The menu isn't elaborate, but they have the freshest restaurant burger I've had in a long time (multiple years).Makes for a great motorcycle day trip from DFW and you just need a destination.

Love these old gas pumps! Stopping at this store always feels like I've gone back in time. I don't know much about Forestburg,TX except that they have an annual Watermelon Festival, and this really cool and really nostalgic general store.

Hard to find alot of veggies because summer weather wasn't conducive to alot of variety. What we did purchase was good though. Onions and tomatoes. Peaches not sweet.

A critically important stop on any gravel or road bicycle ride in the area. Great food and friendly service. I hope one day the kitchen will add pancakes to their breakfast menu, in addition to their excellent breakfast burritos.

Been going there since I was a little kid when the Wylie's Owned it back in the 1950's. It's a Landmark. I love the Old Building from Yesteryear. There's so many Great Memories there.The Current Owners are WonderfulPeople, the, Esparza Family.So Friendly & they have the Best Cheeseburgers around.It's a Neat Place to Visit. ⭐

I love stopping here for breakfast when I can. One day I will try lunch. They have great spot. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can also get feed here for your animals.

Great hamburgers and also has a full grill. Gas up and get your feed too. Dog, cattle, or chicken feed etc.

I've always loved forestburg. It's like going back in time, and the country store is truly what it is labeled. A place where you can just relax for a minute or more. Get a drink and order something to eat. Get food for the animals and just relax on the bench out front. They even have old gas pumps which I love takes me back!

You won't find a staff anywhere as friendly as one at the Forestburg Country Store. They offer standard American food for lunch, and huge (and I mean huge!) Breakfast tacos for breakfast. The food is prepared and grilled there fresh to order. Whether your trying to watch your waist with a salad, or bust your belt with a juicy burger and tots, you can't go wrong at this place. The entire front of the store is a convenience store too.

The staff is just good old down-to-earth country folk. And this is truly one of the old fashion general stores. They have everything that you would find at a convenience store, they have a great grill with some of the best food I have ever eaten. And they even have a hardware Store and a Feedstore all under one roof. It is definitely worth your time to take a drive out here and experience this amazing place while we are still blessed to have something like this around. And you won't find better people then the people of ForestBerg Texas

We found this gem while on a memorial ride a few years back. There was a nasty storm blew through and they gave us shelter so we gave them business. Awesome people.

I went there for breakfast as I frequently travel to Forestburg I like to stop there to get something to eat and drink. Virtually over the years in general food is good and reasonable my only complaint is occasionally someone is smoking inside the store.

My hubby comes in evey monday to work an order and I like going with him when I can bc of the hamburgers!!! They have a little bit of everything since its far out but thats nice and they're so friendly there too!!

This little mom an pop store is almost as old as the town the town it's f has slot of history to it as well as interesting stories some of those stories includes tales of historic bank robbers I won't say much more go see this small beautifully hidden in hills an trees community great for scenic motercycle rides
