Dr. Snodgrass and his assistant always treat us and our pets respectfully and compassionately. We have brought our cat for spaying and then our senior dog to this clinic and they have been great. Helpful and professional, we will continue to bring our menagerie to this place.

This place is awful. Absolutely disgusting. Building is filled with cockroaches, rats, and mold. Dr. Snodgrass checked out a while ago and his staff are completely incompetent and untrained. I wouldn’t let them take your pets to the back - they might beat them if they can’t restrain them. They are not as cheap as they think either. Lots and lots of other vets in DFW that are way better and cheaper. Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually cares.

Always a pleasant experience, and Dr. Snodgrass spends time to explain everything throughly. We never feel rushed and every concern is addressed, the staff love their jobs and it shows with how they interact with the fur babies.

If I could give them a score of 0 I would. The vetenarian refused to give my puppy stitches after being in the room for only 3 minutes. They changed the medication to a higher priced medication because I refused to purchase through them. I got a 2nd opinion and was told that my puppy should have gotten stitches, should have been given a cone and I got 3 medications. The difference in the visits was obvious. I felt welcomed at the Arlington vet and will NEVER recommend anyone go to ABC Animal clinic.

Dr. Snodgrass is AMAZING!!He had taken care of all my dogs with the greatest kindness I've ever seen. He's so gentle and takes the time to explain not only the big things my dog needs, but also the little things I can do to help her heal faster.He takes the time to remember my name and the names and conditions of each dog I've brought to him.Jupiter, my dog I had since I was 16, (I lost her when I was 31) had many health issues toward the end of her life and Dr. Snodgrass was so compassionate to me and Jupiter when I had to have my sweet baby girl put to sleep. (Oh and all the techs are just as gentle and caring. **EVERY TECH** came to the room to say goodbye, pet and love on Jupiter before she was gone.) She knew she was loved.Dr. Snodgrass fought so hard for her and even called after hours to tell me what was going on and how she was doing.And now he's taking care of my Sacha.He is such a caring, gentle doctor, and the techs are done pic the most tender hearted, loving people I've ever met. I will never takeany of my pets anywhere else!The solid white dog is Jupiter, and the one with little brown ears is Sacha

I had been going to Dr Snodgrass since 2011. He’s taken care of all my fur babies. Unfortunately, I will have to find another vet. Nothing to do with his skill or ability as an outstanding vet but because his employee and vet tech KAREN has hung up the phone on me three times during times of conflict. My schedule is hard to clear up to be able to make it by 3;30. Most vet’s offices stay open until at least 5. This is the issue. However Karen was EXTREMELY hateful and exhausting. CHOOSE ANOTHER VET. The customer service here is greatly lacking. My advice to ABC is to fire Karen. I for one and finding another vet solely due to Karen.

I had to wait about 15-20 minutes after my appointment for someone to come out and get my kitten for her first booster. The clinic was super busy and a long line outside when I parked. Prices are very affordable I was glad my fur-baby could get her nails trimmed. She did get a fever and was not feeling well for the next 24 hours but that was expected. I hope the next booster effects are not as bad. Thanks for taking care of my kitty.

LONG REVIEW!!!We have been our pets to this vet since we moved to Texas! The techs are always so nice an d helpful, and the doctor is really fantastic!!! He even opens up his personal telephone to help for after hours and emergencies, no one that I know of has a veterinarian like this!!!!We have two dogs, and two cats that they see. This vet truly cares for your animals as if they were their own. Their prices are great, and are sooooo honest!!!!!We will not ever go anywhere else! You can really see how much they care for your fuzzy family members like their own!!!They are always there to answer some questions over the phone, and even squeeze you in when they are almost ready for quitting time.We recently got our second puppy in and we had no idea whether or not he had been vaccinated, chipped, or neutered. All we knew is that the previous owner could not care for him any longer because she did not have time for him, and because he was having accidents in the house (well duh until you train them…. Beside the point). We called first and they told us to come when they closed because we do not know whether he has had his shots yet. They asked us to call when we were in the parking lot, so they could make a clear and sanitized path for him. How wonderful is that. They were making sure our new edition to our family would not catch anything by making a path for him. HOW AMAZING!!!!!!!The appointment went so well, though they told us all the things that we thought were done because we were told they were (neutered, and chipped), and they were not. They told us not to worry that they would take care of the chipping that day for us, and when he was 6 months they could neuter him no problem. I asked if they could neuter him now to get it out of the way. The vet came back in and let us know that though he could do it now, he prefers to wait until 6 months old because the weight difference would make a sure fact the surgery would go great, and that there would be no complications with the puppy being under anesthesia . I thought how hoesnt of him to let us know. I seriously appreciate his honesty so much.There has been many other way more serious things then this and he has always given us his true and honest medical opinions. Gave us all of the options available to make a perfect decisions for our babies. I trust him so much!!! From something as simple as he recommends us upgrading our pets food, to flea and tick prevention, to something a little more serious like dental and other surgeries! A ABC Animal Clinic they do it all at a decent cost, and their hearts on their sleeves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!What more could you ask for… These are our babies, that they have cared for and have done such a great job to them and us!!!!!!

Dr Snoggrass is wonderful. I understand that prices have gone up but that is to be expected with the economy. But the quality of front desk staff is why I will not longer be taking my pets there. They called 5 times in a row after I said I couldn't talk at the moment to confirm an appointment. They could have sent an email or left a message Instead of harassing me while I was in the middle of a meeting. I had every intention of keeping my appointment until this behavior. I was with a client. I can not respect a business if they don't respect mine.

Not rushed in visit & you actually get to speak with the Dr, unlike some offices where you only have contact with the tech relaying what the Dr said.

Used to bring all of our babies here for years, but this place, and the doctor, checked out long ago. They said our cats are aggressive, wanted to charge us more money to sedate if we bring them in. Our cats haven't got an aggressive bone in their bodies. Maybe your clinic and staff are aggressive? Ever think about that? Our new vet says our cats are the sweetest babies and their staff really care. It's amazing the differences between this place and that gaggle of idiots over at ABC!Also...I'm certain they killed our dog a few years ago. We took Star in for a simple surgery to have two cyst removed. One on her back and one on her face. He used gas instead of a local and wanted to keep her overnight! We picked her up the next morning. She started throwing up and since it was a Friday, they said to call them on Monday if she was still sick. Seriously?! She continued to go downhill. Took her back first thing Monday, she was in renal failure! Had to have her put down the next day. I've never gotten over it and I know in my heart and gut , it's something that they did very wrong! Don't have any respect left for Dr. Snodgrass. He used to be a good vet until lost his soul to money...MONEY! MONEY! MONEY!!! It's all he cares about.

I met with Roger today to get his feedback on my mature little 13 year old poodle. She has advanced gum disease and is presenting with a heart murmur.He took his time to walk me through what all this meant to an advanced age pup like ours. After thoroughly reviewing what he suspected in my dog, he then backed up and broke it down step by step on what we needed to do next. He went over all options and cost scenarios. Some of the options were costly because let's face it ... people can spend thousands on their pets if they want to. But he never made me feel like I had to go down that path or that I was a bad dog mom if I didnt. His bedside manner is really communicating that it was available.My interaction with his assistant was also professional and I feel like my pet is in good hands. I would recommend his office for anyone in need.

Today was my first day visiting this vet clinic with my two girls Dolly and Daisy. I must say we feel confident in returning here every year for our yearly checkups, vaccines, and information on Injuries and health. Doctor snodgrass was great! So informative and Personable.He also wasn’t trying to sale me things that I didn’t need, but gave his recommendations. In which I truly appreciated.For both of my dogs annual check up and vaccines, plus one Injured paw, I paid around $340 which is fair. Thank you all and the staff was kind as well.

I just went there with my dog Lola,best decision ever. The staff were so kind and helpful. My Mom and I were saying we wished he treated humans because of how caring he is and what a calming energy Dr. Snodgrass has. If I had taken Lola anywhere else I would have ended up paying so much more. Your not give up quality for a lower price. If your looking for a place that cares for your dog as much as you do look no further.

This place save my baby Braley he was near to death. I will forever be grateful to this Clinic and the Dr. He talk to me to calm me down he took Interest in what I had to say. And how I was feeling he showed compassion he had sympathy. And empathy for me that meant a lot to me. He made me feel confident that they had my best interests at hand and they wanted to do everything they can to take care of my baby. And today he is alive because of that, and them thanks to all the staff at ABC Animal Clinic much love
