Nice place, clean, and a good variety of products. We don't have them where I'm from. I like Brookshire's, they're similar to HEB in many respects. Great fuel prices at their pumps too.

This brookshires is amazing! The store is always clean. It is always well stocked and has a great selection of groceries to choose from. The sales are great, and the rewards system is a huge advantage! I always use my points to get discount on gas. The staff here is incredible. Some of the friendliest, most helpful people work here! I am always greeted, and always have several people ask how the can help me while I'm shopping. Customer service here is always on point!!

All the Brookshire's stores are generally clean and well-kept. Employees are generally courteous and ready to assist with any need. The locations of the stores are rarely what could be considered "out of the way". Good place to shop!

I spend money every single day at this store. Never had any issues until the one time I need a prescription filled after an Intense dental surgery, went to fill my meds and was met with the rudest customer service. Then being told it would take another hour after my hour drive here. Not counting that I can barely speak. This Walgreens thing immediately made me change my mind.

Every visit to this store is always a pleasure for example tonight I'm doing a order and needed assistance locating a product even the manager that was off today just shopping for herself assisted me as well as the employees on the clock the cashier's have a very welcoming personality I plan to visit again even if it's just to stop by say HELLO and do my Mz Amerikka wave 👋🏾💯🌟

Yesterday March 9th 2024 I got a fairly expensive loaf of keto bread only to find out that it expires on March 9th and today March 10th it is covered in mold not happy

Better store than some of the other Brookshires but still not a fan of the company. Need to roll back the prices. Help out the region instead of pilfering all our extra money to feed our kids. I shop at other stores mostly and only get what I have to these days. Save about a 100 bucks per buggy of food by doing this. Yall are way high on alot of stuff. Example...Highland milk In your store was 5.39 while Brookshire milk 3.39 cents. Why even carry the highland milk if you can't do better than that? Are you punishing people for not buying Brookshire brand? Sure seems that way to most I'm sure.

I've been shopping at this location for 15 -years and they have a bunch of kids running this store. 2nd time recently they have forgotten my items - like 1/2 the order. They carryout people don't check the orders...a huge disappointment and a lack of integrity.

If this us the Brookshires in Noonday/Flint, it was outstanding. Very clean, well stocked and easy to access the products. Easy access on and off Hwy 155, also.

The Brookshire’s family should be ashamed of the customer service and basic attention to detail their pharmacy at this location provides. The merger with Walgreens has been a disaster. I have had to make multiple trips on the same day, to the store, to get 1 prescription and now that has happened on several different occasions. Do not use this pharmacy. Specifically, Holly behind the counter is rude and the whole group obviously lacks leadership. A rep for Walgreens and Brookshires should be in the location getting things right. Won’t use this place again.

I shop the sales every week. They have great deals on meat! The store is clean and the staff is great. Every day items I try to buy elsewhere since Brookshire’s is more expensive.

This is a full service grocery store. Membership cards are used here. I did not have one so the cashier had a guest card for me to use. A store brand fuel station is also one the property.

If you bought one of these pies, I'm sure you were as disappointed as we were. The apple pie was hollow! There was almost no apple pie filling at all. It was all crust. I didn't expect gourmet for $3, but I did expect apples in the apple puey.

Brookshire's has great customer service. I don't buy the bulk of my groceries here because the cost is significantly more than elsewhere. However, you absolutely cannot beat the quality of their meat department. The produce is great, too.

Wood Brookshires would be so dishearten to walk into a current Brookshire’s. I worked for Brookshires when there was great pride in the customer service. That is clearly not the priority it once was. I know businesses have to accommodate to the current times, but Brookshires that once brought pride to its town for its “over the counter” service, is long gone. Look around the parking lot, there are elderly in wheel chair buggies hauling their own groceries out, a nurse in scrubs that worked all day unloading all her own groceries, there are minimal sackers staffed, the clean crisp presentation that once was required is now replaced with people wearing skull jewelry and no pleasant conversation when/if your lucky enough to get a sacker to help you out. There is no warm greeting or appreciation noted as you leave the store. It’s no more inviting than your every day wal mart. But at least Walmart has cheaper prices. Brookshires still has better meat and produce and for those two things I will continue to buy, but otherwise if I have to check it out and carry it out myself, I will go buy it at Walmart and spend less! It breaks my heart to see the lack of concern to carry on the customer service that once upon a time set Brookshire’s apart and made it worth paying the higher price. RIP to a company that once set the standard.

This is the most awesome grocery store I have ever been to. They have row after row of anything, any brand you want. I have never seen a grocery like this before. It is in Flint, Texas a very small town. Very busy. They get you checked out quickly and, get this, they carry your groceries out to the car and load for you. I haven't seen this in years. They get an A+.

Produce is great here as well as meat market. I also love bakery. I like it here, they have upgraded to some self checkout which I like. Prices a little higher than Walmart but the customer service is much better.
