Staff were super friendly. My partner and I came (unknowingly) 10 minutes before closing. Google had their hours incorrect and showed that they were open for another hour when in reality, they close at 4pm. Despite that, my partner found a super sweet cat named Luna. It’s been about a month since we got her and she has adjusted wonderfully in her furever home thank you for connecting us to our fur baby!

Previously I had wonderful experiences here. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Today Wendy changed that. She acted like she did not want to be there and had better things to do. She was very passive aggressive and made no attempt to help me with a dog I physically couldn't handle because of my medical issues even when I literally looked her in the eyes and said "I need help. I'm asking you for your help." She shouldn't be working there if she doesn't want to be there. ICE complaint filed as well.. Treat people with disabilities better.

Adopted a cat not even 2 weeks ago. Staff was sweet and answered all our questions.The cat got chipped right before we took her home.
