I have been coming to Earthwise for years now to have my dogs groomed. The staff is always warm and inviting and kind of feels like a big family. I love that they care for foster kitties and help them find their forever homes, and I adore the sloths. It is ALWAYS a happy place for me and my dog, and Amanda the groomer is one of my dog’s favorite people. And she is a picky little pooch!

Fantastic customer service and quality of goods! I am trying a raw diet on a puppy I’m getting. I had a good idea of what I wanted but the level of knowledge and customer service was great! She gave me ideas and when she could give me samples to try.i really appreciated it. I don’t see myself buying my dogs food anywhere else. Love it!

We've been getting our pet groomed here for a few months and this time he literally was wagging his entire body when we drove up. Clearly he loves how they treat him as he was unbelievably excited to get out of the car and go in. He immediately sprinted to the desk and looked like he was having the time of his life. We've always been pleased with how he looks when we pick him up and will definitely keep going back.

I really don't like writing negative reviews but I am just so appalled by the terrible hair cut my Schnauzer received yesterday! Usually they do a good job but this time it was truly terrible. First the groomer didn't take the time to understand the type of cut I wanted then they just straight shaved him and didn't even give him the traditional Schnauzer face so that you can't even tell that he is a Schnauzer right now! They even did a bad job shaving him and his legs were not done well! I really used to like this place but now I am going to have a hard time trusting them with my precious baby again! I will post a before and after picture so you can see what I am talking about!Update due to response: When I dropped my dog off I requested a body shave and a schnauzer face. If the face had to be changed due to his hair, even though it wasn’t a problem previous times, that should have been communicated to me before it was done preferably or at least when I picked him up. As it was, it was a complete shock when I picked him up.Also, taking breaks with senior dogs is good. But the last few times, no one has even called me to let me know he is done. I have had to guess or call myself. If they had called me to let me know when he was done as they should have, they could have communicated the changes they made without my knowledge then.

I have been taking my dog here for grooming for 2 years now and my last experience was horrible and inhumane. One of the groomer - Amanda was extremely rude, showed no empathy at all and walked away in the middle of a conversation. The store owner saw this, apologized later for her behavior but didn't take any action.I left the store crying as I didn't expect to be attacked that way.

Terrific experience! Autumn was our groomer and she was so sweet and professional. Our new rescue Yorkie was very nervous and Autumn was lovely with her. All staff were very helpful and we are so happy to find this business! Highly recommended!

Adopted our new resue puppy here. Rescue staff and store staff were very nice and helpful. But store is small maybe to small to have been keeping the cats inside during adoption events

4/19 Great grooming. My pup looks fantastic after first visit. Hopefully they are consistent. And, of course, the sloth is awesome.Had to leave last groomer due to not keeping up the good work; lost sight of the details.Edit 6/19: nope, not consistent. Different groomer today? not great. unhappy with the cut. We've gone to several groomers and this is the first time some areas were cut so severely. I thought it was kind of obvious what it 'should' look like only a bit shorter. guess not, I take half the blame for not being EXPLICIT in every detail. :-( Try again in 6 months.

I was pleased with the experience. My dog is 15 so I worry about her, but they took good care of her. Her cut was the cutest I have ever had on her. I was able to get an appointment quickly and she was finished in two hours.

Amazing place and the owner is almost always there. They have a wide variety of top notch foods, competitively priced and are happy to help. They hv the sloth family, all four, in the shop, so stop by! I bought my grandson a Sloth Spot t-shirt for a donation. And the cat, King, is very affectionate!

I was looking for a new groomer and was recommended this place by another groomer who was already fully booked for months out. I appreciate that they focus on natural ingredients in their food and grooming supplies, and their in-store sloth enclosure is very cool! I quite easily got an appointment time and all the ladies there were so nice.However, my dog's groom was less than satisfactory. I asked for a full shave as short as possible but leave the tail fluffy. When I arrived to pick up my dog, I was asked if I wanted to tip the groomer. I wish I had seen my dog before I paid. My dog was jumping around excitedly when she saw me, so I just took her and left.When I took her hone to inspect, I saw that I did not receive what I asked for. Most of the fur in her belly and chest and armpits was not shaved at all. Her paws were sloppily done and still have uncut fur between the toes. The back of her head and her ears are also not cut, because when it gets long, the fur curls and it is still quite curly. When my parents came to see her, they even asked when I was going to take her to the groomer.I don't think I'll be returning to this groomer, which is disappointing. I hate leaving negative reviews on small businesses, but they did text me asking for a review.

EarthWise at Cross Timbers lacks experience of grooming Havanese puppies . This is the second time we faced the issue . Even though we conveyed employees what needs to be done and not to cut the hair shorter , they trimmed my puppy’s hair completely . We have even showed a picture of another puppy as an example. He came home as completely a different puppy and his behavior even started changing as well. Puppy was having 6 to 7 inches of long hair before grooming and now length is not even an inch..I won’t recommend this place to anybody else

Our first time at Earthwise and my pup’s first haircut. Amanda, our groomer, was warm and welcoming, taking the time to look at photos and show me what to expect. Her care for the stress level of my pup was genuine and heartfelt. I’m very happy with not only the cutest first haircut ever for my Jackson, but also with the subsequent scheduling that Jerry provided, and the treats I picked up while there!! I highly recommend Earthwise and I’ll absolutely be a return customer.

I am appalled at the lack of professionalism this store now has. They can’t seem to keep their scheduling right or understand that they are in the wrong. I brought my terrier in just for them to ruin her traditional hair cut and see that her belly had razor burns, I understand that blades get hot or the dog may move but not saying a thing at pick up was ridiculous. Make sure your phone number is correct for confirmation and pick up because it might somehow magically change. Earthwise, just take a minute to see all of your recent negative reviews; maybe it’s time to change something.

We recently moved to Dallas and were in need of a groomer. We had an awesome mobile groomer in Nashville and was unable to find one that took new clients here. Someone recommended EarthWise so we gave them a try. Morgan did a wonderful job with our shihtzu. Bella was very nervous. She has sensitive skin and doesn’t like anyone touching her paws. She was not caged there and was done in 2 hours. Bella looks so pretty, we will definitely be back. Thank you Morgan for you patience and beautifying our Bella.

Due to unforseen circumstances, my regular groomer had to cancel this week's appointment until further notice, which left me with a shaggy pup and no where to go! When all the other grooming places (that I would trust) either aren't taking new clients or couldn't give us an appointment for 6-8 weeks, EarthWise in Flower Mound was able to see my dog 4 days later. I have my mini-Schnauzer groomed with a typical Schnauzer cut: eyebrows, hand-trimmed skirt, short beard. Autumn did a fantastic job, exactly like I asked! I could tell he had been treated well because he was happy, not nervous, when I picked him up. The employees were all friendly & kind to both me and my dog - both are important at a pet place :-) Thank you, EarthWise, for helping us out in a jam and doing it so well!

The staff was very friendly and made friends with my dog right away. They did a great job getting knots out of my dogs hair. His fur looked great and he smelled wonderful. And… my dog was happy! They were also much more reasonably priced as compared to other grooming competitors in the area.

This small business is the BEST! The owner will take the time to talk with you about feeding. She gave me GREAT TIPS for feeding our finicky cat that is driving us crazy! The owner is also very generous and has given me samples to try. The store is small and the staff courteous. I have taken my dog there for grooming and find that they really try hard to do a great job and are willing to make it right! Great Job, Good Business!

Excellent place for all your animal needs! The staff are sooo sweet and very knowledgeable on animals. They will help you take your pet care to the next level! When we were starting our cats on a wet and dry food combo they let us try several wet foods at no charge to us to see what our three little guys preferred the most! I wouldn’t spend my time or money at any other pet store! My in-laws get their dogs groomed there and they are the only ones who do it right! I love this place and recommend it to anyone with animals!

I can not say enough great things about our first experience here!! Had an appt for our 8 year old lab to get a summer shave for the first time ever... a little nervous w/ her never having done it, as well as not being friendly w/ other dogs & she has arthritis. All of the staff were so friendly & kind, reassuring me that they would call me immediately if they felt she couldn’t handle it. Jackie was so professional & did an amazing job!
