Stopped here on way from El Paso to San Antonio, to pick up some snacks. Got most of the things, but also found many shelves were empty, as if they were wiped clean, maybe due to the bad winter weather in Texas.I saw some people doing the panic buying, just like the beginning of the covid. A customer was stopped by an Walmart employee as he was trying to purchase 4 package of sets of drinking water (one package contains about 24 small bottles, like Crystal Geyser), the employee was telling the customer that you can buy only one!I was quite surprised to see this panic buying, because I was driving from the west and I had very little idea about what was going on in Texas.
