We (myself and my pup Cora) absolutely LOVE Pampered Pooch! Karen and her staff are the most dog loving, caring individuals and treat each pup as if they are theirs. Cora has the most fun at doggy daycare and is personally attached to her weekly groomer Kristin. We have been going to Pampered Pooch for a few years on a weekly basis for playtime and pretty pampering and I never hesitate to leave Cora there if we need boarding. It’s so nice to have a place that I know I can trust and that I know my fur baby loves going to. Her excitement as we pull in tells it all!

Jolene is amazing and always makes time for pampering our pups even on her days off! She is the sweetest and our Aussies know it because they love on her. She takes the time needed to bath and groom our fluff 🐶 even though our one pup doesn’t like the dryer! She works with her to ensure she’s not stressed.

We recently boarded our Mini Aussie Jax twice and are so very pleased with this experience! The staff took excellent care of our fur baby with lots of playing time and TLC!! They also kept us informed with pictures and videos. ♥️♥️ He was happy when he came home like he was never away from us. We highly recommend Pampered Pooch Parlor. Great care for a very reasonable price!! Well done ladies!!! ♥️♥️

Boarded our 3 labs. I’m impressed how excited they are to get inside! We have taken the girls there for a week at a time - each time they’re excited to visit! Staff are super helpful and give us updates via text (sometimes with pics or videos). We had them groomed on the last visit - came home super soft and silky. They have never looked so good! The owner is very involved and everyone seems relaxed and calm. I’m at ease knowing our 4 legged furry family members are well cared for.We won’t board anywhere else.

We absolutely love Pampered Pooch! We take our Shih Tzu to be groomed by Jolene. Sophie loves her. Prior to us changing to Pampered Pooch, Sophie would have anxiety. Now Sophie is excited for her spa days with Jolene.

10 out of 10! PPP staff is so caring. They make my Bud dog feel so safe, and they take extra care of him since hes an old guy. He loves this place and is always excited to be there!

Some of you may wonder about what goes on behind that neon sign...Not much, just a little lunch with the girls!I guarantee that no other facility not only treats your dog like family but literally sets them a place at the table. I have worked for Pampered Pooch going on 4 years, and I will continue to work for Pampered Pooch because it's wonderful 🐾🐾❤️

I feel confident in boarding our 2 dogs here. Our dogs are always excited to find out where their car ride has ended. At Pampered Pooch! :-) Staff is always friendly and happy to help out with 2 energetic dogs. Our dogs come home after their stay well loved. Absolutely LOVE this place! Brought my two dogs here for boarding over the weekend. They were treated very well, got plenty of outside play time, and were loved on. They even provided updates and photos of my babies while I was away. I will never use anyone else!

This is the best doggy daycare out there!! I could not say enough good things about Karen, her staff and the amazing facility!! I recommend the Pampered Pooch to every dog owner I meet. I love them & my pup loves them even more. I know he’s always in good hands when I drop him off unlike past places he’s been too.

This place is great! They take care of your animals and treat them like they are their own dogs. They also do this for a reasonable price and give lots of extras!Be patient because all who work there do multiple things. So, they are not able to drop everything and answer a call or text immediately. So, if you expect immediate gratification like a child, please consider a different place. If you can be an adult and be patient, they will respond in a respectful way and reasonable amount of time. In addition, they will bed over backwards to take care of you.Think about it this way - if your dog was the dog being cared for at the time a call comes, would you rather they disregard your dog for a call? Not likely … so be considerate and respectful of small business owners.This place keeps their prices reasonable because they do everything they can without having to take on a lot of staff to sit around doing nothing but waiting on a call or text.Love love this place! Cannot say enough good things!

This place truly cares about our furbaby. Phoebe absolutely loves coming here every week for doggy daycare and overnight boarding when we go on trips. The whole team is truly amazing. Phoebes adores Karen and Val! I highly recommend them!

These are some really busy folks and sometimes you have to wait for a response, but they will love your dogs almost as much as you do! PP has some excellent groomers who really listen to you, and your dogs aren’t going to just sit in a kennel if you board them. I can recommend them without hesitation.

I always know when I drop my dog off at Pampered Pooch, no matter if it is for grooming, daycare or boarding that she is going to have a great day. She always gets excited as we get close to Pampered Pooch and runs right in. They are amazing and always great to work with! So grateful for all they do.

Absolutely the best at care for your pet when it comes to daycare, boarding or just a simple grooming. They go above and beyond every time and spend time to get to know your pet. They are busy for a reason and have a great reputation to support it. Our dog does not go anywhere else but here.

Wow ❣️ First time taking my young Schnauzer to them. First - you walk in and immediately smile. It’s clean , smells good , art on the walls of different dogs. You could feel the care that went into this business …. Then Shyan was so wonderful to Barley. Went in a fuzz ball. Came out looking like an adorable Schnauzer - didn’t look over stressed. He looked great !! Pampered Pooch is my pooches permanent grooming place ! So impressed.

My dogs stayed over the Memorial Day weekend. They posted a ton of pictures of them having a great time. It was nice to take a vacation and know that the dogs were well taken care of.. We will Definitely be back!

If you are looking for the best experience and care, Pampered Pooch is the place to be. They truly care about our babies. They love ❤️ 😍 their work and it shows. I dropped my Heeler, Nova off for a 7 day stay. She had a complete blast. I got back a happy 😊 puppy. I think she misses her new BFF's from boarding. We will use Pampered Pooch for ALL grooming, Daycare and Boarding in future. Nova has found her other happy place and we have peace of mind. No price tag you can put on that! I booked a boarding for my pet based on the reviews from this place...I made the reservation online a little more than a week in advance...that was no problem...but they never answer!...they send a text to text them cuz they are busy and you do and your ignored also!...had to figure alot of things out myslef...The point is I never felt a welcome on their behalf or nothing!...I just knew i was leaving my pet somewhere in a place where there is boarding?...After canceling my reservation because of this...I finally got a text from them and they said that "they don't have time to answer because they are too busy with the pets"...and thats understood...but also remember who is "PAYING" and who is the "OWNER" of those pets!...I feel that when you are leaving your loved pet somewhere in the care of another person YOU AND YOUR PET both should feel that connection and welcome...did not feel it here at all!....but people when things look to good to be be true don't think it is..especially with small amount of reviews...make sure its hundreds or thousands of reviews!...I learned that for sure!!..

This was the best experience I have ever had boarding my frenchie! I was sent tons of photos, my questions were always answered (no matter how silly) and Freddie was returned to me happy, healthy, and clean. I cannot recommend Pamered Pooch enough. We drove over an hour to have Freddie stay here because we had heard such good things and it was WELL WORTH the drive. The price is amazing and the care is unmatched. I am so so happy we found this place and would never used anywhere else!
