This is pretty standard for Tom Thumb, which is meant as a compliment. The aisles were clean and well stocked. The employees were friendly. I needed my second Covid shot and was able to just walk in off the street and get one here.

I came by here to use the ATM machine and decided to check on a few items to see if they had them in the store. Wow here I was able to grab my cash and shop for a few of my fruits vegetables and some dry good items. There was one cashier available at the time, but I was able to get through the line fairly quickly. I'm there were baskets and small hand baskets available.

Love Love Love this location, especially the lady who work in Self Checkout, she’s the sweetest. Pharmacy always provide my medicine in a timely manner and they always have everything you need. I purchase most of my flowers from here for my cakes.

We've got to keep the neighborhood grocery store alive. I've just started frequenting Tom Thumb over the past 2 - 3 years as I watched other chains shutdown or move out of town. The big box stores shouldn't be the only game in town. This grocer has a florist, pharmacy, great deli/hot foods and you can get your medical lab tests done by appointment. If that's not one stop shopping, what is? Some things can be pricey, but you can also find items on sale at prices competitive with big box stores. This Tom Thumb is open on most holidays. I like the convenience of being able to park close enough to the store without having to take a taxi from my car to the store entrance. I still shop at big box, but I'm doing my best to keep the smaller grocers open too.Went back to Tom Thumb today & the hardest decision was, which fresh flower centerpiece would be on the table for Christmas dinner. There were so so so many choices - and that’s a good thing. I saw simple plants with cardinals for as little as $4.99 Unbelievable! If I didn’t have cardinals pecking at my windows all winter & spring, I might have purchased 4 or 5 of the plants with cardinals perched on them. They looked lovely.

This review is for the bakery:Katrina did an amazing job on my daughters cake! It absolutely exceeded expectations! She did what I wanted and more! Not only did it look good but it tasted so so good too! My guests kept asking me where it came from and how great it tasted! Thank you!!

Please, please! Get your pricing to match the tags on the shelf and those displayed with in-ad shelf tag. Discrepancies occur way too often.

I LOVE Tom Thumb- they are so amazing & helpful at this location.Today, Rebecca, in the floral department, assisted me in purchasing a plant and facilitated much needed graduation cards. WOW- that gal was customer service oriented.I get a family feel in this store every-time I shop.

I only stop here for a ready made, fresh turkey on pretzel bread sandwich from deli. Three tiny sandwiches for $6.49 or a single larger one. It is healthier than fast food and great to eat while in car. No mayo needed for me ' cuz the bread, turkey and cheese are very moist and flavorful. This Tom Thumb is a very clean and organized store. Starbucks is located inside as well ! Too bad prices are too high for my tiny budget.

Friendly staff, easy check out, fresh and good quality produce and clean location. The prices might be a little above than Walmart but it is worth it. No lines, no craziness and nice shopping experience. On top of that....there is a Starbucks I side!

Second time this has happened where coupons don't work at self check out, and then it causes a fuss with the employees who end up over-charging me. I recently moved to the neighborhood, and now know to never come back. WInco or Kroger I go.

Team members are great and polite but store is very poorly managed. Check all dates as no store leaves as much expired product on the shelf as this store. Went through 10 bags of frozen chicken that’s good through date was in August it’s October. That’s just one example. Go down the road to Kroger, Aldi or Central market all much better options.

They are literally trying to replace ALMOST ALL their food products with BIO ENGINEERED and selling juice products made in China??like we don't have enough" apples" III n the U.S?! ALL Bakery items are bio engineered.Also prices on things have gone crazy, like most stores.

This particular place was cutting congregate while open to the public. They were not using any air ventilation systems or wetting the dust to avoid airborne contaminants. My son and I immediately left when we saw this. Huge OSHA violation.

Love going here! It's convenient and easy to get in and out. I love stopping by the Starbucks inside for coffee or tea. Tre is so nice at Starbuck. He helped me carry my drinks to the table when I was having difficulty with my knee.

Personnel great!Especially Paul my checker.However ,I get all my digital coupons clicked in your app and they never ring up correctly. I have left multiple request for help. NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED ME BACK AND YES THE APP IS UP TO DATE

I've been to the store several times. I have to say the seafood area staff are very nice, but a lady work near the self check out area was terrible. I had a question to ask her about my rain check, she gave me a very dirty look and said " No, you cannot redeem it in this store". She made me feel I was bothering her. I just don't understand why a simple short question to a store staff can get such a feedback.

Given the current health climate, I like to shop early when the stores are virtually empty except for the employees. I appreciate the fact that Tom Thumb still opens at 6am, and they offer sanitizer and cart wipes at the door. One way signage for aisles is in place, yet sadly I see very few people follow this guidance. Never had any issues with groceries being out of stock, only the usual Lysol and disinfectants. Store is very clean, well lit, and offers some excellent deals through their app.

I've shopped at Tom Thumb for decades. The store has many items you cannot find elsewhere. The place is always clean and well organized, so I don't have to hunt. If I do ever need help they are very helpful. I sometimes purchase food from Tom Thumb Deli and it is always good. Overall Great Place.

Clean store, well organized and lots of happy employees! Cant ask for more. They are always happy to help me find what I'm looking for or carry my groceries to my car. This is my go-to place for groceries.They are slightly more expensive, but you can not beat their customer service!

We have shopped at this location since it opened. Unfortunately, it is not what it used to be. I guess since buying Albertsons the employees are not very friendly anymore. Especially the lady that is in Customer Service. When you go to deal with her she never greets you. Her attitude is awful, as if she was doing you a favor. Makes you feel like dirt. Also, they need to do something about their bakery. Some of the items they offer are awful and expensive. Bread quality erratic. Also looking into changing pharmacies. I am tired of medicine providers changed like underwear. Can’t keep up with the different shapes, color of medicines. I take several and it is very confusing. They need to quit dangling the carrot to upper management and focus on quality and service. Perhaps then they may make a good bonus.

I love Tom Thumb, but it was Christmas Eve and I needed one item, it's always busy but when I walked in with my grandson and he saw the self check out lane his eyes got huge as mine did. It looked like we were in a line at an amusement park. But it actually moved pretty quick!!

Good location and well kept store but expect to pay double what you would normally pay for the same brands @Walmart. This store is way overpriced just like all Tom Thumb stores. Good customer service but definitely not the store to shop at if you have kids to feed. Your money will not go far here.

I had a sweet tooth attack and went to the bakery section. I found they had individual slices of cake and got a carrot slice and a chocolate slice. Oh my goodness they were so good. I really wanted apple turn overs and they were out. But my mission was accomplished!!! 😋
