They have good prices and a vast amount of pet supplies. We have a 130 lb Great Dane and we take her there to get washed for $10. We also take our 7lb Yorkie there to go shopping. He loves the attention and loves to pick out a toy. They supply everything. Their staff is awesome!

This was my first time scheduling with Pet Supplies for the convenient location but I warn you all to STAY AWAY FROM GROOMING. I took my Maltipoo in for grooming and advised that I wanted a teddy bear cut. When my hubby got our dog he was completely shaved off with a mullet hairstyle. The groomer name was Brooke and when my husband picked up our dog he didn’t recognize him. They did a HORRIBLE JOB and the groomer knew it was horrible because she informed of my husband, if he didn’t like we didn’t have to pay for services and that’s exactly what he did. Why would we pay for this horrible job you’ve done. Our dog looks depressed and sick from your services. I will never be using their services ever again. Back to Petsmart we go!!!. Won’t be coming back to this place. We have tried since they opened as they had our dogs food for less than tractor supply. Should have just kept my business in Royse city. Fate is trying to be bougie but provide less than stellar service.The excuses are insane. The lady tells me today that our food sells fast. It’s the only empty spot on the shelf. I said. Maybe order less of one they doesn’t sell and provide your customers with more of what does? She says well you can order online and we can hold it? This is silly. Basic supply and demand. The discount isn’t worth the inconvenience. This costly so I was hoping for a break. Well. Not all deals are good deals. Good luck at this location but I’m guessing people will tire of paying $30 for chew toys and bones yet not being able to purchase the food we are looking for.

We brought our two small dogs in for grooming for the first time at Pet Supplies Plus. Taking them somewhere new for grooming did make me a little nervous. However, the team there did an amazing job on our two pups!! And, the communication letting us know when they were getting close to being done and when they were finished with them was top notch. Keep up the good work!! We will be back.

Took my little French bulldog in for a groom. They did so good with him. He had a blast too. Grabbed some new fish as I waited for them to finish. Highly recommend if you need a good groomer. 👍

This review is strictly for the grooming. My husband made an appointment with the instructor and she was the one that was suppose to groom my dog Bentley. I dropped my dog off, I asked the young lady who would be grooming him and she said she would, I advised her that I he my husband made the appointment, it was with the instructor l, she said no it would be her. I left my dog anyway and when I picked him up, my dog looked an absolute mess, I was so angry! He was butchered, he is a 7lb maltipoo. He was chopped, uneven. Patches of his body hair was uneven all on top of his back area, he was not properly cut underneath. He was a complete mess and I don’t blame the groomer because it’s obvious she was is a groomer in training but I do blame the trainer because when you know your groomers are still learning, you should be by their side for every grooming!!!! Don’t just tell the customer you will be grooming them and then have them off to an unskilled groomer! Bentley’s grooming bill was $120 plus I left tip because that was the right thing to do because as stated it was the groomers fault it was the trainer or supervisor over the grooming department.I would not recommend this location for grooming because the groomers aren’t ready to groom alone or to groom certain breeds that have certain hair textures, you will be highly upset upon picking up your dog.Signed,Mrs Walker

1st Time in this new location in Fate and it was Great. I was greeted and assisted by Atif (spelling?) But he helped me find the product I was looking for. Then shared some valuable info specific to my dog based on our in depth discussion. He's very knowledgeable and Custer oriented.Great Grest experience and will return for future pet care needs 😊

The last 3 visits the dog wash station is filthy. The floor is covered in gobs of hair, the water will not drain due to the hair not being cleaned, the walls & the the soap bottles are covered in hair, and it’s not from the wash before us, it’s multiple washes before. Dirty towels on the floor that have been used to wipe the hair out of the wash station, I have been three Sundays in a row at 10:30 and it obviously wasn’t cleaned from the day before. I tried to call the store before writing this review, but I keep getting voice mail. I’m covered in black hair after leaving & my dog is white.

I was looking to change my dogs food to something different and the manager was very helpful and recommended something different and my dogs are enjoying it. He even offered to walk it out to my car. Very positive experience and will be back for sure!

The staff here is polite and helpful. But some of the prices are a little high, so pay attention to what you're buying. Overall this is a good spot to shop for you're fur babies!

I went to buy a turtle filter and it ended up NOT fitting my tank so i tried to take it back and they wouldn’t let me return it because THEY DID NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT, like it’s THERE fault i didn’t get it they didn’t even bag any of my stuff i had to carry it all out.

Do not buy a lizard from hereJust go to Petco where they are healthier and actually give your money back for 30 days or in the 30 days of purchasing and lizard is sick they take care of it with a vet.Didn’t even offer $100 credit just sorry about your luck ….Thanks for selling sick animals.

The manager which I'm guessing is either Indian or Arab asked me a very uncomfortable question he said " Do I shop here alot" I which I've never been told that before while shopping at a pet store i just hope the manager was sees the error of his way and never ask people that again he made me feel like as if i was a thief or some.

I was very excited to see this place come out to Fate. It is a smaller store compared to others and it limits what they have. This is one thing I wasn’t to happy about since some of this items I normally get this store does not stock. Also, the main reason for the low rating is that I came to buy food for animals, litter, etc and had a mail in coupon that I forgot at my residence. I spoke with the 2 employees at the register if they could still honor the discount (20% discount). I was getting over $100 worth of stuff. Both looked like they didn’t know anything about this mail out flyer and was not able to give me any discount. Disappointing first visit to this location!

I called before I went in to ask if they have super worms for my bearded. I asked if they were in stock twice to clarify, and the girl told me yes. Drove over there, and they had none. Looked at their horn worms, and they were full of mold. I'm not sure I will be going back to this store. Bad first experience. It's not good for a new store

I wish they had prices displayed at the self-wash and grooming areas. Otherwise, it's a nice store, smaller than Petco and PetSmart, it had a lot of sales when I was there. They had a lot of dog food including refrigerated. Not a lot of dog bed options or food dishes. Lots of treats, chew toys, bully sticks, etc.
