I went there this morning at 4:30am. I didn’t even get a chance to get out my car before the over night worker came to the door, locked it and shook his head no as if they were closed. I thought 7/11’s were 24/7?

I literally called while watching the cashier sleep and the doors were locked. She is ALWAYS rude and constantly locks the doors until minutes before day shift arrives. The graveyard cashier is unprofessional, rude, and is loosing your store money fornthe hours she has the doors locks.

Truly terrible location. Think they be running scams/charge bogus fees. Plus it’s not truly open 24 hours so don’t plan anything important around getting gas there. You might watch employees inside while the time ticks away. Should be shutdown. Always messy inside and out. Save yourself and go to literally any other place nearby.

I went to this store on 4/6/22 & the cashier (Joshua) went CRAZY on me because I told him he scanned a bag of chips twice! I was very polite to him (literally just notifying him of the error) & he tried to kick me out of the store accusing me of "being rude !! It was so bad the other female employee profusely apologized & another male cashier told me I didn't have leave & he would help! As the other cashier helped me Joshua continued to go crazy talking about me to other customers acting as if I really did something wrong! This was outrageous & no one should be treated this way when spending your hard earned money!

The cashier didn’t know what she was doing and called a man with a accent to the cashier. He started yelling at me and told me to get out and that I was holding up his line. Not once did I even raise my voice and then told me he was going to call the police on me! 😡 and not to come back!!

I bought a game gift card there took it back because it wasn't activated. That manager said no and all you people do is steal. I paid for it out of my money. I also used the 🏧 that day bought lottery tickets. He was very rude called police. I called in and reported him to corporate. Spoke with another of his kind. Didn't ever get a call back about my complaint. That 7 11 sucks. Manager and all.😠😠😵

Good people go their almost every day. Only problem is one of the girls their has a bad attitude and is hard to deal with. She causes problems and needs to learn about customer service. And how to treat the other employees

I was just in there getting drinks and chips. The shift leader josh was cussing and threatening the other worker. I wouldnt recommend going to that store at all anymore...
