Do not purchase gift cards from here. BEWARE***My mom purchased a gift card from the 7-11 @ 140 McPherson Blvd. She tried to use it at Walmart and it did not work. We called customer service and they asked for the name associated with the account and a social security number. There is not a name associated with the gift card and I’m not giving a social for a gift card. We went back to the 7-11 and store owner stated there is nothing he can do. The owner looked at the card and receipt and said the numbers don’t match the receipt. Well that can only mean one thing, that the card scanned was not the one handed to my mom. I suggested they look at the tape. Nothing happened or will be happening. It’s literally just money lost.

I buy lottery ticket there and I told to scan it and then when he scan it he said no win but my ticket he didn't give it back to me and he said I am not win, I am curious he didn't give it back to me even I didn't win so maybe I win and he act that I didn't win i am upset about that. So this place are not good to buy lottery ticket.

I was just there and the owner (Khon) was very rude to me. Instead of helping me and showing me where I could find the correct coffee cup he told me I wasted his coffee. I left and came back and the employee (forgot to get his name) helped me. While helping me Khon came over and was listening in on the conversation. The “owners” are terrible and rude but the actual employees are awesome and I’m sorry they have to deal with them. Guess I’ll be going to the Loves across the freeway from now on.

7/11!!! My daughter was just stung by several bees at your pumps!!! The trash cans are swarming with bees! That’s a health hazard that I will be reporting!! That is unacceptable!The owner wonders why he can’t keep workers! At 8 am you where very rude! When a customer says “GOOD MORNING”, you’re suppose to acknowledge them NOT IGNORE them Mr Kohn!(Probably spelled wrong) that’s not your first time doing that!

7-11 on 35S and McPherson has horrible restrooms. I wouldn’t waste time stopping there if you’re expecting toilet paper, soap or paper towels in women’s restroom.Jan

Most of the workers in there are rude and short with you like you're bothering them or keeping them from not cleaning that dirty, understocked store. It's usually only the dudes that work in there that are a pain in the neck, the two ladies (excluding Aleda's miserable end) are very friendly and helpful. I have stopped going inside this location because of the African dude and the middle eastern couple are sometimes downright nasty to people. Today the cashier working on the first register nearest the entrance at 5:18pm on 2/13 was about to make me snap on his end because of his rude attitude. Definitely won't be back any time soon.

Cashier disrespectful to military and African Americans. Paid with a 50 for a slurpee. Got 8bucks and changed back.. got out of line before the mistake was noticed and they cashier and staff was very rude, short tempered. Female manager was nice enough but we had to wait 2hrs to get the refund and since we were road tripping we couldn't afford that loss. Hoping to get a refund by mail.Fast forward 2 months. Spoke with the manager. She admitted having the money. Promised to send it. Never did. And is avoiding my calls. Got a petty survey that I'm sure she will trash but bottom line is she is a theif.

Just went in there and spent $105.00 on drinks and fruit and smokes. I’ve never been treated so badly for apparently inconveniencing a cashier. This grown man acted like a complete child because he had to, I guess, work? I don’t know. I always thought when you spend good money at a business that it’s appreciated. But not at this 7-11. No, if you want to be ignored and treated unprofessionally by grown adult children while spending over $100 at a nasty, dirty 7-11 then this is the place for you. This place is a dumpster fire

Waited in line for 7 minutes while cashiers walked around with people who had tablets doing anything except help customers. Even made eye contact without saying a word I set my stuff on the floor and walked out

Today April 22-2017 i was overcharge by 4 dollars on lunch break needed gas and grab some food so made wrong decision going to 7eleven She needs to be retrain on register .overcharging me now Im at work and can't leave now cuz I would do back up there.so mad. Never going back I stick with quiktrip
