This is about the most scummy 7-11 I've ever been to. Stopped to get gas, the pump was rigged or something registered $20.00 without a drop of gas dispensed. Went inside to talk to the attendant and this idiot had the music up so loud behind the register, I couldn't hear. I asked him to turn it down so I could explain the pump issue and he got really aggressive, so I decided to l leave and this stupid idiot decided to stand at the door laughing and videoing my wife and I as we left.... Called the police and filed a report... I will never give 7-11 any of my business after this! Hopefully no one else gets threatened there.

Staying with my theme of never giving an establishment under two stars. My complaint starts at is 5:00 p.m. and they have one employee inside working and I promise you I think he's high. They charged me $9.10 for a extra large big gulp and pieces of chicken wings that were old. They didn't have the ability to make the veggie pizza 🍕 that I wanted and when I asked the employee about the deal he act like he didn't know nothing about it 🤔. I guess my biggest complaint would be, QT missed out on a golden opportunity of getting this corner space. They would have had at least six employees in there and they would have been better at service. I've been coming to 7-Eleven since I was a kid. I guess your heroes always drop off sooner or later.

Every time I visit the 7Eleven Crowley Rd I get exceedingly EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! They have the coffee, morning snack, lunch bites, gas n More EVERYTIME I COME IN.The CSR, Nancy lifts and brightens up my day! I sometimes just come for a dose of JOY & belonging! recommend that you cone by and find out fir yourself!

Stopped to get snacks and drinks, but the person working would not let us use the bathroom so we had to leave and go get our snacks somewhere else. Said they were out of order, but then admitted that he uses them

Always has multiple pumps broken and I have NEVER been able to get a fuel receipt at the pump. I can't buy here any more.

This location is a joke everytime i come here it's something especially between 240am to 4am always have people inside but a hand written CLOSED sign.It's 7/11, not supposed to be closed, losing a bunch of buisness doing this.I watched 5 cars pull in at 3am, employees inside talking and joking, but with the doors locked and the written sign taped on the door.All of the cars left. Sad that the store owner accepts this. If it was my buisness i would be highly upset on losing so much buisness because of lazy employees.

All the employees that were working when I went by were awesome. While I was browsing I was overhearing their interactions with all the other customers and it just made me smile. How often do you get to go some place where the workers are happy and joking around with the customers these days? Then the gentleman that rang me up was very kind, pleasant, and professional.

I’ve worked here for almost two yrs. I truly apologize to anyone that has had a bad experience. I truly wish we could be given the opportunity to make it right. Second shift is always on their phone was there yesterday and the girl was ringing up my 2 items and was just reading her texts while I was trying to hand her the money didn't say hello or have a good day didn't GPS at all needs work for sure .

GIVE THESE LADIES DESERVE THE WORLD and a RAISE 7/11!!! Today my grandma and I ran into this 7/11 to full up, but after turning off my car it wouldn’t start up again! While i was messing with it my grandma got off and asked if she could wait inside while I called AAA. They took EXCELLENT care of my grandma and a nice woman came out and literally FIXED MY CAR! These women are out here doing godly work for nothing compared to a corporate 7/11 employee salary!!! EXCELLENT work deserves an EXCELLENT RAISE 7/11 corporate floozies!!!

Bees at every pump. Trash cans full and obviously for awhile, hence the Bees. It's only 7am, I wasn't ready for all that.Gross and dangerous.

I was there on Saturday 8:30 p.m. 4 People in line the cashier eating pizza @ register . I said the pump is not working. he said the money will Refund after 2 days to your card. I asked them can move next pump he said do what you gotta do. He got a baddattitude This is a new store no customer service . I called the store Monday morning to complain Somebody answer I said I need to talk to the manager manager pick up the phone And Said manager not Available...
