A run down, trashy old wood building with absolutely no charm. An unsafe tinderbox that would burn up in a blink jeopardizing all who would be there The management ignorant and rude.This place is a definite place you would want to miss. I give them 1 star out of pity.

Overall, great rental place for party. Open air windows, ceiling fans, noA/C.Gravel parking.Although they have ramps, the parking a low quality of the ramps make if difficult.Decorations not included.

My daughter had her wedding here. We loved the rustic setting and country atmosphere. The facility was the perfect size for between 150 and 200 people. Very affordable as well!

Great venue for any event NOT needing HVAC. These are examples events that wouldn't work:a wool coat fashion show in August,paternity test reveal under bright lights in July,snowman competition in June,ice skating Olympic qualifier in May, andmid-morning batcheloret party during the winter.
