Used to think this was the best place to get western wear. But a lot of lack of customer service has made me think otherwise. If I call over the phone it’s always someone with a bad attitude. Anytime I order something online I’m always missing something. Ordered a hat with a hat belt and the belt didn’t show up. No refund. Called today about some boots and was not satisfied with the way they treated me. Young man said “if they’re not online we don’t have them in store” in the most rudely manner. Jobes Hats over these unprofessional people.

I paid extra 8 dollars for two business day shipping, and they actually sent me the track order after two days from replacing the order, so it arrived after 4 business days. I did not pay around 9 bucks extra to receive it after four days. Unfortunately, I could not wear it to my occasion . .

This is the second time I had to review this place,I ordered a straw hat and a patch with it but only the hat was delivered.They asked me to remove my previous review and they would get me my patch,I’ve texted multiple times to check up on my patch they promised and I haven’t received anything in months.I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from here unless your tryna waste your time because that’s all they’ve done for me.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Bought an American Hat, called and asked if they would send a picture of the shaped hat before shipping, they said they would. No picture was ever sent. When I received the hat, it was the wrong size and shape. Called multiples times but no answer. A few text were sent back and forth and I was told they would e-mail me a return label. When they finally did answer the phone, they were incredibly rude and short. I have yet to be sent a return label. I would avoid buying online from this store and go elsewhere.

I purchase a belt for about $75. When I received the belt I realized I needed a different size. BOTAS ROJERO was courteous enough to email me a shipping label. I shipped the belt and never received a replacement or refund. I keep calling and they keep ignoring me. I emailed and messaged them and was totally ignored.

I wanted to support a local family owned business; however, my experience left much to be desired. I bought my brother a rather expensive pair of boots as an early Christmas present online. I had to call the number provided as I was not updated on my order via e-mail and was told to come in person as they had several online orders to fulfill. Once in the store, my brother tried the boots; however, his sizing for that particular boot was different and decided to change sizes but they did not have the size he needed and we weren’t allowed a refund due to their policy which was understood but nevertheless disappointing. Additionally, the customer service was disappointing as the individual tending to us appeared to be disinterested and informed us a product we asked for was out of stock; however, after a thorough search of the store various items of the product we were looking for were clearly available.I highly DO NOT recommend this business establishment and recommend other individuals to frequent Cavenders, Boot Barn, etc… for their western wear needs as they have better business practices in place.

I would give no stars if I could. I ordered a hat and they posted it. Due to a stuff up it had to be sent back. I organised a friend to pick it up for me, I rang them up and told them when my friend would pick it up. When my friend got there they told her they have sold my hat. They hadn’t sent me any notice of this and have not refunded the money. It was a very expensive hat. Have tried to call them to sort the problem out but they don’t pick up their phone. Absolute rip off.

I ordered the wrong size of hat. So I called and paid for a return label. I sent the hat back and patiently waited for the exchange to be sent out. I had to call because they never reached out, they said they sent it out but I never did receive it. I called several times asking for a tracking number and they never would send it.

The place was nice but I ordered a 100x felt hat opened crown and it came pre shaped, as well as having a stain on the side. For a hat so expensive I’d make sure it doesn’t have any wear.

I went to this store cause a friend of mine recommended me to this store, they had a lot of variety of clothing. The store was big and i was wowed of how many good things they had… But not once we got offered to be helped or got asked what we need. The customer service is awful, the son of the owner bad service and very rude always on his phone. Awful costumer service. People come in and spend a lot of money at this store to receive this costumer service never again for me, I spend almost $400 At this store and not even a thank you for coming. Rude rude rude!!!
