First time visiting this store. It's similar to an upscale Central Market experience. Nice store. It's super clean and really well laid out. Despite being super busy, the parking was good, there were plenty of available carts in the size you would need (big, small and hand baskets) and all associates appeared to be working hard to stock shelves. Associates stopped and asked if I needed help finding anything, which was amazing, and everyone appeared happy. A really wonderful shopping experience!

we love Fresh for our groceries! We ordered our son’s birthday cake from the bakery. The woman who took our order was so helpful and sweet, she explained everything to us about sizing, icings, etc.Now the cake!!! The cake was made so beautiful and perfect we loved it! It was not only so perfect but also super delicious, we received so many compliments from our guest. Thank you Fresh!

This awesome grocery has a lot to offer from organic produce, pizza & pasta, tex-mexican can be made freshly ordered & bar with slew of local & International wines. There's also coffee shop w selected pastry & cakes. There's dine-in & outdoor dine-in w outdoor stage for singer or band.

While a bit more on the expensive side, this place is absolutely awesome. The produce, deli, meats, and in-house made fresh breads/bakery items, we love it and are regulars. My only ask to the establishment, please expand via international items and you would be 10/10 perfect.

Yes awesome laid out, great choices, very clean store and very smooth carts but the checkout was not up to par for the prices this store charges.It was 7pm on Monday night and only two cashiers were open. Literally there were over 15 shoppers in front of me waiting to checkout while the self checkout was supervised by two young ladies who didn’t rest their lower jaws .I put my two items back and left the store.Unbelievable, the customer service of these “upscale groceries “.

(Edited to respond to comment)I love shopping at Fresh and everyone there is always so lovely. My only complaint, really, is that it seems like things go in and out of stock all the time and it can be difficult to predict whether I will be able to buy everything I need while there or if I will need to plan to go elsewhere for some things (as an example, dairy free items like oatly ice cream). It isn't a huge deal, to be honest, but it would be nice if stocked items were a little more stable.

I love Fresh! It is a destination and I'm certain that's the goal. From the fresh food service inside, from the Japanese (Ramen), Mexican (get the brisket bowl), & Pizza mini services inside.As well as Live music on the weekend. This grocery store, is an experience. It checks all the boxes from the wide selection of groceries available, to the pre prepped meal kits, the amazing deli & dessert bar (with Gelato), and fresh food offerings. It's all wonderful.As I move out of the "Rockwall area" further north. I love that this is available in Fate. I'd love to see more of these, perhaps in Lavon, Farmersville, or Greenville? How about it Fresh? Prices aren't Walmart level but it's all really fresh. I'll pay for that any day!

The grocery store it is clean and organized. A big variety of itens, fresh produce and good costumer service. You also can try different kinds of beer. The parking lot is spacious, they run good sales .

Great store! We enjoyed a adult beverage at the bar and picked up a fresh pizza from the stone fired oven. It was amazing.We went in for chicken and came home with fresh fruit and items I haven't seen elsewhere. One more thing to love in Texas.

An excellent place to shop and spend some downtime. My family and I enjoy the fresh produce, the layout of the store, all the options available from meat to cheese to wine, the made on the spot food to go options, the live entertainment, the atmosphere, the various deserts and gelato, and of course the covered and fake turf playground is also a big hit for our daughter. We haven’t tried the pharmacy yet but they never seem too busy. The workers are all very friendly and the store is always clean!

Fresh by Brookshires is the best local hangout/supermarket Ever! the prices are slightly high, but the quality is higher! this Incredible place has miniature restaurants, a Butcher shop, a cafe, and even has live music Saturdays! It is even kid friendly with a mini playground! Really recommend this place!

I love this store. Fruit and veggies are always fresh. Freshly squeezed juices and baked goods. You can make your own salads. They serve a variety of soups, and the cashiers are just good-natured with positive energy. There are many other nice places in the shopping center as well

This was such a great experience! When I walked in, it immediately gave me Whole Food vibes. All of the produce was laid out beautifully, and everything was very clean. They have a cute cafe with beautiful mini desserts on display, and they also have a small bar serving wine and beer! There is a TV at the bar but only about 10chairs so you could either sit and watch a game or take your drink and shop like I did! 🍾 The meat selection was great. They offer alot of different seafood and cuts of beef/pork. The prices are a bit pricey, but they do have sales every now and then. The service was wonderful, so I would absolutely recommend you make this your grocery store of choice!

This store has everything! It’s really cool to see the juice bar, the coffee shop, the bar(my husbands favorite) the little restaurants, fresh fruit, meat, seafood & the list goes on.Everything is fresh. Definitely offers a unique experience to shopping. They even have concerts and they offer different food selections for different seasons and holidays.Our favorite so far has been the smoked chicken pick one up you won’t be disappointed. Love that it’s less than 5 minutes from our house.

The one store I've come across that carries pistachio muffins. Sprouts close to downtown on Ross used to carry them but stopped for a while. They brought it back but it doesn't taste the same, must've changed the recipe? The pistachio muffins @ Fresh are amazing, super soft with bits of pistachio in the bread.

By far the best grocery store. Everytime we go the store is clean, organized and stocked well. Probably the only retail store where every employee is pleasant and acknowledges you. Some of the prices are slightly higher than shopping at Walmart but to us it’s worth it. The prepared food section is amazing along with the deli and meat counter. Don’t forget to stop by and get a beer or glass of wine to enjoy while your doing you shopping. I can’t recommend this store enough!!

FRESH: By Brookshire’s in Fate easily and without any possible dispute jumps up to the number one grocery store in all of Rockwall County. The cleanliness, modern layout and upscale options offered all in a single location have no comparison to anything remotely close to this area.Of special note are that the grocery store also includes three complete dining options, a coffee shop café, an ice cream counter and a outdoor children’s play place. A large adjacent patio provides seating for hundreds to eat and drink and is positioned around an outdoor stage which promises to have live entertainment every Friday and Saturday night.There is too many details to put into a single post but I’ll simply say that this is incredibly exciting especially for people who live in Fate and Royse City and who are accustomed to driving longer distances to have anything beyond the offerings of Walmart.It’s an absolutely beautiful and overwhelming grocery store that invites discovery around every corner. Truly exciting. ✨

This grocery store has a very good selection of items. It's a little expensive, but it's worth it. They have a huge selection of meat and seafood, including house dry-aged primal cuts. Lots of fresh fish and other seafood to choose from including king crab and lobster. They make fresh bread and tortillas at their bakery too. There is a really nice selection of domestic and imported chesses at the deli. They also have a bar inside so you can get a drink while you're grocery shopping. There is a café all the way to the left, past the produce when you walk in. They have fresh deserts like cannolis and different cakes and tarts. They also have ice cream at the café. There is also fresh sushi, a taco restaurant and a pizza restaurant. There is a salad bar too. Very cool, upscale grocery store with many products to choose from and even some hard to find/imported products.

Definitely offers a unique experience to shopping. I've been here 4 times. Visited the coffee and dessert bar 3x and I've had 3 bakery cakes. The cakes are beautiful, but I wasnt overly impressed with the flavor. I did enjoy all the coffee and desserts in the coffee bar. Lots of different and unique foods here.

I was there yesterday and got some guacamole, salsa and cream cheese. I have to say i'm disappointed. I love coming to Fresh because of the quality of the food. Lately it's been pretty disappointing. My guacamole was chunky and my salsa was supposed to be mild. But it was spicy the cream cheese head mold on it. The last few times I'd came there bell peppers are always stacked and spoiled, which makes it hard to buy. I love this store but I wish it would do better.

Customer service at checkout could be better. They don’t always have what I need. I couldn’t find any ground beef only burger patties. The store is great! Clean and organized, overall has more than Your average grocery shopping available.

Newly moved the area everyone talked about oh, you have to go to fresh by Brookeshire‘s. What a disappointing experience, the fact that you had to self check out your own order. I just lost all whatever you wanna call it for Brookeshire‘s. We will no longer shop at any of their stores. We will forever more go to Walmart of all places, tell your people that as they’re watching the self check out, they should be paying attention to the customers not playing on their phone and accusing people of not paying when we. There’s no space to put your whole order in that little space to bag your groceries we had to put some back on the scale after we paid for it so we could bag it and then he told us we didn’t pay for stuff. Pay attention to your job buckwheat, never again

Great selection. Has specialty store types of offerings along qith normal pantry items. Can't go wrong with grabbing a beer while you ship or grabbing a bite at the deli. The sushi selection is great. The Friday concerts are a fantastic way to end the busy week and meet up with friends.

FRESH by Brookshires is just that FRESH! The store is filled with clean lines, natural light, and smiling faces of a team that is happy to come together and serve!! Quality is top notch, with a variety of healthy choices and price points. No more driving to 3 or 4 places, or having to order online to get what I need - it’s literally right around the corner!! Thanks AJ for a fabulous floral experience!
