I had read that this place had gone downhill since it was sold… but wanted to get a burger and some wedges before heading to work. Several problems: menu priceless are not correct - cheeseburger was priced $4.69 (or $4.99, can’t remember) and wedges were an additional .99. I was charged $7.99 (which I paid, and figured they just hadn’t updated the menu prices. I ordered a cheeseburger and some wedges, got a cold bun with a cold hamburger patty and warm wedges. No cheese, veggies or condiments of any kind. I did not notice until I was almost to work. Avoid this place as it really has gone downhill…

This place is now owned by Kim's, and is absolutely terrible. Don't eat here, it is a health hazard. They serve half-rotten food, they don't wash their hands, and everything is always dirty. This place needs to be shut down. Also, I heavily advise against working here, as they will constantly screw you over, in anyway that you could think of. EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Have been going to this store for a few years now. It did change hands but I still love the sandwiches. Their jalapeño sub bread is so good and everyone I have dealt with up there is so friendly. They also allow you to call ahead and then pickup your sandwich in the drive-thru lane they have.

The staff are awesome! The Rueben’s not bad, but the Muffaleta was horrible—hard dry bread, barely warm, and the olive mix tasted like it came from a low grade can. They could use better meat too. The fountain drink had almost no fizz, ugh.

Horrible experience. They didn’t have their merchandise labeled clearly. So after it was paid for, still standing there, when we realized how much they had charged, refused to refund us. The owners were extremely rude and made the situation worse by talking to us like we were idiots. I guess he was right, since we purchased anything from their store. The only nice thing about the place was the lady that made the sandwich’s. She tried her best to help us.

I used to go here all the time. I'd stop in the morning and get a BLT and a redbull. I stopped in this morning to get myself a BLT for breakfast, the guy goes to start making it, then proceeds to tell me it's not lunch time. It's a freaking Bacon Lettuce Tomato. And you have sold them for breakfast for over 6 years. And no you some how don't? I think the dude was just lazy. Dont waste your time now that this place is a Kims

Waited over 30min for food. We live right down road and my husband got home with cold hard hamburgers. Worst place ever.4way cafe burgers are 10xs better and right across the street.

New owners and the place went downhill QUICK! Food used to be great but is now AWFUL. Clearly finding ways to cut corners. The place is always dirty now. Sad to see the Bacica family sell it. AVOID THIS PLACE NOW!
