They were prepared to stay open ahead of time, for my plumbing Emergency; though, it wasn't necessary. Rats... Their staff was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. As well as, having a well stocked inventory, and redesigned floor plan. Stellar store! Young man gave great assistance with an unruly load of 4 water tanks straightening them up and securing them with the needed purchased supplies for us city slickers! Greatly appreciated! Kudos! Sorry to not have gotten his name! All 4 made it safely home and have been deployed!

I had a 5 ⭐ service being sold a hot water heater. I paid a guy $100 to install it. One week later, it exploded. Plumber said it was defective, return it. I called them. They said, "Yes, return it. We have 4 more. We give you a new one. We send it back to manufacturer. " I paid $100 again to a guy to return it and install the new one. We couldn't even get that far. He took it there and was denied a return/exchange. He brought it back to me. I have a brand new broken hot water heater. Taking cold showers and out approximately $700 so far.

Has a vast array of things that you might need for nearly any job. I needed an RV sewer hose part and clear shower caulk and got both. Decent aisle of RV stuff. Better stocked than Capps on the caulking.

I keep going back to this location for two reasons: it's one of the only hardware stores in town, and the people are very friendly and helpful!The prices can be very high however and they don't always have things in stock.
