I’ve had a “prime” ribeye from every meat market in Flower mound, and Sprout’s 100% grass fed “organic” steaks have been better. Not always, but most of the time. Just gotta look at them and know what you’re looking for

Loved Sprouts. A Little Pricey but today they were offering 15 dollars off 100 dollars spent for coupon if you downloaded their app .Clean not crowded . Worth not having to wait on line to save at Neighborhood Walmart besides the food is a very good quality. Worth the trip . My time is valuable something I can't get back.

We used Sprouts catering for my baby shower and I couldn’t have been happier with the sandwich platters we ordered. The quality of the deli meat/cheese was top notch. Also had the pinwheel platter which was just as yummy. Fruit platter was a hit as well. We’ll definitely use Sprouts catering the next opportunity we get.

Almost always has the best meats and cheeses, fresh produce and generally friendly employees. They are more expensive than Kroger or Market St. on some things. But it’s a good trade off I think.

The store is always clean and stocked. Most of the employees are attentive and friendly. Rarely a long line. Yes some things are pricey, but they are high everywhere. And the produce is always fresh very reasonably priced.

I was at Sprouts a few weeks ago and was both disappointed and pleased with the service. The girl with pink hair from the deli department was super helpful and knowledgeable and happily came over to help me when her coworker with the short hair and tan hat ignored me. I really appreciated the pink girl taking the time to help me figure out the right amount of turkey I needed while the other one was busy on her phone. Overall, the store is clean and well-kept, but some of the employees need to look up from their phones once in a while and do their job.

My first time here. Not sure what to make of it. Expensive, at least it's outside of my wallet capacity. Lol. A friend of mine told me to go here to get some all natural allergy relief for my husband will see how well it works. Picked up some cough drops and hey why not dark chocolate covered peanut clusters...that ought to do the trick.

Always an enjoyable experience. Great place to get almost familiar grocery store items. Deli and bulk good areas are my favorite sections. Flower selection is generally good. The fruit and veggie area occupy close have the floor space so easy to find seasonal stuff in decent quantities and qualities.

I like going to Sprouts but might stop going. Yesterday went for grocery shopping. At the checkout three employees standing, not a single one helped bagged the groceries. They were just standing there chatting right at the checkout aisle. Had to put all the groceries in the bag myself. On top of that no greeting of hello and/or goodbye. Screw this place and their employees. What a poorly managed Sprouts with terrible service.

Amazing variety of probiotics! That was my focus after an extensive cleansing period. It was tough to decide on just one, but helpful staff led me to a great choice.Many discounts seen on other very high-end products. Also bought some garden plants.Well-maintained store and helpful personnel are a successful match. You won't be disappointed, just remember quality may have a higher price tag than you're used to.

They have a large selection of different spices from all over. They also carry fresh produce. They tend to lean towards healthier all natural groceries then most super markets. They can be pricey, but grab there weekly grocery ads to see what great items you can snap up at bargain prices.

Poor selection and items frequently out of stock, but always at higher prices. The prices have gone up and now they want to charge for bags. On top of it, rude and abusive employees are the norm at this location. During my time as a cashier, if I ever spoke to a customer the way I was treated today by a Sprouts cashier, I would have been fired on the spot. Shame on the managers at this location for failing to train their staff.Shop elsewhere. I am forever done with Sprouts.

The customer service and variety, especially wiyh produce and bulk items are excellent in thias store with a small town feel. I really appreciate the quality of items and their cheese selection is amazing, great for charcuterie boards or just to try something new.

Sprouts just lost a customer today. When I reached the checkout the cashier informed me that each plastic bag will cost me ten cents. I am not cheap and could definitely afford it. It’s the principal of a separate charge for the bag. I had a basket filled with produce and your telling me that didn’t cover the overhead of a plastic bag! $2 for one avocado and that doesn’t include the bag to carry it in!! I left my basket full of groceries at the register and I don’t plan on shopping at Sprouts again.

Quality of food has tanked at this location most recently. Just bought grapes and like 70% look fine but are way squishy and overly ripe. Also bought a sealed Sprouts brand bag of cashews and they are like rubber. Naturally, I’ve already thrown the receipt away because I assumed everything would be fine. Not sure if I’ll be continuing to shop at this location as it’s been slowing losing steam it seems over time.

Wonderful shopping experience.Customer service is there, waiting to help! I was looking for okra and staff could see I was searching for something. She came up to me and asked, 'may I help you find something?' Just the fact she noticed and offered to help. Sushi day, does that not come with handwashing?

Just spent the most agonizing, excruciatingly long ten minutes of my life watching an employee carefully, slowly, meticulously scan and place each item in a bag delicately, as though it where some kind of ballet and the groceries were easily popped bubbles.Then I put bags inside the wasted space of other bags and crammed them all in the front seat of my car because I have a life and things to do and the stuff is all in plastic containers anyway so it's fine and nobody even cares. Bagging is not an performance art show. Put stuff in bags faster than a sloth and let's all move on with our lives.

My 3.45 lbs package of boneless skinless chicken breast only had 2.56 lbs of chicken in it. Put the package on top of the scale, and THEN I hit 3.45 lbs.Not cool, Sprouts. Not cool at all.Packaging is supposed to be tared out. I am now short chicken I was supposed to be using for dinner. :(Veggies were in good shape, though. Great quality ginger root, which can be stupidly hard to find this side of town. And the checkout guy was friendly. I'll keep buying produce here, but not meat.
