A HELL LOT BETTER THEN MEXIA STORE !!!! A LOT CLEANER & NICER. I'm in there a lot. So they know me. If I call and ask to put back something If they have. They do. Great Service. Except for the Kiddos in evening time. Always on phones or never notice you came in. I like to be said hello too. So I guess I see you All Tomorrow.

If your ever in Fairfield TX you truly need to stop at Dollar Tree. Like many others I've been inside alot of Dollar Tree stores with my wife. I digress. Super stoked with Christmas discount. Since it's $1.25. But none the less. Valentine was being displayed and especially they already have their St Patrick irems in stock in. Very clean. Visiting with family and nice to see employee know my step daughter. So I guess all in all it's what you would expect a Dollar Tree to look like. See you soon

Management is lazy ; sitting in the office not doing anything while one person checks out everyone and it happens to be an poor elderly woman sweet yet slow . People continue to pile the line. While they just laugh and lolly gag in the back. This place needs extreme make over ; people give this place a great rating Because it’s cheap but desperately needs improvement

This Dollar Tree has friendly employees who are happy to help their customers. The checkout was fast and everything was well stocked. I wish all Dollar Trees were like this. 12/10

the employees are in my opinion lazy. they don't want to stock the frozen foods... i know it's cold, but it's your job. there is no reason the store should go a full week without the frozen foods being put out. i asked last wednesday when they were going to put them out and i was told ''tomorrow... came back everyday and still not done. i asked last night, monday, and was told the truck will deliver tuesday.. i am going tonight to see if any thing has been put out.

Thier crafting section has improved great deals lots of school supplies right now and everything is 1 dollar if you dont find it in the store go online and it will be shipped to the store

Management is the worst!!!🤬 I go into this store all the time and when I need to load my card I can't cause it seems that NOBODY IN THE WHOLE KNOWS HOW INCLUDING THE MANGER, SHE HAD THE NERVE TO SAY THE DONT LOAD CHIME CARDS WHEN I KNOW THAT THEY DO BECAUSE IVE HAD IT LOADED THERE BEFORE , HOW CAN YOU HAVE A MANGER THERE ALWAYS ON THE PHONE THEY NEED TO COME BACK IN TEACH THE EMPLOYEES HOW TO LEARN EVERYTHING IN THE STORE BESIDES STOCKING AND RUNNING THE REGISTER AND SAY HELLO WELCOME TO DOLLAR TREE!! I HAVE ALSO CONTACT THE HEADQUARTERS AND DISTRIC MANGER AS WELL, THIS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, GET THESE PEOPLE A HANBOOK OR SOMETHING!!! IM SICK OF IT. I SHOULDN'T HAVE YO WAIT UNTIL 4O'CLOCK TO HAVE MY CARD LOADED WHEN CLEARLY ITS EMPLOYEES ALREADY THERE 🤬🤬TRAIN THESE PEOPLE OR PUT SOMEONE IN THERE THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO!!
