I like this place because I can drop off UPS packages here. 📦 They scan them right away.Plus, my husband purchased a special kind of duct tape from here as well. For our heated hose for our rv.-Although the fellow told him the wrong place to go to look for it. Totally across the store! That wasn't so great since my husband is handicapped with a prosthetic leg. It was up front.Otherwise, it's a decent store.

Place has gone downhill. I used to enjoy going to Ace. So disorganized. Random stuff in Random places. Prices have also increased. Customer service is zero to none. All the other 5 star reviews are fake.

The prices seem to be higher than most Ace Hardware stores. The Ace Hardware here was bought by someone new and feels like they are trying to turn it more into a gaming, smoking, and liquor store than a home improvement store.

ACE Hardwares are special places, we really like to visit them when we travel. They have almost anything you may need but many of them also have local items, reminders of where we visit.

Really like this Ace Hardware! Friendly staff, broad selection, and a clean in-store experience! Prefer shopping at Ace Hardware over the big box stores because those stores never seem to have the tools or hardware in stock needed to get the job done. I’ve rarely had that issue with this Ace Hardware!

They seemingly have everything that one would ever have need of and there's ample staff on duty to assist. Parking is more than adequate. I thought OSH used to be great but these guys have taken 'great' to whole new level. Thank you ACE!💯

This Ace Hardware is fantastic! Friendly personnel, a large selection, and a clean shopping environment! Prefer Ace Hardware over big box retailers because those businesses never seem to have the equipment or hardware needed to complete the job. I've never had that problem with this Ace Hardware!

This place is amazing! The biggest Ace I’ve ever seen. Saying it’s an Ace on steroids doesn’t even begin to cover what they have here. But best of all, they saved my bacon when I had a propane hose start leaking on my travel trailer. I bought the hoses & the tools I needed and fixed it on the spot. And was back on the road in less than an hour.

Employees were very friendly, but lacked motivation, or genuine desire to assist customers. The person working on the floor asked if I needed help. I told them what I was looking for and the response I got was to come back tomorrow when they have had enough time to get the product stocked.Huh??????? So you mean to tell me you know you have the product on the premises, and know enough to tell me how long it will take before they are restocked, even know as much as to tell me how many will be available, but there is no way of getting them today???Why is that again???Oh, because that means, and I quote, "I would have to sort through them, and I don't have enough time to do it until tomorrow."Thanks for the help, I appreciate ya! SMDH.

I went and made a purchase at the local hardware and was charged more then the price stated and let the workers know. They did not offer an apology or refund for ver charging me. Not only that but my item was heavy and neither one of the Fort Stockton Ace offered to help me out, so sad.

Excellent selection of tools and parts for a wide variety of projects, staff is friendly, and store is usually not busy. Some products have been sitting on the shelf for a very long time, however. Furniture section has an excess of living room seating and tables, but their large appliance selection is very limited. Overall, store is clean and well maintained.
