They took such great care of my sweet Minnie and made me feel at ease leaving her with them. She’s now home in her beautiful box and has her little paw prints. I was so shattered when my bunny so suddenly passed away and was stressed out trying to figure out what to do but thank God we found this wonderful place that helped us honor him in the most beautiful way. I feel more at peace knowing we made the right decision and Cowbell was cared for throughout this process I truly recommend this place and the fact they are 24 hours shows their compassion and attentiveness!

After doing much research, I was incredibly relieved to find Green Pet Care Center.First things first, HOLY AFFORDABILITY. Easily the best priced service I found.Glyn was very straight-forward with a considerate and compassionate tone, prices were listed on the website clearly and easily found, once I submitted the form online he arrived 30 minutes later and even emailed me my invoice ahead of time so I could have that taken care of before he arrived. All at roughly 1 in the morning.I couldn’t pull myself to remove my baby’s collar for a keep-sake, and he very gladly and carefully did so for me. I can’t express how much that meant to me at the tail-end of one of the saddest experiences of my life.

I cannot say enough good things about Glyn and his team at Green Pet Care Center. From the beginning of this process, he treated our family and our little Jackie like family, starting from when he took our call at 8 PM at night and patiently walked us through logistics and how to bring her to their location in Red Oak (we had to put Jackie down around 5 PM so really appreciated them being open 24/7). This location is absolutely beautiful and they treated us with so much care, including showing us into a private room, getting us water and tissues, and compassionately walking us through how aquamation works and answering all of our questions. I actually didn't know this alternative to cremation existed, but it has put our hearts at so much peace to know our beloved Jackie won't be put in a furnace and instead will be put to her final rest in a much more gentle and loving way. Not only was Glyn fully transparent about pricing (Green Pet's rates are incredibly fair) but he made sure to put our mind at ease about how Jackie would be transported, that he does not freeze his animals, and reassured us lovingly that he would take care of our beloved girl.Glyn has so much love for animals and it definitely shows - he was an angel sent from heaven for us. One thing that we all really appreciated was him being kind enough to give us extra time to grieve and say goodbye to Jackie privately. He told us there wasn't any rush at all and allowed us to cry and experience our grief in a way that made us feel at peace about seeing Jackie for the last time. He also treated her with so much respect and dignity, including bringing a cute wagon with a doggy bed and fluffy blanket to wrap her in when we were saying our final goodbyes. We are so, so, thankful for this experience and for Glyn. He took a situation that we were all dreading and turned it into a beautiful memory. Please don't hesitate to use this business, as they have great people and humane, loving business practices. Thank you so much Glyn!

Glyn and Green Pet Care were absolutely perfect to work with during a difficult time. He came after hours at 10pm to pick up my beloved boxer of 12 years when she passed away on a Saturday. He told me to take my time and he would come whenever I was ready despite it being late on a weekend. He was caring on the phone and in person, was careful handling her, and made this part of the process smooth. The after hours option was so important as I had no idea what I was going to do with it happening on a weekend. I cannot say enough good things about Glyn and Green Pet Care!

He's beyond amazing and exactly who you need at this terrible moment.There's not enough glowing words to describe how Glyn and Green Pets made my awful time SO much easier!I stumbled across them while searching for a crematorium for my beloved Greyhound, Kaytie. The whole Aquamation process was new to me and it sounded so much more gentle to her and to the Earth.I was a blubbering idiot from the first email till the very end. Glyn was always so kind, so helpful and reassuring! With EVERY contact, he acted as if he had nothing else in the whole world to do - except help me bring my Sweet Kaytie's passing to a peaceful end.Sometimes this world seems so harsh, with everyone so angry and selfish, then a lovely person like Glyn comes along and puts the world back on a Kind and Hopeful Axis.

Absolutely the best place. My husband and I were out on vacation when our pup was involved in an accident. They picked her up so fast and gave her back to us in a beautiful box. Glyn Richards from Green Pet Care Center was very professional and helpful after I had to call him about picking up my dog who got sick suddenly and passed and it fell though for someone else to pick her up. He was willing to work with me and come from Irving to Ferris last minute at 7pm to pick her up so she wouldn’t be laying all night. Highly recommend.

Glyn was so caring and careful when he picked up my beloved dog after she passed, he understanding the pain I felt having to let her go. When I picked up her remains she was wrapped carefully and placed in a beautiful wooden box. This establishment knows what it is like to lose a much loved pet and do all they can to show respect and sympathy.

Our old man that loves giving hugs, when people are sad, has passed. I thought that emotionally we could handle this. We have saw the signs for a while. We have talked about this for a while. This deeply hurts bc we had so much time with him, many memories. Now this is all we have. This afternoon, I called Glyn. He was very professional and so calm. Thank you for letting me process and talk it out some. I know he isn't in his body anymore, but thank you guys for handling him with such dignity and care. We really appreciate everything you did for us.Also I know cost can be an issue for some, and can be a second hurt to the family already hurting. They are affordable.

These guys were fabulous. They took care of our cat Jack .when we were going in to pick him up we were planning on purchasing something special to put him in. But one came with the service, it was a small beautiful carved box.They also included a little vile with a tuft of his fur and a little certificate. Highly recommend these guys!
