Live this place the staff is very nice and friendly. Are always around if you need help check up on you multiple times. I love it as well as my dogs. Everything is very clean and if not they will clean it up on the spot. Everything smells good. My dogs come home smelling good and are very soft.

I'm a new dog mom and not only did the facilities make it easier to bathe my pup, they gave me suggestions on how to make the whole bath time easier for all concerned! Will definitely be back and seriously considering the membership. Thanks Hannah for a great experience!

The self service dog wash is so great! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The building was very clean and you get your own bathing station and private drying room to work with. My dog smells amazing!

Nice staff, clean, good products, nail trimming!!! Bonus was no one was afraid of my lab/pit mix, didn't give me a hard about her either!!! Nala does not play well with other animals and they made sure everything went smoothly. Even let me know when best times ⏲️ to bring her in, so she isn't stressed with to many other animals.

I felt the water pressure was too powerful for our small dogs and not warm enough. I also hoped the blower had a bit of a lower setting for small dogs. Everything else was wonderful. The 2 ladies who helped us were so kind and helpful.

So really watch how your Groomer acts at drop off we dropped ours off the first time and had a great experience with the lady we had she said our dog was so good that she even cut around his feet. Well we booked again hopeful to have another great experience? Well at drop off the lady seemed like she wanted nothing to do with him and that she was scared!! But we were hopeful well not 30 minutes later we were called to get him and that he was not acting right and that they are only able to wash him. We were so mad! We avoid groomers for the longest time and Today we went to Golden Grooms and they were amazing we felt right at home from start to finish and our boy looks so so handsome…

This place is amazing! The facility is clean and has everything you need. The staff are incredibly accommodating and helpful with all questions. Stephanie in particular is an absolute gem and made me and my 16yo lab feel right at home. I highly recommend Petbar Flower Mound.

My puppy Shepard named Rooster loves getting dirty at the dog park and still pees on his leg when lifting it outside to go. Sooo he gets smelly a lot. I was paying for ONE grooming session at PetSmart and it is the same price as a monthly membership where we take him FOUR times for a session at PetBar.Rooster hated going to PetSmart and they never did everything we paid for them to do during our session.Rooster loves going into PetBar. We go once a week and the products they use do not dry out his fur or skin, we paid for a deshed one week and it was soooo worth it, they do everything we ask them to each week and Rooster is always happy and tail wagging at drop off and pick up.Also, usually groomers smell like wet, dirty dog inside and PetBar has NEVER smelled anything less than fresh and good.The staff is always so polite and friendly to us and Rooster.My back is saved from leaving over our bathtub to give him a good scrub.Thank you PetBar!

Had very bad experience here with my dog being groomed. She was left very uneven, stray hairs hanging from her bottom area, her cute whiskers being trimmed down to nothing, uneven ears, paws, tail not hand trimmed as I asked.My family lives in the area and I was going to take her back to be fixed. I was shocked when I first saw how bad my beautiful terriermix looked. They took a small amount of the grooming price off but I should have not paid at all for such an awful job.I had to leave town and was not able to get my pup fixed.I was told the owner would call me back regarding the situation and have yet to receive a call back.I am still upset on how bad my beautiful dog looks and what a choppymess they did to her.I would not recommend and shocked on how unprofessional the business is.All of the groomers are contracted out apparently but that is not a customer's problem that was left to pay for an awful awful job.The ownership obviously doesn't care if not doing anything to remedy the situation and the on-site manager was not able to do anything. They didn't even follow up with me after calling twice.I hope they see this and the right thing.

I've utilized the self-service washing station repeatedly and I'm thoroughly impressed! The quality of the shampoo products is awesome, and my pups coat is SO soft and clean after. I love that, I don't have to dirty my own bathtub at home. I'm planning on bringing my pups back soon for a summer trim!

I have been here three times. The first time we took my puppy. Deborah did a decent job doing a “puppy cut”. I gave a 15% tip. The next two times were terrible experiences, the second time they took exactly 35 minutes to do a “full groom”. The third time I asked for a “feet face and Fanny” but for some reason she just looks terrible. People often asked me if I cut my own dogs hair and it’s not a compliment. After talking to my vet and some other customers, I’ve decided that I will no longer bring my Yorkie here. I did leave a 15% every time, but the second and third time I was asked to pay and tip before I ever even saw my dog. Maybe my tip wasn’t high enough to receive good service? The two pictures are from the second and third visit. Sorry this didn’t work out for us.. confused by all the 5 star reviews.

I would gladly give more than 5 stars if I could. I’ve been looking for a bather for my dog cause she has bad anxiety they were great with her. Tabitha bathed her and my dog seemed to like her a lot. Highly recommend this place on top of that ever had a great personality and attitude. We will be life long customers for now on.

1st time visitors and our experience was great! The staff was friendly and helpful, the facility very clean. I opted for self-,service and everything we needed for my dogs bath was provided by PetBar. Using their pet designed baths and high velocity dryers made this experience easy and fast! Overall,I am 100% satisfied & recommend this place- we are definitely returning!

We had a great experience. It was a bit noisy in there but considering it was the day before Thanksgiving it was fine. The front desk people were nice and friendly. The groomer did an excellent job. Will definitely be going back.

Great place! I’ve never done a self service bath for my dogs and I’m so glad I came in to try. The girl that helped me with both my dogs was such a sweetheart and very patient. I will return here for sure! Everything they had there was perfect for my fur babies.

I will use this business again because when I called they were able to meet my needs without notice. I thought the staff was friendly and the place was setup well. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was having to put all of my girls stuff back on her myself. It’s not a big deal or worth taking away a star but considering the 15 minute notice I don’t mind.

We tried Petbar today for self-service dog wash. We loved it! They have multiple shampoo options, brushes, cologne, and ear cleaner available at the self service area. We’ll definitely comeback!
