I ordered a grilled chicken salad and have a severe allergy to cheese was Very Specific when ordering to make sure to say no cheese multiple times and when I got home with food it had cheese mixed in the salad if I didn’t notice it before eating I could’ve gone into anaphylaxis and would’ve had to seek medical treatment all because this place can’t handle simple instructionsDietary restrictions: Not friendly will not listen to needed accommodations

Only game in town. Thankfully I love chicken strips and blizzards. I don't know if it's just this DQ or if all have adopted the "no substitute" policy. They claim their cash register won't do substitutions. I don't eat fries so I ask to substitute tater tots. I receive both, and I am billed for both. Never saw this at any other DQ ever. Lately, it seems every order I place is overcharged in some way... reallyy? You're going to charge .50 for a cup of city water, which I didn't drink because it tasted bad?

Unfortunately this is the most incompetent drive thru type business I've ever encountered. We decided to give it another chance this afternoon. What a total mistake. Over an hour for us to receive cold food that wasn't right. Bland cold fries, soggy nasty cold burgers. This place should've closed when they closed the other locations in this area. If you're considering spending money here, just know a couple drunk monkeys could do a better job and probably in half the time.

Got here, waited in line for 20 mins, finally got to the window to order and went to pay with a DQ gift card that I have. They said it was declined. Called in front of them, input the #, and they heard that there was a balance enough to cover my total amount. Was told nothing they could do… so basically DQ stole my money or this location is a scam and I can’t do anything with it. Awesome. Left without my food and won’t be back.

I called the place to go order. And I called 36 minutes before I was going to be there. I told them to have it ready by a certain time. By the time I showed up they couldn't find my order. And wanted me to wait another 20 minutes. This restaurant always has had horrible customer service. Definitely proves it.

They apparently "can't hear you" at the drive through, then don't bother to listen when you order at the window. Ordered a dipped cone and regular cone. Attendant brought the regular cone then walked away, I assumed to make the dipped cone. Nope, she came back to the window like she'd never seen me before. When I informed her that I ordered a dipped cone, she said "Yea, that's it." I said: "What did you dip it in?" Then she got an attitude because I still wanted my order.This place may be fine for locals, since they know them, but if you're passing through, just pass this DQ by.

Sat at the window for 15 minutes watching a lady count tills and then leave the store as soon as she was done. My order was sitting on the counter next to her and she wouldn't open the window or even acknowledge me.

Not a fan and here is why. Lady taking order was very quiet and mumbling. Food took an exceptional amount of time (15 min) to be served. Burger had hair in it and the chicken strips were cold.

2 guys standing around. One woman making ice cream. Not one said hello to us. We stood at register, two guys with headsets doing nothing ignored us. FINALLY one of the guys came to register. Oh you do work here I said. Burger didn’t have onions which is on menu. Cook apparently didn’t know. We were the only customers here.

This DQ is good. We eat here most when in this area mainly because its slim pickings. But we've never had a bad experience here. Staff is friendly, food comes out fast and taste great. It's newly remodeled and updated and overall great atmosphere. My middle daughter loves the DQ tacos!! Enjoy!!

Called in order, was to be ready 15 to 20 minutes, had to reorder when we arrived there now 45 minutes later we get our meal. Order was wrong and all they said was sorry. But sorry isn't enough when your order is wrong everytime you order. Get better help, pay more so you get better help, or close the doors. People are getting tired of this.

Eat elsewhere as they may not have what you order but don't bother to tell you until you leave with your order and come back in took forever to get food and they might actually have good for customers if the cooks would not eat in the kitchen. While we were there an employee cut his hand and continued to make blizzard's with his hand cut he tried to get someone to take over but they were too busy doing nothing.

Their service was tarable, and we where sitting there for 20 minutes before we gave up and left. The drive through worker said they would be with us in a minute then had us wait 20 minutes! Worst service ever wont come again!

Order accuracy is the worse I've seen. Every time something is wrong size or wrong ingredients. Now the drinks are smaller, already stuffed with ice. No reason to keep stopping by here

First off, there is a beautiful, well behaved husky type dog that stays around the place. Tge food is made well, and has a great flavor. The staff generally are good.

The food was fresh and really good but..... the service not so good. Really wish the drive thru would listen the 1st time instead of having me repeat it several times. And wish they wouldve had gravy for my chicken strips lol

Ah, the finest gourmet dining experience in all of Floyd County.I'll say this: in all my years of scarfing down Beltbusters & Blizzards at this place, I've never gotten food poisoning. So there's that.Otherwise it's a small West Texas town Dairy Queen. You know what you're in for. Buy the ticket, take the ride...Dairy Queen's mascot used to be Dennis the Menace. That has *always* seemed weird to me.

DQ has good food for a good price. The staff are awesome and the restaurant is usually real clean. Unfortunately it will be closed for remodeling until some time in August. It is needed and the experience will be awesome.
