Honestly, these people who cut pets have NO interest in making them look good. I just ordered a Teddy Bear Cut and look what they did. Just ask yourself if it looked good or not? They gave 20 excuses to justify the atrocity and nerve they did to my little dog. For me it is animal abuse. But the one who did this is more of an animal. Please be careful.Of course they offered to return the money but it's not about when he does something atrocious like this we'll give him the money back and everything will be fixedI will never bring my dog to this place and the money did you charge me use it to do training for dogs hair cut.

I had a great experience! Placed a pickup order; they had a good coupon going. Received my pickup ready notification a couple of hours later, and drove to the store for pickup. I was in and out in under 40 seconds! The associates were friendly and I even received a personalized hand note on my order! That was awesome to get :)

We took our grand- dog here for grooming/bath and they did an excellent job! Brandi even advised us of an ear infection and was able to take her to her vet for care. We should have a before photo as she looked as though she was about 15lbs heavier with all the hair,lol!!!Thank you - we would definitely recommend Pet Supplies Plus for grooming/bath.

This is a nice location. It was clean well stocked. The employees were attentive and they had what I needed.I picked up some treats and worm meds. Lots of buy one get one 50% off deals right now in April.

Me and my children came here for a quick trip to get some food for out Blue Tongue Skink and we ended up being in here for an hour. This is by far the best Pet Supplies Plus I have ever visited. From the customer service, the cleanliness of the store and habitats, the selection of food and treats. I will come here just to walk around. My 3 year old acted like she was at the zoo. The other location we went to did not have animals. All the animals look healthy and they have the cutest jokes and phrases on their tanks and habitats. I would give this location 10 stars if I could and I will be back weekly while living in this area. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

Grooming place is horrible at picking up the phone.. I’ve been trying to get my dog scheduled for a minute now and have not been able to get an answer it’s annoying. I’d like to go here cause it’s close to me so it just seems convenient to be able to drop him off here but honestly get better employees. I’ll be going else where but just want to let everyone know good luck at getting your dog scheduled if trying to go to this place.

I have never been to any Pet Supplies Plus store and received poor service BUT the Forney, TX store takes it all as far as customer service goes! They are EXTREMELY helpful when it comes to items not on the shelves and them taking the time to go in the back and look to see if there is stock for customers - INSTEAD of just telling the customer there is none in the back WITHOUT LOOKING like PetsMart. The groomers are AMAZING! I used to go to Gloria in Dallas off of Gus Thompson but since I moved to Forney I switched to Brandi and she too is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I am also impressed by how the store recruits for food and other items for local animal shelters. PLUS the AMAZING deals you get if you are a registered customer!!!!!! The entire staff at Forney has always been extremely helpful, always cheerful, and true to customer service skills. Plus it ALWAYS seems they are a TEAM instead of individual. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT THIS STORE!!!!!! YOU ALL ROCK IT!!!!!

We love pet supplies plus, but we do NOT like this grooming services at this location. Customer service is HORRIBLE. They messed up my dog twice and still never refunded me though they were supposed too for that. My poor Aussie does not even look like an Aussie anymore.. will NOT be back. Only going to order off of online to get anything we need from now on.

Groomers did not accept my rabies documentation from the Canton breeders. My baby is under a year old it’s all I had. I went to Precious Pets groomers in Forney and they did a fabulous job.

While the store itself is fully stocked and clean, the dog washing stations are disgusting. There is so much mold in the corners and under the over hang of tile. It's disgusting...it's as if they do a small surface clean and not a deep cleaning to prevent mold & over growth of it. Gloves, scrub brushes, disinfectant, & mold deterrents are much needed.

I had a grooming appointmentwith my preferred lady. When I got there, with my dog, my groomer took the day off! They wanted to shave herI said no! So they were going to charge me a dollar a minute to de- mat. I said no. My planned 72 dollar groom turn into 72 plus 50 dollars plus what ever else they tagged on. Disappointed and won't shop there any more.

The employees here rock. I’m a new dog owner and have spent at least $400 in the last month at this location for supplies. This location is independently owned and operated. I was clueless to what I needed for my new miniature Golden Doodle. The employees here have been so helpful, patient, and nice. I have received solid advice from each employee who assisted me during my moment of cluelessness. I am truly grateful and my pup is happy.

My favorite place to get my cat food! I order online and pick up curbside usually. I was helped by Kevin (I believe was his name), and he is always the most helpful and happy that it is contagious! They consistently stock all the pet supplies we require and even offer delectable bakery treats for special occasions. Super nice staff, we took our pitbull to the dog wash , it is set up easy to use , great selection of shampoo and conditioner, plus a fresh towel, and a hair dryer, staff helped us pick out a treat for our dog as well , we bought the 5 pack pass can't wait to go back!
