Haven't been to much other Brookshires so I can't really compare to others but in my opinion this is a great location groceries wise and the deli area has some good choices. I ready do like the murals and wall decorations of Farmersville history I think that's really cool for a store to do.

Cashier this evening was focused on everything except checking out customers. Was charged for an item that never made it into my one bag, leaving me to believe the kid pocketed the item. My receipt was held out in my general direction as the cashier was looking off at something else & starting to walk off, not doing the job he was supposed to be doing. Self checkout doesn't always work and when it doesn't, the cashier working that area is zero help because she's too busy eating snacks. Walmart sucks but not this bad

Their prices are high but they're the only deal in town. Great produce but not well stocked. If they have sales they stock very little of the sale item or is not in their system so you have to watch. They also don't truly offer the sales on many of the items in their flyers, it's cherry picked and you won't know until checkout.

I went here on December 24th for last minute ingredients for our family dinner since it’s the closest grocery store to Princeton besides Walmart (Walmart was packed). I found everything I needed last minute. The store wasn’t even packed, it was clean, organized and well stocked and the prices were very good! They had a lot of deals for card members and I managed to sign up in less than 5 minutes through my phone. Cashier was very friendly. They also walk your groceries out so you don’t have to deal with having to put the cart back. Very convenient.

First time there. I was completely lost. the aisle signs were so far down the aisles that you had to walk into each aisle to read what was on them. The children who check me out barely acknowledged I was there .Not a great experience.

Brookshires has been a great place to purchase groceries, including fresh fruits and vegetables. They are clean, well staffed, and friendly. One of the few places that have folks help you to your car with the groceries! A rare customer perk, for sure! They do a good job serving the Farmersville area, and are just as clean and comfortable today, as they were the day they opened. I would ask for lower prices, but they make up for any issues by offering discounts on fuel, based on overall store purchases. And they consistently sell fuel at the lowest area prices. Thanks for your service to our great town!

I was a little upset. I did not get the discounts because I did not have a Brookshire card. I don’t think it’s fair that you charge one customer one price and another customer a different price. It’s discrimination. We should all be treated equal with equal price points. With that being said, I think it’s a great store, friendly staff, clean, and a great place to shop. I like the small town feel of all the Brookshire stores.

I already buy my gas here because the prices are always so good, but recently started getting groceries here too. The meats are always great and there are usually tons of specials and coupons. I want thank Brandie, especially for taking extra care of us recently. Top marks all around.

Best store ever! Great sales, especially the buy one, get one for a penny. They have a good points program. Buy food and get points for percentages off gas or groceries. Also, whomever slices their fruit (cantaloupe 🍈 melon, watermelon 🍉, and pineapple 🍍) does an awesome job 👏🏻 cutting it just like I would, clean and bite size. Love it

Love this store but someone needs to talk to the baker using styrofoam plates under their cakes and more icing than breading. This doesn't seem standard

Brookshires is my favorite place to go to to get a deli sandwich made the way you like it! Pick from many choices of meats and cheeses along with all the fixings on white or wheat bread. Grocery shopping is easy with everything to find in clean and tidy aisles. Always friendly customer service. If you have any issues, ask for a manager — I've always had a wonderful experience.

The store definitely went through a turnover point at the beginning of the year and I was thinking the place needed improvement or I should stop shopping there. They have made the shopping experience better and the Produce Manager is doing a fantastic job.

Nothing wrong with the store in general, I just want to share a situation that took place this morning. My husband and I had the chance to have a date this morning (it is rare we have days off together). On our way home we decided to grab ingredients for morning mimosas. We were visibly enjoying ourselves as we entered. So much so, a customer stopped us and thanked us for making his day by coming in smiling. We gathered our things and headed up front. The kind man was still in line so we got behind him hoping to maybe strike up some more conversation.The cashier quickly put a damper on the moment by rudly snapping "you guys can go to the self check out, she's standing right over there, don't you see her? She can ring up your alcohol." Wiped the smile off my face real quick.I am aware that self check out is an option... I don't need to be told in a condescending tone. If I were a cashier I definitely wouldn't be pushing my customers to use a service that will eventually take my job.

They always have just what I need. They keep the store stocked. The rotisserie is the best! Aisles are always nice and neat. No long lines. A driving shopping cart for the little ones. Love this store.

The store is good, but some cashiers are rude to customers who have broken English. It's honestly expected at a store in the country. I wish y’all were more considerate of those who do have broken English and hire cashiers who are bilingual.

Bought a cream cheese cinnamon roll here date to sell by was in two days from now. Threw it out it's hard as concrete. It's one thing to be overpriced on everything since your the only game in town but bad products, cmon.

I doubt there is a friendlier full-size grocery store anywhere. Can't say enough about that, from the checkers to the pharmacy area. Great selection of fresh produce and deli made breads, desserts and meals. Good variety of most everything else. Not specialty like Whole Foods or anything like that, but still great. The only reason we don't shop there exclusively is because the prices are generally higher than at Wal-Mart. If you take time to keep track of ads, though, you can still do really good here. If they run out of an advertised item (which happens a lot) they might offer a similar item at a discount.

This was a pleasant experience, produce was fresh. Superb looking baked breads for sandwiches and rolls. Several good meat specials. It was more expensive than if I had gone to Walmart. But everyone was super friendly. There were ACTUAL checkers and baggers who took our groceries out to our car! You get what you pay for! Make sure you sign up for the loyalty card!

The self check machines are garbage at this location. The whole point of self check is self check. If every other item you scan you need an associate it totally defeats the purpose of self check

Won't be going back to this place anytime soon. The cashier was a complete jerk to me. She was rude tone. She asked me for my number and when it was not in the system which I know it should be didn't offer to resign just rudely said its not and to pay. What a joke. Maybe she trying to get a new set of teeth.
