The "Camper Cams" are an awesome addition so we can peek in on our pup throughout the day.The only things that knocked a star off the review were:1. The outdoor play yards are turf and very small compared to the indoor play areas. It's basically a big concrete warehouse with dividers between the various play spaces. We wish they had more outdoor running-around space.2. Our pup is a medium sized terrier and has some anxiety around bigger dogs. We requested that she be kept in the medium/small group where she plays happily. Unfortunately there is some company policy about keeping like-sized dogs together and they insisted that she be kept in the "big" dog play area. Half-way into her stay she was mounted by a larger dog and ended up with some scratches and abrasions to her legs/abdomen. At the end of the day, she was fine, but we wish they would have a bit more flexibility on the size/grouping policy.All in all she seemed happy and healthy throughout her week-long stay at Camp Bow Wow. We will definitely return for day care dates and short overnight stays.

Very friendly and attentive people who obviously love dogs and take the time to let the dog be comfortable around them. I always have peace of mind when I leave my pup at Camp Bow Wow. My dog always has a great time playing with other dogs and letting off her energy in a safe and clean environment with other friendly dogs. They’ve each been trialed to make sure they pass before they’re allowed to be in the pen with others. I love that. Thank you to all staff at Camp Bow Wow!

Camp Bow Wow Ft. Worth East is the best place for our dog to socialize with other pups! The facility is so clean, and the staff is the best! My dog is my baby and I wouldn't drop him off just anywhere. They are safe and affordable. We love the camp cams that allow us to see our pup anytime we want during the day. They also have fun themed days, like picture day. I love this place, and I recommend it to all responsible dog parents. ❤❤❤🐕🐕🐕

Stephanie's staff at Eastchase Camp Bow Wow do a fantastic job. Our Harper girl loves going and the staff loves seeing her come in. The ability to have her bathed and groomed while she's there is a huge help to her busy doggy parents are well. Would highly recommend!
