Very clean and well laid out. As usual went for one thing (OakFarm egg nog) came out with fruit, meat and bakery! Pricing was reasonable, staff was cheery. Not crowded at all. The only problem I had, no scooters available. Seriously limited my getting around.

I frequent this store a good three days out of the week for groceries or for Starbucks coffee. I often come in the early AM around 7 AM. Today, I decided to visit Starbucks around lunch time. The line was long and there was a young lady taking orders, money and fulfilling the drink orders. I noticed another lady putting an order away but never helping clear the line of customers. In my opinion its poor customer service. She never came over to apologize for the wait. She eventually took my drink order and she knows it by hard. It never fails she makes it wrong or she has a mishap on the measurements of ice. Its always not blended properly too. You get chunks of ice. Today, it really made me upset because the drink cost a good 11.00 dollars I always ask for 1 extra shot of expresso because as I stated the measurements are off. With the other baristas it works but with Krystal its still too much ice and watery. I called today to complain because the entire staff at Starbucks need to be on the same track and receive the same training. Sometimes, I see the line and I automatically know who is serving and I get out of line and drive to the Target up the street, off 30. Enough is enough. Please address or close!!! If Krystal is the manager, she needs to have an evaluation and some updated training on customer service and recipes.

It worries me that there is a lack of customer service. When a customer has genuine questions about a product and or service they should not be met with an attitude or rude gestures as if someone doesn't like their job. It's disheartening and very unprofessional. Made it a very unpleasant experience.

I don't know who the lady is in charge of calling people about online orders but she has a serious attitude. This is the worst Albertsons location I've ever dealt with. Online pickup people also don't have a clue what there doing. They gave me Jennifer Grays Groceries.

This morning I went up there after working a 13hr shift at the hospital. Being so tired and my feet were yelling at me, I forget to clip some of my digital coupons. I had the sweetest cashier, who went above and beyond to help me correct my mistake. Even when some of the other customers behind me were impatient. Thank you for making my morning great.

Rude associate! I don't even remember her name! But she was wearing a black beanie. She was helping out at the self checkout. We were removing an item & she came over & asked why with a crappy attitude & my husband replied to her nicely & she gave the nastiest look & practically called him stupid. If my child wasn't there I would of said something.

I have been using the online portal for quite sometime and the service has been marvelous. I have worked with Michelle Ross and I believe a gentleman named Jeremy many times. This place has very rude black associates, that give poor customer service to their own people. 1) I was told I was a liar about the limit on Salmon. 2) I read the fine print on the paper and online ads to make sure that it was correct, because this was the items that I want. 3) The customer service woman was very rude and disrespectful to me about the Salmon to a point she refused to help me at first. She argued with me for 15 minutes about the limit of the Salmon. Then she turned away from me and started helping someone else with a money order. When I show her the online and paper advertisement. She started talking crazy to me like I was lying about the limit on the Salmon. She still wasn't moved by the information and continued to be argument for another 10 minutes about this and after being wrong about the price and amount. She refused to apologize for the error. Also she was talking to a co-worker that wasn't on the clock or shouldn't have been at work. About the incident. After this incident I talked to the manager on duty and I don't think Sean was on my side. Sean told me she was a nice person and helped people. It doesn't seem like she was willing to help me. I paid with money and not EBT. This was a great sale for me since I don't eat meat anymore. It is hard to find Salmon on sale at this price and I want to stock up on my food of choices. I will never shop at this store again.P.S. if she does like doing her job she should stay at home or find another position. Customer service doesn't suit her. If she has a problem with the advertisement of the Salmon, she should take that up with the corporate office and sales This is a place of business not a hangout spot. After all this I wish this company the best. I will no longer shop at that location.

Prices are really high. Like Nabisco peanut butter wafer cookies for $7.50, really? Then there's the 12pk of 12oz coke for $10 each - must buy 3 of them! I look at the prices on everything and wind up leaving with less than 1/4 of my list. And it's usually only a 'sale' item (that I had to buy three or five of to even save on it)!Also, it's too difficult to go through the ridiculous amount of coupons on the app. There's "just for you" offers. Then there's weekly ad coupons. There's just so many to go through only to have them not applied at the register upon checkout. Why can't they make it easy by having check a box that includes all the offers instead of weeding through all of them? Or better yet, just include all the offers if you have a card. It's worth the price of our info being sold.Then there is that awful, rotting, putrid, seafood smell whenever you get within 10ft of the Butcher Block! Makes me want to puke every time and I have to leave the area.They did installed brand new self-check registers🤯. I guess that's a plus.

So having my brother as the DM Albertsons in Denison Tx to come here and have 6 ppl in checkout but no system works or ppl are off trying to get home. With a line almost to the meat market with customers. Such a Shame.

Fruit is always fresh. Meats look good in fresh. They have sales on me buy one get two free . And little buffet line oh my goodness they fix mango baked chicken it is so good and juicy it's not dry at all.

The service and management is always great … they are the only reason I shop here but this Albertsons is always out of product like why do they never have the large bottles of apple juice

We went there yesterday had coupons gift coupons from our job the manager would would not check out $40 it was $20 a coupon she was going to make us put it back one person in a lie they should have told us we could not use it one person then I would have waited behind him and did mine we came Thanksgiving we had different cards and they scanned $47 worth of food why some do it one way and some do it the other way we have to cards made us feel real embarrassed in the line but that's okay God is good I just didn't like the way the manager I didn't get her name black lady morning chef is the Spanish girl that took our money so that kind of hurt my feelings and embarrasses pretty good so we just took the gift card back and pay cash now we still have a $20 gift card I'll probably go to a different Albertson for better service thank you and have a blessed day

Probably the only remaining major grocery store chain which has check-out cashiers. I like having a friendly person greet me and help me bag up my groceries. And no annoying robotic voice telling me to place item in the bagging area when I've already done so. And for those of you who enjoy the robotic abuse, they provide self check-out as well. 😉😁

My go to supermarket. Very clean, organized, fresh fruit, veggies, meat, etc. Cashiers at the registers \\○//,(real people - not self-check out ). And they have a manned sushi bar that has offers a wide variety of delicious sushi packed or made to order.

I was going to give 3 stars, this location is the slowest grocery store I've ever been to in my 36 years on earth. Self checkout has improved this a bit, but if no one is going to manage the alerts then it's just as slow. Everyone is kind, but they all need a pep up.

Pharmacy staff are wonderful! Checkout is so easy and simple. There's always someone available to help. Unfortunately, Starbucks isn't open if the store is short-staffed.

Always have what I want when I come here. Since they got the grocery pickup it’s even better. I don’t have to pass the Starbucks when leaving. Always feel the need for that caffeine fix. Great service, great employees. Thank you 😊

Sometimes I hate going into this store because I have a Severe Allergic reactions to seafood (breathing it, smells, can't eat it, touch it or be touched, come in contact with it in no kind of way)and it seems that this store ALWAYS have that Seafood Stinking UP the WHOLE store..plz do something about that...Use baking soda or something
