I absolutely love the quality of their meats. I have for well over 20+ years. I don't buy meats from any other store. The employees are awesome, they're nice and attentive as well as the baggers.

Wasn't crowded fully stocked great prices equal to Walmart or better friendly and great checkout especially the bagged personnel gave them my extra gracious tip

I enjoy shopping at the commissary it is is a a place where you can shop and quality of the meats are great we try to support the commissary when every I go on post . We live in Killeen

Staff really needs to do better with pricing updates. There's been too many times the shelf says one price then at the checkout when scanned, the item is more. I do appreciate their respectfulness, professionalism and friendliness.

We visit the commissary when ever we are at Fort Hood. It's a typical commissary. I see the old Exchange building next to the current commissary. It look's like the government would do a complete remodel on the old exchange building and make it into a new larger commissary for the base.

Went to get pancakes for dinner and when we got home opened the mix and found little black bugs crawling all in it so I called and they said I had to take it back in. So I put it in a bag took it all way back to the clear Creek commissary they refunded me but the biggest problem is when I asked what was going to happen with the rest of the boxes because I didn't want this to happen to anybody else. They said they would tell the grocery manager and they might be pulled that they were not going to pull them right away. I did get a refund and an apology but I feel like they should have pulled the rest of the boxes so this didn't happen to anybody else or at least try to open another one. I just want them to do better.

we haven't shopped there in over a year. I don't think we are going back anytime soon. The vegetables don't look too fresh and it seems like they don't have as much things to choose from overall. I hope it will get better for them . it would be sad if they would have to close down.

You can go to HEB because let’s be honest….HEB is great. Or you can go to this commissary and enjoy shorter lines, less people, better prices, and support the local community.

Everything else is decent, however, I've gotten rotten milk way too many times here. Either it goes bad a week before it expires or the day before. Warrior way is going to be my go too now. Never recieved rotten milk there...

The store is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. Depending on who you ask for help. Meat department and cashiers have been the most helpful to me. Stockers are too overworked to offer good help.Some shelves are bare due to the shortages affecting the county as a whole. I personally believe they are doing their best to keep things available for my family.

When living on post, it’s a blessing to have two commissaries. Sometimes the options are great, like when they have RAO Sauce.. sometimes it’s a miss, like when they didn’t have mini slim jims forever. It’s no HEB, but they do Curbside Pickup which I’ll forever be grateful for. I’ve never had any issues with Customer Services either. I always recommend it.

I went to the Fort Hood Commissary for my groceries and Thanksgiving recipes and there was a good selection of options including desserts. It was cheaper to go there for most things compared to HEB or Walmart. The staff was nice, the line wasn't long at all

I've been Pleasantly surprised that they have such a variety of products.They also have really great deals quite regularly on multiple things.When you walk in they have showcased some of their best deals on drinks usually, and whatever theme is happening currently.The produce section isn't as big as I've seen in other locations but I wouldn't say it's bad.The meat section is great, I've seen a bunch of affordable deals on Beef especially.The staff is great and very friendly with my kids and I.I'm not sure how to use the "Click-2-Go" services and when I try to register it won't even let me type my ID number correctly.Not sure if that is a Commissary issue directly.But it would be very helpful for busy weekends when I would rather pick up!

Overall, it has many international options, but hardly any organic produce. The fresh produce section is small. There are not many plant-based options, especially pizza. The entire building needs to be updated. The employees are not friendly.

My go to place for groceries. I never had any issues with their products or their staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Prices are good considering what's off post.

I've been going here for several years now, the shelves are usually pretty full, but the help I get from the meat department is beyond helpful, just got to ask.

The only issue I have is that the dairy is sometimes expired on the shelves. So you have to remember to look really close or risk getting an already spoiled product.
