I most recently stopped at this Allsup's in December of 2017 and was pleased with the service. The restroom was clean, the cashier friendly, and the store was stocked. I'll definitely stop by again in the future.

In 2015, after Christmas, I was heading to Santa Fe, NM, for skiing from Houston. That night, severe blizzard attacked us and my car was stuck in snow next to Allsup’s Convenient Store. I couldn’t even open the car door due to heavy wind and snow so spent the night in the freezing car. In the morning, people from the store rescued us and allowed us stay in the store for days. They let me use their table for my little daughter’s sleep, gave us a lot of blankets and thankfully we were able to use their restroom. The store became a shelter for many people stuck in snow as well. Days after, the people finally rescued my car digging the snow, too. I appreciate all people to help and save us during the blizzard.

The staff that currently work there are great. For a small store, it's not always stocked and a little dated. But that's just my opinion
