Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a good selection of flavors and brands. Pricing is on par with other vape shops I've visited. What sets this one apart is you could probably spend hours just wandering around the store looking at trinkets and oddities. Very cool shop. Be prepared to spend more than you thought.... Not because their pricing is high, but because they have so much interesting stuff.

Reasonably priced for all their products!And.... the market place side is awesome! A little bit on the pricey side and the parking lot is a mess (not their fault), but good customer service. Additionally, they are the only shop in my immediate area that opens before noon. My glass tank shattered this morning and I would have had to wait a few more hours before Flawless opened to fix it. That and the fact that lately Flawless has been out of stock on pretty much everything I use and need (juice, coils, etc.) and pleading to re-order anything has fallen on deaf ears for over two months now. Vintage has stepped up to the plate and helped keep me stocked with the supplies I need in the meantime. Like I said, they are slightly more expensive than their competitors, but the alternative is either driving in never ending traffic to North Austin or wait 3 days and order online. It's the best alternative for now. I still go to North Austin to a different Flawless location for juice instead of Vintage since I haven't particularly cared for the flavors OR significantly higher price tags for their juice that's comparable to my regular brand and flavor. They have some decent flavors, but it's definitely more niche and you'll pay extra for it. I would definitely check Vintage out if I were you and I will definitely be going back!

Overall best Vape Shop I've ever seen. The interior is classy and welcoming, they have a great selection and the staff is awesome. I was lucky enough to come in on a day they had their Pug and Frenchie in the store. I live outside of Austin but am willing to make the drive for this place!

Best vape shop in town hands down! Knowledgeable staff and very friendly, they always treat you like family. Like the name suggests, they've got a lot of cool vintage decor as well. I've been shopping here for all of my vapor needs since they opened, and I'll never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!!

Airy (the shops' friendly employee) was excellent, speedily helped us figure out what we needed, answered questions on the spot in detail, very knowledgeable! Nice, welcoming environment, "Vintage" describes the shops' aura perfectly, the old fashioned decorations and cabinetry making it very tasteful. Overall fantastic experience. Highly recommend.

I was stressed and needed a new juice and coil.I spoke to the man at the store today (didn't catch his name) and he worked through every juice he could think of that I would like, after trying a few he found one I didn't think I would like, but after 5 years of vaping it is by far my favorite juice I think I have every triedAmazing customer serviceAmazing store atmosphereThe owner has done an amazing job making his store stand out from the dull "clean industrial feel"100% recommend this store over anyone in the area!

We are from College Station and drove to Austin to check things out. We came across Vintage Vapor and we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and we were treated very well our entire visit. We bought 2 juices The gentlemen that helped was was very friendly and knowledgeable . If we are ever in Austin again we will definitely be stopping here

Professional staff with real knowledge. They know their products and the store itself is free of a lot of the "thrown together" feel of an average vape shop. Reminds me of a old style tobacconist. Highly recommended.

One of the best in south austin. Staff that has the knowhow to get.you the best setup. People who give a damn. Anyone who.would rate less than 5 should be invalidated. I've been coming to this shop for years and they have never done me wrong. Chad is a godsend when it comes to giving recommendations and truly cares for the customer. Management t is top notch and willing to do anything to make sure that the customer has a good experience.

THIS store, Vintage Vapor is amazing. Make sure and download their app for extra savings and rewards!!!!The atmosphere is impossible to top, extremely friendly staff, and BEST juice selection in town. Ricky just helped me pick out Hometown hero - rice crispy treats - 50ml ($20.00) which is made in Austin, and Churrios - 30ml ($18.95). Only place I've seen them in Austin, and. If you haven't tried these flavors....YOU MUST.Go say hi, and hangout. They have a tv, video games to play while you enjoy your new flavors/pen, and drinks for sale. I consider this place a lounge, I never go and spend less than an hour in the store.Again, download the app to check out their selection.Check an eye out for my reviews on other Vapor shops. My goal is to help you find the best selection at the best price! Who doesn't like saving money?

Horrible customer service. Juice selection is horrible. There may be a lot, but the flavors just aren't there. Both times I've been there, I've gotten the "I'm better than you, you don't belong here, I'm uninterested in helping you" attitude from this guy. Much better vape shops with better flavors, AND friendlier faces si the Austin areas. Avoid this place.

Went and 2 separate open signs were up, but tge door was locked and after 5 minutes of waiting no one was around still. Turn off your signs or leave a note next time maybe come onI went the day after Christmas (the day I posted this) and it was when the store was open according to the hours on the door. I posted this review fairly shortly after I drove away.Like I get that people need breaks, I really do, but to not have a sign up leaves people wondering if you've got anyone there at all. I don't want to wait around for someone I don't know is going to show up, and I'm going to go to another shop before I search your number and call to see what's going on when someone could have put up a note. Barring that just turn the one open sign around to closed and turn the light off on the other.

Chad helped me and he is extremely knowledgable. I bought a Joyetech Couboid there and helped me understand temperature control. I also bought a Griffin tank and he pointed me towards Vapors Cotton and some awesome ejuice by Hometown Hero. The Griffin works flawlessly and paired with the ejuice is a great combination. Thanks for all your help. Great store my new favorite with can't beat prices on hardware and ejuice!
