I visit this petsmart once in a while to get my cats nails trimmed usually. The employees in the grooming department are always friendly and informative of what I need to know about my pets needs. They are always quick and gentle with my cat. Always have a smile on their face as I greet them. Cashiers could improve on their customer service but I have not really had any bad experiences. Keep up the good work guys and gals!

If you're looking for a bargain, it might be worth checking prices elsewhere before committing to a purchase at PetSmart.

The groomer was horrible. Kept our dog there for 6 hours and it looked like a 5 year old took the trimmer to her. I have never seen a worse job. We will not be back.

Grace did a super job grooming our timid Sheltie in his first visit to a groomers since adopting him 2 years ago. She took time to get acquainted with him and earn his trust. Thank you Grace for making our boy comfortable and giving him such a fresh well groomed look. It is comforting to leave your beloved fur baby in the hands of someone who exhibits such love and respect for animals. Thank you again!

We've taken our dog to this location at least 8 times over the past 10 years but this last visit was the worst. My wife was told 3 to 4 hours until he would be done. I show up 15 minutes after the 4 hour mark and I'm told that he should be ready in about 30 minutes or so. Needless to say, that was not the case. In addition, they did a horrible job. We will not be bringing him back here.

I truly love this Flower Mound location - I have been to another local PetSmart for grooming of my two huskies. One is a senior who is a bit grumpy… and let me tell you - by far Flower Mound grooming is patient, kind and loving. Not to mention they understand the husky breed, unlike the other location, I (regretfully) tried since it was closer to home. I will FOREVER go to the PetSmart grooming in the Flower Mound location and for product. Shout out to the amazing staff at the Grooming Salon. So thankful for you all!

I had difficulty locating an item that showed in stock so I found someone to help me. She did a good job looking for the product that she saw was in stock in their system. She also said that if she couldn't find it she could tell me the next delivery date for it. After checking stock in the back twice she came out and said we just don't have it and there was nothing more she could do while she turned and walked away. It was great until it wasn't! Her customer service skills stopped abruptly. Even though she walked away from me I still thanked her for her efforts.I left and drove straight to another location that always has what I need in stock. Problem solved!

Really good Petsmart. They had my Hills Sciencd Diet for my senior dog. It has a Petsmart Hotel as well. Our cashier was very nice and enthusiastic and talked to us. Good Sized parking lot.

We have been boarding our Boston Terrier (Dottie) here for many years and the staff knows her quite well by name when they see her...We recently took our new Olde English Bulldogge puppy (Pearl) and Dottie for a week-long stay because we couldn't take them with us. Both dogs were well cared for and seemed to enjoy their week at the spa. While Dottie is older and enjoys her quiet 1:1 play-time, Pearl got to have a lot of social play time which we wanted to reinforce that experience for our 6 month old pup - which was excellent. We are always pleased with our experience and the care given for dogs when we have to board them Love the staff for always treating our doggies and us so well. Thank you.

I have 2 dogs, a beagle and a miniature schnauzer.When I made the appointment for their grooming at PetSmart, I was asked if I wanted the express service for an additional $15, I said “no” as I would have some errands to run while they were being groomed.My beagle has a heart murmur and when I arrived for the appointment, I was told I’d have to wait for him to be done, and charged the express fee for him, citing that they could not keep him due to liability issues. They also said that this is a PetSmart policy. Therefore, I was forced to wait for the beagle, and unable to get my errands run, AND pay the additional $15.The grooming for my miniature schnauzer was great and they did an outstanding job.1 star for the beagle2 stars for the schnauzerAveraged it out at 3 stars for the rating.

I first experienced the kind staff when dropping off my 2 year old yorkie for doggie day care. He’s been going for several months and even as a picky pet owner, I’ve been completely satisfied in every way. They greet him by name and know his likes/dislikes. He seems to enjoy going and playing with all his furry friends.Since I was using the pet hotel services I thought I would try the grooming. I’m very particular about my yorkie’s hair. After one appointment with LJ, I was so happy with the way he looked, he’s been going back to her regularly. I like that she takes time to make notes and knows exactly what I like. She’s very kind and seems to truly enjoy her job. Oliver always looks handsome & smells wonderful after leaving his appointment with her.

I got my cat here years ago. I found out that she has FIV two years ago. (My parents are not big on blood tests at the vet.) As well as heart worms AND feline herpes. Shocking, isn’t it? All of my other cats tested negative and she has never been around any other animals. It’s absolutely disgusting and inhumane how someone could lie about a pets health & give them to someone KNOWING that there is a chance they could die young. AS WELL AS INFECT THEIR OTHER PETS.(A BIG CHANCE) Luckily, she’s the sweetest cat ever and hasn’t bit any of them. So, they’re fine. Because of Petsmart, I missed the opportunity to give her any kind of treatment. BUT, I have already lost my childhood cat to FIV. It was one of the hardest things that I have ever witnessed. So much trauma. And petsmart has caused more.I never said anything about what happened. But Petsmart needs to be held accountable. They’re lying crooks who prey on innocent people for their own gain. Absolutely disgusting, dishonest, and inhumane, I am BEYOND repulsed by these actions.

Just finishing up a puppy class at the Flower Mound PetSmart with trainer Beth! She is awesome! She taught the humans just as much as the animals! Beth taught us it’s not about “controlling” your animal. It’s learning how they process information then teaching the dog in a way they understand. That way they learn faster and maintain the information! I want my dog’s love and loyalty, not fear!! Thank you Beth and PetSmart for hiring such an awesome trainer and making her available at a great price to the public! Y'all got it right with her!!! I will defiantly be continuing with more classes with Beth! Don’t let her go!

This is the best petsmart location I've been too, the pet hotel staff treat every dog like family, the manager Gabriel and his crew are the best! Also the groomers miraculously made my boy not stink anymore.

Love love love this PetSmart! Unlike others I've been to, the shelves are always full & the store clean. Today I was complaining to an employee (I believe her name was Isa) about how I stepped in dog poop in the grass potty areas in the parking lot that another customer neglected to clean up. She was very nice to me even though I lost my temper & despite her not knowing the mess was there. Then, she gave me a plastic bag to store the soiled shoes in so I didn't get it in my car, which I was more than likely going to do in my heated state. The hotel is always full of happy & excited dogs, unlike other pet hotels/resorts in Argyle/Lantana that I've seen where 'behind the scenes' doesn't match what they advertise. 10/10 would recommend this PetSmart over the few closer to my location!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service! I originally took my dog to petco, he needed a bath. They wanted to shave him because he had a few areas that could combed. Brought him here, their approach was so compassionate. They said they'd take their time to brush him. Not shave him. They were beyond accommodating, compassionate and they welcomed him with love. When I picked him up, he was well brushed and clean.Great service, they certainly love working with dogs and they have my business!

Love all the staff here! They remember your name & your dog after our first visit! My doggie goes there regularly for doggie day camp. I can tell he’s well taken care of as he gets super excited when I am driving to Petsmart.

Great selection of foods, friendly staff, and regular adoption events rather than dogs from puppy mills. They helped me find a grain-free weight control food that my pup likes. My only complaint is that too many items aren't price marked, which gets annoying.

As far as I know my pet has been treated good while at PetSmart. I can't really say much more because when he has services I am not present so I can't say for sure. I know he seems to whine, and shake when we pull in the parking lot but I don't think he's being mistreated.

Boarded our dog there for 2 days. We picked him up. When we got home we discovered blood on the floor and a bite on his ear. Called, they said he was playing with another dog and it got rough. They did not tell us this when we picked him up. To their credit they did offer vet services. We are extremely upset they did not tell us about this until we pressed them and did not take the dogs out of playtime to prevent further injuries.

My family has been using Pet-smarts pet hotel services in the flowermound location since 2017.I just want to give a special thank you to all staff members such as Gabriel, Abraham and so many other great staff members that I may forget or not know their names for always providing sincere love to our dog Drake each time he is there. I highly recommend this location for overnight stays!

My wife and I went to adopt a cat, and they told us we were too late to do so (before 5:30pm, I'm not sure of the exact time), and we would have to come back the next day. They offered to hold him for us until my wife got off of work. So, the next morning I call to verify that he is still being held, and they confirm that there is a note not to adpot him out. Then, just as I am about to head to the store to adopt him, I get a call letting me know that, despite the note not to adopt him out, they had given him away anyway. I would not be upset if they had been up front about there being any sort of "first come, first serve" policy, but there was NO mention of this either time I spoke to staff. I would have been the first one in the door the next day had they been clear, but twice I was assured he would be held. I'm sure he is in a wonderful home. I hope that the adoption staff can be more clear about thier policies, and communicative with each other. This kind of experience makes me want to adopt elsewhere.
