It's amazing how two store 11miles apart can be so different. Tom Thumb Flower Mound, the workers are nice, polite, greet you, make sure you can find items. Tom Thumb Trophy Club, the workers aren't mean, just not nice, kinda neutral, very rarely do they greet you (excludes meat dept and pharmacy) never asked me if I found everything, rarely make eye contact. Prices are the same, but service is distinctly different

How can you guys take wic but not have your price tags marked with eligible items? Eggs, peanut butter, milk are the most essential items, and everytime I tell the cashier I'm using Wic they have no idea what I'm talking about....poor training, also called to see if they even accepted Wic while I was in the store shopping and the customer service girl literally ignored the store speaker announcing my call "customer on 201" for 3 minutes becuse she was too busy flirting with a co worker ans when she finally picked up I told her "oh nevermind thank you and hung up(I will attach the screenshot of my phone call). Store director is failing this store. I used to work for Randall's when I was younger. I guess customer service isn't their #1 priority anymore, to put the cherry on top when I was checking out today Alex told me the Wic system was down? So I asked " okay, so what does that mean? You guys are just turning Wic people away? There's no solution?" Her literal response was "oh...uhm, well I'm not sure actually..." lol WOW considering we pay top dollar to live in Flower Mound and pay extra for the cost of living here,you guys need to step it up. A new HEB is opening up soon and most Randall's AKA Tom Thumbs are shut down because of them doing a better job.

Came by the store location to check for a Redbox and some wood. I decided to go in and do my weekly shopping and found quite a few deals here at their store. Everything turned out okay.

It’s a good grocery store. But the pharmacy is a whole other story. The pharmacist is great and very knowledgeable. Hence the 2 stars. But the pharmacy staff is very shady. I go through my health insurance so 99% of the time medicine is 100% covered. One time the attendant tried to get me to pay out of pocket because she kept screwing up the process to run my medicine through insurance. Her reasoning was, “I don’t know what to do. But this is a great price for this medicine.” I explained to her that I had no plans to pay for medicine that I get for free. After 1 hour of run around, she managed to make it work. And guess what?? I didn’t have to pay out of pocket.2 weeks ago another attendant made me pay $120 out of pocket my medicine. Considering that it is a relatively new medication, I believed him and paid. Yesterday I got the exact same from the Walgreens across the street and it was 100% covered by my insurance. Makes me think that they never ran it through my insurance to begin with.Either these people are extremely incompetent or they are stealing money from the company.

I love this store! Employees are so helpful. Left Kroger 3 months ago due to the horrible treatment of their employees. If the employees aren't happy, the customers aren't happy. You can tell this place take great care of the employees. All food is fresh, and I've never had any problems. I do not like that the meat market charges extra to cut your meat/fish though.

They have the best quality meats, discounts on Cowboys game day if you are wearing Cowboys clothing, and the stores overall just feel nice without being overly expensive like Whole foods. I drive a little further to go here because I like it better than my local options

A great grocery store. Very clean and organized. We trade in our empty bottles of water here for replacement with great ease.I never have trouble finding everything. They are well staffed and attentive. Most of the employees are more than happy to help. I appreciate this type of store.I have back issues, so they kindly put my groceries in my car.We did our first grocery pick up here and it was so easy! Be warned they charge an extra $5 fee for pick up, which I was not aware of. It was worth it though to not have to rummage around the store while in a hurry.

The way a store should be run. Small business energy.We believed we left 2 bags at Tom Thumb the evening prior (the entirety of what we bought) we were wrangling our 2 year old and as tired parents can do, made a mistake.We called the store and they said no one had turned anything in/been found. But to come up and they would take care of us. They replaced $80 worth of groceries, no questions asked. (We did have our receipt though)Wonderful management, and an amazing team. Well organized, well lit, clean store.

Great local grocery store with a gas station, large bakery, deli, pharmacy, and wine section. Staff is friendly, prices are okay (with free club card), and store is kept clean to avoid Covid issues. You can get most items you need here - not the cheapest, not the most fancy, but very convenient...

It's a very pretty Tom Thumb, but it's still a Tom Thumb. You have the jacked up prices of Whole Foods with the selection of Walmart. It's slightly understaffed, although it's understandable as it is rarely too busy. I wish their gas station had its own separate review. It's phenomenal and all the staff is just so nice and friendly there. Good prices, good people. If it was separate it'd get 5 stars.

I gave five stars just for the bakery. The staff there is really helpful. Had a few cakes made there, kids birthdays, baby showers and a graduation party. They have always done a fantastic job creating something unique. Not to mention very tasty. Would highly recommend. As far as the rest of the store. All I have to say is they are over priced. But that's just Tomthumb.

This review is for the pharmacy. This store is not as close to me as some others but because the pharmacy gives such good service I get my prescriptions filled here. I don't have to wait in a long line and they communicate really well. I've never gotten the wrong prescription. They get it right each time. I've been to Walmart, Target, and Kroger and I hate the service at those pharmacies.

This store is kept clean and the staff is helpful. But good luck finding their weekly savings items - they make great effort to hide (and if you find their specials, they are usually out of stock). The company has a 'just 4U' program that will cheat you (dont waste your time calling the company's customer service - they are fully aware of the pricing issues and they DON'T care!). Most of the time I have been overcharged on items that are discounted. Catching such discrepancies and reporting them will only aggravate you. It is like questioning habitual thieves that have been stealing for a long time and are upset at you challenging their deeds. For those reasons, I do not generally shop at this company's stores (Tom Thumb, Market Street, Albertsons) other than under "emergency"..... running in to get a single item needed for a recipe, etc.

I like this store because it is always clean and organized. The staff are friendly and helpful. The reason for the 4 Stars is because they are kind of Pricey compared to Kroger or Walmart.

Usually very friendly. The last two times I have been to this store, the checker said not one word to me as I spent money at her store. My usual Tom Thumb is full of terrific friendly workers. This store is not. the butcher today was great. He went out of his way to help me and was friendly throughout. I did call the manager about the Stone Lady at the checkout. Hopefully she will smile again.

Shopped during senior hours. Easy to social distance, everyone was wearing a mask. Good selection except out of sanitizing spray & wipes. Did have sanitizing liquid. Some of plastic produce bags were low enough a short person could reach the bags.

Love this Tom Thumb! I love shopping there but the Starbucks staff, especially the gentleman that I believe is the manager, lacks customer service etiquette. I don’t want to get into the details of it but I’ll continue to shop here and I’ll skip the latte
